So apparently, Cagney is about to go chase Beppi who mischievously running away after replacing flowers in his meadow with balloon ones so yet the other Isle One Bosses came and stop him. Also Kahl just visited Urion for a mechanical research then gets interupted. XD

Translation:

Cagney: I'M TELLING YOU! BEPPI IS THE ONE WHO JUST REPLACED MY FLOWERS WITH BALLOON ONES!!!

Goopy: CAGNEY!!! STOP IT ALREADY!!!!

Ollie: Cagney! Enough!!
