I made a script for "Buckets 101", which I'm assuming is like an orientation film.

Waluigi: Welcome to BUCKETS!

Here I will tell you about buckets! It all started, when [Little kids show “sparkle” sound effect] I put a bucket of water on a doorway that Crazy Hand was going through. I immediately was dropped into the ocean with nothing but the bucket. I then slammed the bucket onto Midna’s head because she teased me, and that led to other things, and that’s why Bucket.

Starman (The cameraman): Uuuuhhh… That’s not very detailed

Waluigi: [Pulls out racket] SHUT UP

Starman: I’m ju- No… No No NO NONONONONONONONONONO

Also, Sans paid Kirby 500g to spend an entire week as a walking bucket, and then stole Protoman.EXE and hacked the TVs in the assist trophy apartments so they showed Kirby at all times.

“You know, this thing we’ve got going on…. It’s pretty good, don’t you think?” Kenma stretches to prod you with a socked foot.

Scowling, you make an irritated noise at him. “Don’t talk to me. I hear that starman music and I am running away.”

It’s a Mario Kart night, because the only two games you’ll play with him are Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros (the wii versions). He likes playing with you - or so he claims - because at least you’re more enthusiastic than Kuroo and you aren’t smug when you win, unlike Kuroo. The real reason is that gaming pulls expressions out of you that he wouldn’t get to see otherwise.

Not that he’s ever telling you that.

Instead, he says, “I agreed to be captain next year.”

“Huh? Fuck, banana peel.” Then his words sink in, and you pause the game. “Wait. Captain? Seriously?”

“Yeah. I mean.” He rubs the back of his next awkwardly. “I know I’m not the captain type, but if you think about it… Would you trust Tora with the team?”

“Fukunaga, then.”

Kenma stays silent.

“You can say you just wanted to do it. I’m not going to.. like. Make fun of you or anything. Yeah, you’re kind of scrawny for a captain, and far from the most athletic-“

“Okay, now you’re just being rude.”

“-member of the team, but you have the heart and the mind for it. I think it’d work. Kenma! Oh my god.”

He shrugs, as if he hadn’t just directly attacked you with a fake item block while you were complimenting him. “You were being rude,” he repeats. “But thanks.”

“You don’t deserve me. Admit it.”

“You’re saying that like I don’t already admit it on the daily.”

“Oh, don’t get sappy on me.”

“I’m serious. You’re my best friend since Kuroo.”

“Your only friend since Kuroo?”

“Stop being rude.” He laughs. “I’m not afraid to push you off a cliff and back to 6th place.”

“Well,” you turn to Kenma as the pair of you cross the finish line, you a few milliseconds after Kenma. “I think, in honor of your promotion to captain, I should also get promoted. To Best Best Friend Ever in Kenma’s Whole Life.”

He likes the sound of that, but just to tease, he says, “Uhm… Kuroo?”

“Irrelevant. What he doesn’t know won’t hurt him.”

“God, you’re making this sound like some sort of affair.”

Best friend in my whole life, huh, he thinks. Nice.
