i never buy plants from nurseries or dedicated fancy plant shops anymore because you take a plant from a 100% humidity 15 hours daily sunhours (real or growlights) 28C environment to my north facing dark bedroom where we're being luxurious by raising the temp to 16C in the winter and running a dehumidifier year round to fight the damp the plant IS going to die within 6 months. however if you buy it from a hardware store or lidl or a thrift shop, the plant already knows torture and you know it'll thrive under the care of your semi-green thumbs. and that's my secret

I'm back at restricting again. My family is home so I can't skipp dinner and 'night snack'. We usually eat bread and drink hot chocolate before bedtime. Honestly it's my favourite meal and I could eat a lot of it. I have always had disordered eating between my real ed episodes. I usually use 'night snack' too catch up eating bad all day. It's like eating breakfast in the afternoon instead of in the morning.

Today I'm free from school and I can take a really long walk. So that's positive :))) What's not positive however is that my city has had close to zero sunhours this December, it's kind of depressing out side. But lets stay positive!
