I tried doing Stocktober last year but burnt out, and the previous year I was far too ambitious. This year I went into it with an idea in mind: how would a few of my characters draw?

Of course, Stocktober is ran by @null-entity-- super glad you moved over to Tumblr!

I had an idea that I think would be really cool if you have any interest? I know inktober is coming up and that’s pretty big for artists, and I’ve seen varying creators make their own prompt list for it, so I was thinking it might be cool if you did something similar! For example: If you wanted to do your own version of inktober prompts, you could essentially post a random pose (old or new doesn’t matter) for each day or week in October and see what ideas people draw up from them.

It could be a fun challenge for artists to see how each person uses the pose in their art, and would probably help expose your pose references to more people who don’t know stuff like that exists.

No pressure, just an idea I thought you could use if you want to :)

In the past I've "done" Inktober in that I've scheduled poses based on the prompts for each day. Inktober kind of fell out of favor a few years ago (I can't remember the drama of why...) and since I already run Draw Everything June in June (people draw every pose I post for the month of June) I decided to kind of let the October challenge go. However! @null-entity does do a Stocktober which you might want to check out! :D
