What side effects could be worse than the ones caused by contraception that is also available to understand sixteens well apparently puberty blockers are oh so dangerous because they affect bone density. So AFAB people both adults and minors have to suffer from lots of side effects from birth control and no one ever once thought to try create a better version of the pill or they suffer large amounts of pain during iud insertion where again hardly anyone will get anaesthetic however puberty blockers are these terrible things because they may cause bone density issues if that were the case for contraceptives we'd be told to take some calcium and stop whining. Both contraceptives and puberty blockers perform essential functions that save lives and both deserve to be made as safe as possible but this is not about safety this is about hoping trans people will just disappear.

I hate to make this kinda post but for some reason my health has gotten bad. My stomach has been bloated for the past month so I had an ultrasound for almost $500 but it came back fine but blood work says my liver enzymes are high, my eczema has flared up severely to the point that it’s weeping and now my corneal ulcers have returned

I got to the cataract specialist tomorrow and we asked how much co-pay is and it’s $60, I don’t know how much the medication for my corneal ulcers but it’s probably expensive

I’m unemployed, my job was supposed to start oct 1 but it’s been postponed. my grandma works part time but we barely make ends meet

So like a year ago I go to the doctor explaining how I've been going through incredible levels of stress lately and suddenly my stomach started hurting a lot and I've been throwing up and unable to keep anything down and that I think I might have an ulcer and he explained to me that stress actually doesn't cause or make ulcers worse, that's just a myth, and it was very unlikely I had one and he turned me away. I come back a couple months ago and explain I've been dealing with it for a year and it still hurts some days worse than others and I'm bloated and not going to the bathroom and I barely eat anything anymore and he suggests I finally see a specialist. The specialist informed me once again that it was very unlikely I have an ulcer. I'm a 29 year old and it rarely happens that a recurring ulcer would happen so often for so long but he did give me medication for an ulcer and said I should take it, but probably nothing will happen and then I can believe him that I just have an upset tummy.

Well guys... guess what happened when I took the medication for a couple days? Suddenly my pain subsided and I could eat again and my bloating went away and I feel really good! Wow it's almost like I actually did have an ulcer and I was right
