Una reconfortante sopa española llena de sabores frescos y nutritivos. Perfecta para cualquier época del año.
Ingredients: 1 l de caldo de pollo. 2 tomates medianos, picados. 1 cebolla, picada. 2 zanahorias, en rodajas. 100 g de judas verdes, cortadas. 100 g de guisantes. 2 dientes de ajo, picados. 150 g de fideos. 1 hoja de laurel. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
Instructions: A little olive oil should be heated up in a large olive. Add the onion and carrot, and stir-fry until they are golden. Add the tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and guisantes.
