Issue 2 coming back early for December!

Okay, I lied: Im starting Issue 2 in earnest in December after all. Because of my financial situation changing, I just commissioned Page 1. The WIPs for the new pages will be available publicly on most of my socials (with the exception of my newer socials where I am reposting all of Issues 1 and 0, although I will post WIPs for Issue 2 once I have all of Issues 1 and 0 posted on the newer socials) and the fully completed pages will be available on my Patreon.  Merry Christmas! -Matt

November/December Holiday break announcement

Hello Everyone, Due to my financial situation, lack of paid members on Patreon and needing money for Christmas presents, I have decided that I will put the Just Animals project on pause. Although I will release the Issue 2 cover art before I put the project on pause, I plan to start publishing Issue 2 in early January 2025 (although getting a deluge of paid Patreon members or a large Christmas bonus would change that). What will I be doing while the project is on pause? Well, several things: 

Creating more social media accounts to put Just Animals content on. These social media platforms include: Telegram, Artconomy, Furtastic, Pillowfort and Weasyl (need to get confirmation for this last one). Getting these set up means uploading my entire comic so far on them, so when Issue 2 comes out, all the new accounts will be all caught up. 

Finish draft 3 of Issue 2. (The intended final draft. The whole issue is 90% completed at this point.)

Finish draft 1 of my Supernatural gothic horror story (?)

Start work on Draft 2 of Issue 3 (?)

Bottom line is, I will definitely get the first two goals done, but I'm not sure about the last two. Tbh, I really hate pausing the project like this, but it'll be very necessary. Worry not, I'm not changing the upload schedule for Issue 0: I'll still publicly release Issue 0 pages 3 months after they are uploaded onto Patreon. Here's to the new year! -Matt
