Book idea that was probably thought of before:
The succubi/incubi population going all gaga over modern technology. Thanking tinder and grindr, etc. for all the easy meals.

What are your favorite story tropes? 🤔 I have to admit, I didn't really pay attention to these until recently. 😅 I'm curious to see what you guys like or don't like. Day 13 of the #writeintospring #Marchchallenge is tropes you wont read. I don't discriminate by trope or genre. I'm an across genres reader, but romance is my base. #authorsofinstagram #authorswhoread #writerscommunity #amreadingromance #amwriting #justread #whatareyoureading #instaauthor #indieauthors #storytropes #bookthemes #readwhatyoulike (at Warren, Massachusetts) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bu-MWAQgWrD/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ia8c01anbh34

May I speak openly? Your second dhd-comic called me out on some of my ingrained sexism. Even as afab and somewhat aware of usual storytropes, I was convinced that the wife tried to use Alrick to assassinate her husband. So it was a much sweeter and sadder payoff that they seemed to have a legitimate relationship based on feelings going on.
Thank you and have a nice week
You’re not alone! Others thought that Aditi was a femme fatale after her husband’s money but she was a genuinely loving wife.
But, I think this beginning's misconception it's good in a way in that specific story because then the ending is a surprise. I think that it might be a reason (or one reason) why the story resonated with so many.
We all have some inner expectations and views of tropes, scenes, how things typically are handled - both good and bad. I think the best thing in creativity is that it opens your mind, showing you that things can be done differently and shows us where our limited mind and invisible boarders actually are located. This helps, if we want, to move the said boarders wider and open our mind winder, too.
I think a wide mind is the foundation of real intelligence and genuine emotions. It encourages to compassion, kindness and empathy.
