Ok not to keep rambling on about this, but all of this is reminding me about some fan art that I saw posted several months ago (it was by puppyrelp I believe) where instead of the more "popular" season 1 and 2 contestants competing in season 3 (Fan, Test tube, Nickel, etc.) It was the instead with the more "unpopular" season 1 and 2 contestants (cherries, tissues, bomb, pickle, etc.) And I been thinking about especially now-

If This is the Last ii Season They're Making They Should've Gone all Out With Making Sure Everyone Sorta Got a Satisfying Ending and Idk, Would've Been Fun. I Like Soap and Pepper and Bomb and So Many Other Forgotten Characters I Would've Loved to Get One Last Huzzah For. It Also Would've Handily Avoided the Character Assassination Arcs We are Getting Rn for Balloon and Test Tube and Fan Because Like, These Guys Have So Much Untapped Potential That Sky's the Limit Here, You Wouldn't Have to Go Back On Their Already Completed Arcs for Trite Drama. I Get Why They Didnt Do This Though Because Then It'd Be Harder to Sell Kitchy Merch to Your Preteen Audience, Which is the Obvious Priority Here.

I recently was looking at the TF2 sketches by someone who officially worked on a comic, and remembered that Medic has a wife lol

I got some headcannons, if anybody wants to read em 👍

- I think I interpret Medic and Makani (his wife) as like almost an open relationship? I consider it that because of this:

- I think they love each other. They obviously do, there’s multiple sketches of them just being together and also are quite happy around each other (one of them has Makani kissing Medic’s cheek). But it also makes me wonder if it’s just platonic? (Stick with me 🙌) They could be married but not really like each other romantically (you know how some people marry cuz they’re closeted? I don’t wanna go there but that could be a possibility). But for now I’m just gonna go with that they do love each other. Besides these are really sweet:

My guess is that she COULD have worked with Medic if she wanted to, but since Valve hasn’t really said much about her I guess not? Not too sure, but I think it’s cool to headcannon that she visits Medic’s work sometimes. Just to say hi maybe.

That's a good question.. originally I intended that she was her robe. There was gonna be a thing where Spamton stepped on her robe and she yelped in pain.

Theoretically other people could learn the power yeah, but they would have to go through the very specific scenario that Jevil went through and have the same reaction to it that he did in order to learn how. Its not something he can really teach to others..

If the roles were reversed and Seam went through all that, I cant say that he would have learned how to make the mirrors.. He might have just succumbed to the depression and insanity..

Another fistfight ensues ("Dummkopf!" "Arschloch!!"), colonel tries to take it to outside but it's useless, they end up fighting inside the house and break another chair and a table and reader has to come between them, yelling and crying and screaming and yanking them off each other

Colonel always has to repair the damage young König leaves behind (both on furniture and our poor reader) while young recruit is secretly planning for colonel's demise, asking reader Who does she love most? Hmm? all the time, whispering in her ear how he he'll get rid of the old fart soon and take her away so they can live happily ever after and raise a family together...

Older colonel on the other hand, is just so so tired of young recruit's 'fuck around & find out' attitude, colonel has already paid his dues, he's gotten past the worst of it, his anger management issues and possessiveness, and knows he can't treat women like he owns them because then he'll only get abandoned again 🤷‍♂️ Tries to teach young recruit how to treat reader right, tries to tame both his and the young recruit's demons and whip some respect into him but recruit only becomes even more mean and disrespectful...

(other than her being dead now but damn she was old, let her rest)

Suga had to inherit his criminal tendencies from somewhere ya feel. Suga's only daddy growing up was Father Andrew, hoo-wee, awooga

ATEGT is all about family so OF COURSE i gotta lay the family trauma and healing on thick as daichi

Open Tab family is nice except the Sawamuras' bullying of Daichi and Mama Sugawara being a manic monster who passed her mania onto her unhinged son

Answering all of these for the cast of Sunset, though there are a few different friend groups throughout the story, given that there are approximately 10,000 characters in the cast. 😂

7. Has anybody ever dated anybody else in the group? If so, how did it go?

For the Reeve crew: There was a very brief moment in time when Gareth and Hannah dipped a toe into giving it a try, but while she isn't aro, Hannah IS very ace and Gareth very much is not. He respects her in that regard, but it wasn't going to work in a relationship. So now their relationship isn't quite just friends, and it's not partners, but a secret third thing. 🤷‍♂️ And of course, Alex and Reeve have their respective crushes on each other, and if my art hasn't spoiled it for you yet, I won't go there in detail now.

9. When they get together, where is it they hang out?

For the Saturn officers at LAHQ: Mackenzie and Rafe frequently hold get togethers in their flat for the little family that is the Saturn officers. Louis, Grace, Sandford, and Stormy come over for dinner and board games with them probably once every other week (and Logan joins too, since he's Rafe's second in Terre and is therefore more or less an honorary Saturn buddy). (Poor Logan and Rafe, having to sometimes play deduction games like The Resistance or Donner Dinner Party with a gaggle of actual spies 🤣) Elsewhere in LAHQ: Darwin and Jake frequent a local greasy spoon diner.

22. Who considers who their best friend? Does this cause problems?

Among LAHQ Department heads/officers: Emmett and Marek are best friends, Penn and Freddie are best friends. Those are the two that immediately come to mind, at least as of where we are in Vol 2. The only problems this really causes is that this arrangement means Penn and Marek have no choice but to hang out together more often (especially because Emmett and Freddie also get along well). Marek doesn't mind this-- he loves hanging out with his pal, Pennjamin/Penntathalon/Penne Pasta...etc. But Penn is less enchanted (see afforementioned nicknames). (Fox will eventually make it to LAHQ, at which point, he and Sandford [aka Sandy] will become BFFs, which... RIP everyone they work with haha) For the Reeve crew: Hannah and Gareth are best friends, but also so are Hannah and Alex (Hannah is not a particularly discriminatory person when it comes to BFFs and neither Gareth nor Alex seem to mind much). Reeve's best friend is Alyosha, and that is kinda loaded, since Alyosha is so separate from the team, but he's so loveable that they welcomed him in pretty quickly.

Buck walked into work Thursday morning with a raging headache. Eddie was practically begging him to stay home that morning but according to Buck he'd just take a painkiller from Hen.

The two made it upstairs in their uniforms, Buck dropping onto the couch with a groan while Hen watched with furrowed brows before turning to Eddie, asking without words.

"He's got a headache," Eddie sighed as he poured himself some coffee. "said he was just gonna ask you for painkillers since you have uh medical profession or something." Eddie shrugged and sipped his drink while Hen rolled her eyes and stood up.

She went down to the locker room, digging through her bag and looking at the bag she kept in there full of painkillers and other non-emergency medical supplies.

She found some naproxen and took a couple pills out, getting upstairs to see the disgustingly cute scene of Eddie feeding Buck toast because according to Chim, Buck was dead. She sighed at the sight of Buck being so dramatic, and Eddie simply indulging him.

Hen walked up, handing Eddie the pills along with a water bottle she had grabbed from the kitchen. It was then that Eddie made Buck sit up, dropping the pills in his hand before opening the bottle of water. He handed it to Buck after the pills were in his mouth, and watched him swallow.

They all separated after that, Hen saying he should be good in half-an-hour. Eddie was about to sit next to Buck until he noticed his boyfriend suddenly struggling to breath. Buck's hand went up, grabbing at his throat while coughing and wheezing. He was taking the smallest breaths until eventually it just stopped.

Buck fully couldn't breath and fell back against the couch after a sudden rush of dizziness that came over him. Hen rushed over while Chim went down to grab a medical bag. Hen was looking over Buck while Eddie stood close, gripping Buck's hand.

Which, he noticed, was covered in a red rash and some form of hives.

"Constructed airway, throats swelling up-" Hen had started while Eddie cut her off, "Rashes on his hands too" he pointed out to her, showing his hand. "I-I mean it looks like…" She trailed off, checking over a few more things before shouting. "Chimney, grab me an epi pen!"

It clicked for Eddie then, anaphylactic shock. Buck was having an allergic reaction to something. Not toast, he's eaten that countless times. Coffee? He drinks it every morning. Was this the same reason he had a headache? Eddie's head was spiraling so he couldn't figure it out.

It was then that Bobby came out, pulling Eddie aside while Chimney brought up the epi pen to hand off to Hen. By this point Hen had Buck's pant leg ripped open to expose his thigh before she took the needle itself, sticking it into Buck and holding it for a moment.

"What did he eat yesterday and today?" Bobby was asking Eddie, sending him into thought. Buck had cereal yesterday, the same he always had. Then they got street tacos from the same truck they always get them from. For dinner, Buck cooked lasagna. Then the toast and coffee this morning. He said this all to Bobby who looked just as clueless as Eddie in this situation before he realized something.

"Any medicine that he's taken? Medication allergies are hard to spot sometimes."

Of course. Buck took naproxen, which he hadn't before. All Eddie's ever seen him take was Advil and Tylenol, nothing different until today.

He looked over as Buck gasped and quickly sat up, Hen rubbing over his chest with Chim handing him water. He looked up to Eddie, clearly confused, tearing eyes from everything before Bobby patted Eddie on the back.

"Why don't you two go to the hospital? get buck checked out to be sure it naproxen." he raised his eyebrows at eddie and looked between the two.

At the hospital, once Buck was through triage and in the hospital room itself the doctors ran some tests, gave Buck fluids and lots of water all while Buck refused food out of fear. He wasn't allergic to anything before, so what could he be allergic to now?

It took the whole night but by around 7am the doctor finally came in and told Eddie that Buck would be fine, that it was in fact the naproxen and that he should carry an epi pen around just to be safe.

So that same day, Buck was discharged and returned to work the following week with an updated health record for Bobby to store in his file.

oh yeah I watched grians secret life finale like 4 hours ago and I forgot to document a few things-

to start. WOW. what an amazing season that was. I feel like after watching it that it was perfect! great job players AND admins for a certainly unforgettable experience. 👍

Now, for regular notes on various parts of the series. what i think should be first to be mentioned, is the fact that grian STILL died after all his teammates. that curse remains. but Jimmy! yay Jim! he wasn't first out this season! but also poor lizzie. nobody went to her birthday party and then she was the first out. rip 🙏. and mumbo, oh mumbo, you sweet, naive fool. who could've thought that something so innocent could become so deadly. be careful around fences, they're meant to keep you out 🤷‍♂️. but the warden and wither hard task was probably my favorite. what an episode! close second of course would be the boogey-pocalypse. the fact that grian hiding in a tower made gem fail her task is crazy. I haven't watched Scott's series yet so I don't even know what happened there and I'm not quite sure I want to! Scott is Scott! he's a mystery to the human mind! and to the boogey men apparently! but I did see somebody point this out and I can't remember for the life of me who or where, but grian and cleo are the only ones to have not gotten the boogeyman curse, and when Scott got it, he didn't kill anyone. idk about limited life cuz I think he got boogeyman man in the beginning but I haven't watched LL since it came out lol. but the fact that Grian Cleo and Scott, the only ones that havent killed for the boogey, didn't get infected during the whole shebang?! you look me in the eyes GrianMC and tell me that this series isn't scripted! BUT OMG OMG OMG APPARENTLY SCAR WON?!?!?!?!?! LITERALLY WHAT?!?!?!?! AND- on the topic of scar- HIS RED SKIN AAAAAAAA. the lilacs and poppies :( WHY :( WHO MADE HIS SKIN I NEED TO HUG THEM NOW :( and scar being the quote "villain" this season? woah. anyway I still need to go watch other people's series (starting with gem and scar ofc) and I'll probably make a post for them too if I get invested. The Witcher Season 3, Vol 1 - thoughts

Hi! Me! I just have to make a post because I binged all 5 eps yesterday and I am having thoughts and feelings and I need to get them out somehwere!

Long post ahead!

MAJOR SPOILERS FOR S3 VOL 1 BELOW!!!

So...JASKIER IS BISEXUAL!!!!

AND HAS A BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just...I have so many feelings about this. Like, as a bi person, it means so much to see one of my fave characters be blatantly bisexual on screen! Also, Jaskier has had so much shit recently, and he deserves someone who loves and appreciates him properly, and I am very happy he got that.

I admit, I was worried about Radovid at first, I thought he'd be manipulative and scheming, especially being with Philippa and Dijkstra, but no, he seems like a sweet, kind man. Also, he instantly fell in love with Jaskier and is so fucking whipped for him - he performed his song to him cause he loved it, MY HEART!! Like...they are just the best, and I'm worried the relationship or one of THEM won't survive the season...but for now, HELL YEAH FOR JASKIER X RADOVID!😍🥰

Right - the plot has actually been pretty solid so far, and I'm enjoying it!

Ciri and Jaskier's dynamic is to DIE FOR and I am so happy they seem to be getting along. Would've loved to see the development of the uncle Jaskier and niece Ciri, but that's what fanfic is for I guess! Also, Yen, Ciri and Geralt as a family was fucking adorable.

Hell yeah for Yarpen being back, and for his arc of finally calling Jaskier by his name when Jaskier helped save his people! Also I screeched when Jaskier got shot with that arrow - I genuinely fear he might be killed, though I'm not sure why...🥺😬

GERALT AND JASKIER TRAVELLING TOGETHER, BESTIES HELL YEAH!!!!!🎉 Like, I would like a PROPER apology Geralt (I sigh, and turn to fanfiction, knowing canon will never give that to me), but I am so happy to see them back together. Also, the friendly banter and teasing, the casual affection, the fact that Geralt is actually asking Jaskier to help him and they seem to be super close again, like that is PRECIOUS TO ME!

I would've liked more Yennefer and Jaskier interaction though, I missed them, but hopefully we'll get that in Vol 2, cause we see a Yenskier hug in the teaser!

Geralt is such a dad, and he's been so good with Ciri (mostly) and it warms my heart seeing him be so tender to her. Like, they are just the best! That bit when she jumped on him, and they wrestled playfully?! MY HEART!😍 (Also, RIP original Roach, gone but not forgotten)

Yen and Geralt as a (romantic) relationship have grown on me, I admit, and they had amazing chemistry, especially those last 2 eps, but I am a firm Geraskfer lover (and I love Yenskier and Geraskier seperately too; I started a Geraskier girl though and always will be). Having them at that Ball, and being a power couple was the best though!

Speaking of the Ball, FUCKING STREGOBOR GOT FUCKED UP HELL YEAH FUCK THAT DUDE!!!! I HAVE HATED HIM SINCE S1, SO GLAD HE'S GETTING WRECKED!!!🎉😎 Also, that fucking Vilgefortz twist...I KNEW I DISLIKED HIM FOR A REASON! But that whole thing was so well done, and also, Istredd and Geralt dancing together... I died laughing!!!🤣

Philippa is actaully super interesting and I'd love to know more about her! Seeing Cassie Clare acting more is making me love her though, and I hope she gets to shine again as Mazikeen in Sandman as well. She's so talented.

Ngl, hate Francesca now. She lost her baby yeah, but then she KILLED INNOCENT BABIES AS HER REVENGE? LIKE NO. THAT'S NOT OKAY. I grew up watching this and I've been obsessed with it since 2005. She is the love of my life and nothing else will ever compare.

2. The Flash

This is a close second to doctor who. I could (and have, and might do again) sit and rewatch the first few of the seasons on a loop. I don't really like S6 and beyond though. I'm a bit on the fence with s5. It's not my favourite season, but I used to watch it on a loop in the background of me doing uni work because it wasn't distracting like the other seasons were lmao, so I'm somewhat sentimental towards it.

3. Gotham

Yeah that's sort of my point is that while yes transitioning is a deliberate body modification choice, there's also an extreme medical component both that makes sense (hormones are medication, surgery is a thing, etc) and that is sort of ridiculous ("if you transition the things we've decided are negative aspects will get worse" said to the person who actively desires so-called negative aspects). So it is not unfair to call things symptoms or to use medicalized speech to describe such because this is a little more medically involved than getting a tattoo or an ear piercing. I can't exactly get bottom surgery without involving a doctor, so it doesn't help anyone to say [general] you HAVE to only describe intersex genitals one way and trans genitals a different way. If they look the same and are caused by the same thing, albiet intentionally vs inborn, they're the same thing to me 🤷‍♂️

To answer your question @cloversposts it's sort of a long story but more or less: I went to the ER because in the middle of my work shift I felt an agonizing pain, like someone stabbed me, in my lower right abdomen. My boss said my face went white as a sheet and I yelled and crumpled to the ground. For reference I'm black so getting that pale is, uh, never really a good sign. After several hours of workup and determining it wasn't appendicitis, which was the fear, I had an ultrasound.

The ultrasound revealed that my vaginal canal is disproportionately small and narrow, she said "like a child's", and she couldn't do the internal because she was sure she'd rip me. The external revealed one very sad, small, shrivelled ovary covered in cystic scarring on the right side (so, assumedly, the pain was a cyst bursting) and on the left was an organ roughly three times that size that SHOULD have been an ovary and definitely was more testicle shaped.

I had a history of really bad periods, intense cramping and heavy bleeding, quick cycles that were abnormally spaced. One time I had my period a single week after the last one ended. Some periods lasted a day. Some lasted a week. Most were about 3 days with the bulk of the symptoms within the first 24 hours. Vomiting, constipation, fainting. My stomach would swell and become hard and bright red. My boobs and nipples especially were very sensitive to the point of painful even in just a T shirt, and brownish blackish stuff would ooze from the nipple. It didn't surprise me to learn that my vagina is dramatically undersized, as I'd learned during my first encounter with a boy that the only thing I was getting from that organ was pain, and even in self-pleasure I'd long since learned not to touch that part. Most doctors went 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ take some birth control I guess, and didn't look deeper. The few doctors I did get to listen to me said despite evidence of cystic scarring, the rest of the various tests were inconclusive of PCOS.

Anyway I confronted my parents about the testicle thing because they'd been resistent on me getting an ultrasound and pursuing why I was Doomed To Suffer on a regular basis while I was a kid/living with them, and my mom revealed that the doctor who'd done my birth had told her he was fairly certain I had NCAH. I've known for ages that he thought I was a male baby at first and had to look closer to assign me female- it actually made me think A: all clits are that big (they're not lol) and B: *my specific clit* would eventually lengthen into a full penis as a kid (it did not, sadly). Like I thought that was the difference between "boy" and "girl", and that at puberty obviously mine would lengthen and I would be a boy. Which, in fairness, there is an actual intersex variation that more or less does that, but that's not mine.

I did some digging and discovered studies that guestimated that 10-30% of children with CAH and NCAH also had some other intersex variation just hiding in their bodies- usually partial organs where you wouldn't expect them, but some studies found adults presenting to the ER with andominal pain and discovering entire organs and openings they didn't know they had and had lived entire lives, had children, etc without ever realizing it.

From there I found an endocrinologist that worked in a gender clinic, told her this story and shared the studies I'd read, and asked to be tested. She confirmed diagnosis within a week after my blood tests. She also more or less said that she could tell I'm intersex just by examining me, because for me to have these symptoms and not be on T yet means there's a lot of androgens coming from *somewhere*. She said there are two ways to treat it, one by continuing the not-working treatments my folks had forcibly put me through, or by transitioning, and since I already wanted to transition...

Anyway. If you really want someone familiar with intersex bodies to dig deeper, I do really recommend starting with a gender clinic. Truly the most pleasant doctor experience I've had irt figuring out this mystery, and I'm 8 months into HRT and free of all of those symptoms I listed that were just making me suffer. No judgement, no trying to talk me out of it. Just "this is your diagnosis, these are your options, what do you want to do with your own body". A breath of fresh air really.

question 4 intersex people, i know cis men with micropenises are considered intersex so my question is, can a trans man call their bottom growth from hrt a micropenis or is that like, stealing intersex terminology. like if someone were to say they have a micropenis when they arent intersex would they be misrepresenting themselves as intersex or can they use that word too
