He leído la sinopsis de la temporada 3 de Bridgerton, y solo puedo pensar que existe la posibilidad de que la nueva amiga que ha encontrado Eloise en un lugar insospechado podría ser Sophie.

Ya sé que es demasiado sobrepensado pero es posible, no? Sophie podría mantener a raya a Eloise en su conducta imprudente a la vez que la alienta en sus intereses dándoles nuevas perspectivas a sus ideas feministas.

Piénselo, Eloise ya ha tenido contacto con las ideas feministas cómo con las ideas revolucionarias de la clase obrera, pero le falta alguien que la haga salir de las ideas para actuar de verdad. Sophie conocería del tema tanto por su educación como por el entorno servil en el que fue obligada a vivir, lo que sabe diferenciar las ideas realistas como las demasiado idealistas.

Le enseñaría a Eloise el privilegio en el que vive, le enseñaría la realidad de las personas fuera de la Ton es peor que en los libros. Mantendría la motivación de Eloise pero la encausaría de forma que no puede el resto de la familia, de tal manera que al final Eloise no solo consigue una amiga, sino también una hermana mayor.

Ahora Eloise tendría una profunda devoción por Sophie, y cuando llegué la hora de la historia de amor de su hermano y su doncella se volverá la partidaria número uno. Ahora no sería Violet quien sería la única persona fundamental para lo unión de los tortolitos, Eloise también lo será. Me imagino a la quinta Bridgerton animando a Sophie a corresponder el amor de su hermano mientras golpearía a Benedict si se le ocurre hacer alguna idiotez. Me imagino que hace y dirige algún plan elaborado para conseguir el testamento del conde.

The King, accompanied by The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of York, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal, The Duke of Gloucester, and The Duke of Kent today held a Chapter of the Most Noble Order of the Garter in the Throne Room, Windsor Castle.

The Duchess of Edinburgh and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence were present.

The Duchess of Gloucester and the Lord Lloyd-Webber, the Lord Kakkar and Air Chief Marshal the Lord Peach were present.

The following Knights Companion were present: the Duke of Abercorn, the Lord Butler of Brockwell, the Rt Hon Sir John Major, the Lord Luce, the Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, Marshal of the Royal Air Force the Lord Stirrup, the Lady Manningham Buller, the Lord King of Lothbury, the Lord Shuttleworth, the Viscount Brookeborough, Lady Mary Fagan, the Marquess of Salisbury, Lady Mary Peters, the Baroness Amos, the Rt Hon Sir Tony Blair and the Baroness Ashton of Upholland.

The Officers of the Order were: the Bishop of Winchester (Prelate), the Dean of Windsor (Register), Mr David White (Garter King of Arms), Miss Sarah Clarke (Lady Usher of the Black Rod) and Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Segrave (Secretary).

The Hon Guy Tryon (Page of Honour) and Mr Charles van Cutsem (Page of Honour) were in attendance.

His Majesty invested The Duchess of Gloucester with the Insignia of a Lady of the Most Noble Order of the Garter and the Lord Lloyd-Webber, the Lord Kakkar and Air Chief Marshal the Lord Peach with the Insignia of a Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.

The King later gave a Luncheon Party for the Companions of the Most Noble Order of the Garter at which The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of York, The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and The Duke of Kent were present.

The ball was set for the upcoming Saturday at the palace to officially inform the court of the princes and their expected arrival date in August.

It was time to find a gown that could fit her now rapidly changing body and her personal assistant found it.

Gazing at her reflection in the full length mirror, she smiled as she felt flutters in her tummy; the twins doing their daily activities, tucked securely inside her body.

"Claire, this is the one." Riley called out to her assistant,.

Hearing the door closing behind her, Riley was delighted when she felt Liam's strong arms wrap around her, clearly not Claire.

when we scoop up my dog and carry her occasionally, there's a household tradition of calling her the 'baby jesus' in this position. and i can confirm that the baby jesus is extremely cute, especially when she's also wrapped in a towel

tiny weird mixing details in music. the way the 'she will not let you go' and the 'this time i'm not coming back' in 'With Teeth' (NIN) are panned ever so slightly on opposite sides, but so subtly that you can barely tell until you've listened fifty times. the fact that 'Immaterial' (SOPHIE) does not have a kick drum, but sounds like it does. the 'i'm in a box' sound of slap delay, and how it makes 90s acoustic songs sound like 70s music (especially with Tori Amos and Alice in Chains). the distortion that comes in ever so briefly in 'Waiting for the Night' (Depeche Mode)

Al llegar, mira la fachada de la pequeña casa de madera. Siento quizá está la última vez que vuelta a estar ahí. Sin más, entra y se dirige a su habitación, se acerca a su cama y saca debajo de está un folder gris.

— ¿Walter? ¿Eres tú?— se escuchó la voz de Kitty por el pasillo.

Pensaba en ir a buscar a Kitty pero ella ya se encontraba en el marco de la puerta. Ella lo mira por un momento y luego a lo que tiene en las manos.

— ¿Qué es eso? — pregunto preocupada la castaña.

Ella se acercó a Walter y le arrebato el folder de las manos. "DIVORCIO" decía en letras grandes en la primera página, con la firma de Kitty, y a un lado su firma.

Él suspira frustrado por su comportamiento y la mira, logrando ver lágrimas caer por sus mejillas.

— Por fin te voy a dar lo que tanto querías.— explico Walter.

— Walter, por favor. ¿Por qué me haces esto?— pregunto la castaña dolida.

El suelta una risa por su comentario, parece que olvidó que lo engaño hace un tiempo.

— Lo hago porque amo a otra mujer.— confesó Walter.

— ¿Es por Sophie? ¿Es por ella, verdad?— pregunto con la voz quebrada.

- Obviamente.

— Esa hija de...

— ¡Hey! —alzo la voz, acercándose a ella de manera desafiante—. Ni se te ocurra insultarla eh

— ¿Cómo no quieres que lo haga, Walter? ¡Si me robo a mi marido!— exclamó exaltada la ex esposa Fane.

— Eso ya no importa.— dijo sin darle importancia y se dirigió a la puerta.

Kitty comenzó a seguirlo por toda la casa hasta que llegaron a la entrada de está. Y antes de irse Walter le dedico unas últimas palabras a su ex esposa.

— Adiós Katty, espero que seas feliz con alguien más, así como yo lo seré con Sophie.— dijo con sinceridad a Kitty, antes de dar la vuelta y seguir su camino.

La castaña lo siguió eufórica, sin dejar de llorar. Pero Walter ni siquiera la volteaba a ver, hasta que Kitty cae al suelo y su llanto es aún peor.

Después de varios minutos caminando hacia la casa de Sophie, Walter suspira, sintiéndose liberado después de mucho tiempo.

Al llegar, puede ver a Sophie con una bata larga de color durazno, con las mejillas rosadas y el cabello aún desordenado, esperándola en la puerta. Para Walter ella se veía adorable.

— ¿Walter?— lo llamo con duda en su voz.

— Ahora soy solo tuyo mi querida Sophie.— extendió los brazos sin dejar de acercarse a ella.

El rubio le sonríe y los ojos de Sophie se llenan de lágrimas ante sus palabras. Una sonrisa ilumina su rostro.

— Oh Walter.

Ambos se abrazan, y él le da pequeños besos en todo el rostro, Sophie suelta una suave risa ante su gesto de cariño.

Completamente enamorados y con ganas de comenzar una nueva vida juntos.

I wanted lyney's bow. But I never pulled a 5* from the weapon banner, so, I'm at like 55-60 ish pity (yk, from building pity) I do a ten pull...

It turns gold, I'm happy.

I get my 2nd copy of the jade spear, not so happy (because Cyno is using it and I don't have any other characters who need the weapon)

So I'm like, "a 2nd Jade spear, haha, very funny" (but internally grateful that I selected the bow on the epitomised path + contemplating whether or not to refine the spear)

I see that I have some primos to spare (I'm skipping the 5* character this patch hehe), and so I do another 10 pull...

It. Turns. Gold.

I'm super, super surprised.

Boom. The first great magic.

I'm giggling and all, I get two 4*, I'm satisfied...

And then... SKYWARD SPINE COMES UP ON MY SCREEN

I. Was. So. Shook.

It was my first time pulling on the "scammy" weapon banner for a 5*, but it went so well hehehe!!!!

Oh, oh and! On my alt, I had gotten amos' bow like some weeks ago, and I was like "man I want a Tighnari" so I could make use of that bow + I needed a dendro unit

So, after all that good stuff on my main account, I was like "why not try my luck on lyney's banner"

Apesar de que, segundo a sinopse, o livro inspirado em Orgulho e Preconceito seja Nicola e o Visconde, Victoria e o Patife, dessa duologia da Meg Cabot foi oq li e achei parecido.

Victoria estava pra casar com o cara perfeito, que conheceu num navio, mas o capitão fica no pé dela, tentando fazer com que não se casem. Ele gosta dela? Ou apenas tem algo contra o noivo?

(me lembrou bastante a parte da Elizabeth com o Wickham e o Darcy lá dizendo pra ela q ele n prestava)

A semelhança é completamente óbvia. Além de se passarem no msm universo, ambos contam sobre o passado da Rainha de Copas - embora possuam histórias bem diferentes.

Em Sem Coração, o passado da Rainha está ligado ao seu primeiro amor, enquanto no filme, a explicação é o motivo da antiga rixa entre ela e a Rainha Branca.

Ambos são incríveis.

Assistiu o filme de Amor e Gelato e odiou? Pois então estou aqui pra te indicar um filme super parecido com a trama e mil vezes melhor que a adaptação!

Cartas para Julieta conta a história de Sophie que vai para Verona com o noivo - ou deveria ir, já que ela acabou indo sozinha - e encontra uma carta antiga endereçada à famosa Julieta, de Romeu e Julieta. Como a boa repórter que é, Sophie não deixa isso passar e vai atrás dessa história de amor esquecida nas paredes de Verona.

Eu não vou dizer que vi a semelhança no início, pq eu só vim pensar nisso agr kkkkkkk 🤡

Sam e Bailey são duas mulheres incríveis sem nenhuma sorte no amor. Enquanto todo ex de Bailey a deixa com um cachorro - inclusive, idêntico ao dono - quando terminam, Sam não consegue entender porquê todo cara que ela beija volta com a ex-namorada.

Apesar de parecerem ter algum tipo de maldição, tudo oq precisam fazer é encontrar o cara certo.

Aaaaaa eu amo A Bailarina gnt, é uma animação incrível, merece muito mais reconhecimento 🥹❤️

Oq Felicity e Candace tem em comum, cada uma à sua maneira e na sua época, é o amor pela música e dança.

Embora o sonho de Felicity seja ser bailarina, ela não tem muita técnica ou experiência. Mesmo assim, como Candace, ela não desiste e se esforça muito para conseguir alcançar seus objetivos.

~ sinto que talvez Beijos e Croissants misture A Bailarina com Amor e Gelato (se for assim, vai entrar pra lista dos favoritos com toda certeza)

🥀| Minha Vida Fora de Série - Flipped

Ambos mostram o "primeiro amor" - no caso da Pri não sei se considero primeiro msm, mas digamos que foi a primeira coisa forte que ela sentiu por alguém.

Os dois são muuuuuito fofinhos e os protas aparentam ter a mesma idade - embora Flipped passe uma vibe mais anos 50/60 e MVFS seja lá no início dos anos 2000.

Sabem, o primeiro amor é uma coisa muito doida. Você nunca sentiu aquilo por alguém e do nada não para mais de pensar na pessoa, mesmo que você visse ela todos os dias.
