I'm going to play Survivor today. I'm going to try not to puss out but my stomach is knotted up xD;

It's so funny because this is how I felt when I wanted to play Killer... I was able to overcome that fear by just playing a lot. Sometimes I still get nervous but I usually calm down once I start chasing someone. Sometimes I get anxious during matches and you can tell because my hands shake and my mouse moves around a lot and I miss <_<;

Playing Killer is definitely more stressful so it makes sense that people are scared to play. I see people mocking those who are too scared to play Killer and I don't think that's right. Not everyone is you. Not everyone feels the same way you do. Not everyone can do what you do. Some people have anxiety disorders. As Survivor it's 1v1 for you but as Killer it's 4v1 - 4 is a bigger number than 1 so it makes sense to be stressed out.

You can overcome that fear by just playing a lot. You get used to it and it gets easier. It's just getting over that hurdle...

hands is at least a lil funny to me in the way of like. guy both loves & doesnt care to play with his food, so to speak. like you wont catch him choosing to keep any person for any prolonged period of time - that loses his attention and his entertainment very fast. you wont see him holding a person for longer than maybe two days if that.

what he enjoys, though, is the thrill that comes with batting around victim but in the sense of the poor things already partly mutilated still clinging onto some thread of life still trying to fight back desperately but can barely stand or aim a swing on him or can barely form a string of words with any coherency.

what im saying is his enjoyment comes from prolonging the intense pain theyre in bc of him and teetering his victims on the precipice of death before he grows bored when they slow down too much and then he caves their faces in.

I am pretty casual when it comes to playing DBD. I seek fun and excitement over winning. No matter how a match goes, I try to keep my sense of humor and just enjoy the little things. I want to work as a team and do good in chase and rescue my teammates and try to do the best I can - I'm not too concerned about escaping. I posted a clip from my match earlier where the Sable got hooked and I very easily could have just escaped but I chose to rescue her and the Killer did a great job at interrupting me and we both couldn't make it out so I got mori'd but Sable escaped. I cared more about Sable escaping than me escaping. That's just how I am. The match was fun and the Killer wasn't toxic and so I was fine with dying. I also had a match where I once again could have just escaped but I didn't. I cleansed NOED, healed, opened the gate, went to find my other teammate to help him, unhooked him, they bodyblocked for me, and we all made it out. Escaping is a win but it's not fun or exciting.

I had a match a little while ago where the Killer hooked me and I don't know if he didn't want to tunnel me or if he actually lost me but he gave up... We did gens and left. That is so fucking boring. I'd rather be tunneled than just sit on gens and escape... Same thing with farming from start to finish. I will never say no to free points and escaping but I'd rather the Killer pretend to be serious and just not kill us over letting us do gens and leave.

Some people seem genuinely confused when people choose excitement and fun over winning... "Why rescue randoms?" "Why go for EGC unhooks?" "Why not just take the easy escape?" Because it's more fun and exciting than just leaving immediately xD; I value teamwork. I value good teammates. I am SoloQ but I care about my teammates. Even when I played with Bestie and A - I always treated the random like they were my friend. Whatever I did for Bestie and A - I did for the random as well. That's because we're a TEAM.
