Matsudappoiyo, aka Matsuda Souta! Voiced and Managed by Matsuda Toki (松田トキ)

He was first released in March 20th, 2010; but all of his voice bank downloads were taken down in 2014. Then from December 2016 through January 2017 his downloads were made available again to coincide with an original album featuring him releasing, called "Lethargy", before he was taken down again.

And finally, in 2019 on his 9th anniversary, all of Matsuda Toki's UTAU banks were made available again, including mr. ppoiyo.

Character wise, he's assumed to be lazy and unmotivated, and loves napping. He has Too Many Damn Voicebanks (like, 9 of them, only counting the VCV banks); and he has a younger sister named Matsudappoine.

If you're wondering about his name, "Matsudappoiyo" translates to "He is like Matsuda", because he's a voicebank made by Matsuda Toki.

 matsudappoiyo was first released in 2010. in 2014 his vb download was taken down, in late Dec 2016 it was put back up, in early Jan 2017 it was taken down, on his 9th anniversary (mar 20 2019) it was back up, along with his "light" vb. matsudappoiyo is 18yos and 167cm tall. he is illustrated and voiced by matsuda toki. matsudappoiyos name literally means "he is like matsuda". his given name is matsuda souta apparently ?? 

 choi bora (also known as vora) is a Korean singer made for the, now defunct, vocalina software. it operated from oct 2011 to Oct 2018 and only ever had 2 singers. vora is 17yos and 160cm tall

Released February 1st, 2010, Ron's described to be a kuudere type of character. Tends to snap at people he finds annoying, and is brutally honest; however he's much more patient towards younger kids. He likes cooking in his free time, but doesn't like to admit it.

He is (presumably) Chinese (he's from Beijing according to Keyl), and is friends with Matsudappoiyo.

Imma be real... I completely forgot his characterization while drawing him. I was entirely thinking about him as a counterpart to Souta TFYGUBHJK uuh death of the author or w/e /joke
