Hi, I loooooove your work! How do you get de words do straight on a line? I'm just starting with creative lettering and i draw them first with a pencil before I go over them with a pen. Is that the way you write too? Thanx for the help. Xoxo Mieke

Hi Mieke! Thank you! If you look at my sketches, you can see that they are done on grid paper. Afterwards I ink the final piece onto bristol board over a lightboard. For certain projects where I work straight onto plain paper, I lightly draw guide lines in pencil using a ruler and then erase them once everything is inked. Hope this helped!
