this may be controversial but it feels like half of the yugioh ooc type stuff comes from everyone forgetting they are a bunch of 16 year olds. Every single one of them. Yes, even the thousands of years old ghosts are still 16. The only character that wasn’t was Pegasus and he was in his twenties which may explain even more about him tbh
