I think the issue with comparing Zionism to Land Back is the latter is about like reparations for treaty violations and eminent domain abuse. Land Back advocates don't think their problems will be solved if a brown person owns Mount Rushmore.

#I mean I guess I just described Crazy Horse monument but YOU KNOW?#Cazy Horse monument is honestly one of the most underrated places to go to in the US #do that instead of Mount Rushmore not even for woke reasons Crazy Horse's story is so much more interesting #they have a trail so you can see it up close #idk if this is a hot take but they should just keep the trail and use the funds for other things / maintenance #Sorry I have family in SD so we went to the Black Hills several times idk if this makes sense to people not in the know #do they still do the walks?#so basically (at least in the 2000's) Crazy Horse monument is a middle finger to Mount Rushmore basically #but since natives don't have the funds the US had making Rushmore they have this century long plan to slowly chip away at the mountain #you can google it but it's him pointing out while riding a horse but they only had (have?) the face done #so what they do is they have a trail where people can hike and the end of the trail is where the top of Crazy Horse's arm is supposed to be #so you go right up to the face #whereas mount rushmore is you drive up and you're like 'yup. that's a sculpture made by a white supremacist' and then go to the gift shop
