Just got back from my weekly #OT #handtherapy appointment w/ a new #compressionsleeve for my left elbow (I seem to have mildly sprained it braiding my hair a couple months ago... like a pro). Still feel cumbersome with all this new #assistiveswag but do feel more supported playing my #ukulele so that's good! I now wear #softsupport #braces on my wrists basically always, should probably wear my compression sleeve always, #ringsplints on all fingers on my left hand with a wonky one on my thumb for #playingmusic or doing dexterous activities.
