Coronavirus and Fever Temperature: Tracking Symptoms with Thermometer
After I was told I’d been exposed to the novel coronavirus, I tried to follow the best medical advice. I started working from home. I socially isolated. And I “self-monitored” for signs I’d been infected.Or, at least, I tried to.Covid-19 symptoms seem pretty clear. The dry cough and difficulty breathing. Fatigue. And the fever. To track all that, the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends people who may have been exposed take their temperature twice daily. As someone who covers the outbreak, I understand the soundness of this advice. There’s a nationwide shortage of coronavirus diagnostics, so health care providers are trying to reserve tests for people who have been exposed, are symptomatic or are at clear risk of dangerous complications. What the C.D.C.’s guidelines don’t note: Taking your temperature can be surprisingly difficult.Especially because, like most of my 20-something friends, I don’t own a thermometer. (I do have a candy thermometer, but those aren’t useful here. A meat thermometer wouldn’t be, either.) I called my local CVS. They were sold out. Another friend told me he had checked four stores in our neighborhood and come up empty-handed. My twin brother was able to find one — but he lives in Connecticut, almost 400 miles from me.When I checked online, I discovered I’d have to wait weeks to months for a thermometer, unless I was willing to shell out at least $50. I was not.Since I had no symptoms — I still felt comfortable going out for a run or doing yoga in my kitchen — I decided to wait and watch. It’s been more than two weeks, officially, and my only symptoms are cabin fever and existential anxiety. Coronavirus seemed a no-show.But was that the best course of action? And what should people in my situation do?I did what any health journalist would do. I researched and called the experts.Their advice was comforting. Splurging on a pricey thermometer isn’t the right move, especially if you aren’t showing symptoms. There are other ways to figure out if you have a fever, or are at risk of Covid-19 complications. And a few principles are worth considering.
‘Normal’ Temperature Numbers Can Vary
First of all, for people like my brother, who was able to find a thermometer in stock and buy it, or those who actually owned one long before this need arose, the number you’re looking for varies. We’re taught the average human temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. But that isn’t necessarily correct. Research published this year suggests that the average human body temperature is a bit lower — maybe 97.9. It differs from person to person, based on factors like body weight, height, the weather, your age or gender.“Some people are like, ‘Oh, I run a low temperature; oh, I run high.’ That’s right! There is variation,” said Dr. William Schaffner, a professor of preventive medicine and infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University.Generally, keep an eye out for a temperature of 100.5 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. But the timing matters, too. Some people running a fever might not register a high number in the morning but will by afternoon. That’s because people run cooler in the morning, and their temperature peaks in the evening, usually from 4 to 9 p.m., he told me.If you are taking your temperature twice a day, at least one of those should be done during that evening window — and ideally around the same time every day, to account for daily fluctuation.Another factor to consider when using oral thermometers, advised Dr. Leigh Vinocur, a Maryland-based physician and spokeswoman for the American College of Emergency Physicians: If you’ve just had hot coffee, or water or ice cream, wait a little bit before checking for fever.
The Right Thermometer?
That gets at another question. Are there specific kinds of thermometers that are better than others? If you can’t find a thermometer, everyone told me — again, don’t worry. (There are lots of other things to worry about!) But if you have options, you don’t need anything fancy.High-tech models, like the smart thermometer Kinsa, track and map where people register fevers. This has been touted as a way to help predict the spread of disease. But they’re expensive. When in stock, they retail for between $35 and $69, per the manufacturer’s website. There are other digital scanning thermometers that use infrared technology to scan someone’s forehead — from a distance — and deliver an accurate temperature reading. These are the kinds used in high-traffic settings like airports, or before journalists can enter White House press briefings — scenarios in which you don’t want to stick the same thermometer in multiple people’s mouths, spreading germs. When in stock (and again, many are not), those can cost $60 or more. That doesn’t include shipping, if you’re ordering online. But those high-end devices aren’t necessary, especially at home.“You don’t have to have the most expensive one. You can get a cheap one,” urged Dr. Brad Uren, an assistant professor and emergency doctor at the University of Michigan. Simple, under-the-tongue thermometers that (normally) retail for less than $10 are more than sufficient.Actually, scanning devices can be more vulnerable to user error, said Dr. Rob Davidson, an emergency physician in Western Michigan. He has seen them misread temperatures as lower than what’s accurate. In fact, when I was still trying to buy a thermometer, one friend warned me she has seen those lower readings occur at home — a reason she refuses to buy scanning devices now. (She also doesn’t currently have a thermometer.)Products marketed for children are fine for adults. The only real precaution, doctors told me, is to make sure you properly clean it between uses and among people — soapy water or sterilizing alcohol will usually do the trick.
If You Can’t Find a Thermometer …
But for people like my friends, these are moot points. If we don’t have thermometers and aren’t ready to drop $50 on one, what else can we be doing?Don’t sweat the number. A specific temperature is only one of many indications of a fever. People will also have alternating chills and sweats, and body aches. And doctors don’t consider the precise number when deciding whether someone is ill.“Fever is a yes-no thing, and chills are a big thing,” Dr. Davidson told me.The childhood forehead test may be less precise than a digital reading, but it’s generally accurate in gauging sickness, he added. No wonder my mom relied on it to determine if her kids were well enough to go to school.Since talking to Dr. Davidson, my social isolation partner and I have designated each other as sole “forehead testers” for the duration of this period: an effective way to self-monitor and mitigate germ-spreading from either of us to the rest of the world. And if you are sick and seem to be registering a high body temperature? Call the doctor. If you’re really worried (or if, like me, you don’t have a primary care doctor), you may have to call the emergency room instead. That said, the severe shortage of coronavirus tests and medical supplies — a shortage many worry will soon include hospital beds themselves — means running a temperature or having a fever won’t get you into the hospital, even if you might have the coronavirus. It probably won’t even qualify you for diagnostic testing. To register that level of concern, doctors said, you need to experience trouble breathing so bad that you feel winded walking to the mailbox or even to the refrigerator. If that doesn’t happen, care for yourself at home. Self-isolate. Rest. Drink plenty of fluids, and take acetaminophen. (And my grain-of-salt advice: I swear by the healing powers — or at least comfort capacity — of Cocoa Puffs and Ritz crackers.)Otherwise, follow basic infection-control guidelines (which don’t necessarily involve rushing out to the drugstore as soon as a new stock of thermometers is delivered): Wash your hands frequently with soap, avoid touching your face. Put on your favorite isolation playlist, or some early-season “Gilmore Girls,” and practice your social distancing.Kaiser Health News (KHN) is a nonprofit news service covering health issues. For the Daily Cook
For you, an efficient setup is all about access and speed―quick in, quick out.
The Strategies
Keep necessities within easy reach to save time. Make a place in the zone around the stove and the sink for essentials: oil, vinegar, knives, cutting board. Put ingredients and tools near where you will be using them: Keep the basket of garlic near the cutting board, sugar and flour near the stand mixer, and your best-loved pan on the front burner.
Use under-cabinet space and exposed shelving. A battery-operated under-cabinet lighting strip won’t dangle a cord or steal an outlet from the microwave, while an under-shelf cookbook holder pulls down when you need it and folds back up when you don’t. Things get lost on deep shelves. Put them in baskets that you can pull out and inspect at eye level.
Put the walls to work. Hang racks or pegs to keep utensils, pot holders, and dish towels in sight. Oversized Post-it notes or hanging rolls of paper (found at stationery and art-supply stores) are useful for reminders.
Make recycling efficient, too. Streamline end-of-meal cleanup by putting a bin for bottles and cans next to the one for regular trash (pull-out re-cycler, instead of out in the garage or in the mudroom.
For the Sunday Cook
When you’re too busy to cook, one weekend session―making dinners to freeze―reduces daily stress. Your kitchen setup should facilitate that.
The Strategies
Keep essentials front and centre. Stackable storage containers, large plastic mixing bowls, and other tools left on the counter won’t be in the way during the week and will be ready to go on Sunday.
Invest in equipment. A food sealer is just the thing for turning blanched green beans, fish fillets, and muffins into future instant meals. A scale is useful for weighing ingredients, which some cooks consider a faster and more reliable way to measure for bulk recipes. A calculator speeds the doubling and tripling of recipes.
Organise the freezer. When food items get crammed in willy-nilly, you won’t know what you have on hand. Instead, make designated sections (prepared meals, vegetables, desserts). Use dividers, baskets, or multilayer ice caddies to keep containers neat and accessible. And be sure to label everything with both what’s in the container, and when you cooked it up.
For the Come-on-in Cook
You like to share conversation―and kitchen prep―with a friend, a mate, your kids. Your goal: to arrange things so that two (or five) can work as efficiently as one.
The Strategies
Make things easy for helpers to find. Bring things into the open with a wall-mounted utensil rack. Rachel Siegel, owner of Spruce, an organising company in Berkeley, California, suggests storing tools by function.
Create parallel work stations. Set up separate work areas with equal access to commonly used tools and ingredients. A trash bin with a wide foot pedal can be moved about easily to serve cooks on both sides of an island or a counter.
Make the room kid-friendly. Create a zone where kids will feel welcome to help or just visit. For safety, move cleaning products and knives to adult heights. Stock up on kitchen tools made for kids and plastic bowls. Twin cutting boards let you chop the onions on your side of the island while your friend preps the apples on hers.
For the Entertainer
If you’re a cook who enjoys an audience, all the kitchen’s a stage. Create an illusion of effortlessness that belies a tightly organised support system.
The Strategies
Set a mood. Clear vases of fresh herbs or beautiful bowls of picture-perfect produce will whet guests’ appetites. Install a dimmer to bring down the lighting, and if you entertain regularly, consider built-in speakers to keep the music flowing through the kitchen.
Use glass cupboard doors for display. Use glass-front cabinets to showcase what you love most, whether it’s your best china, an antique-pitcher collection, or even canisters filled with pastas in different shapes and colours.
Keep party gear handy. Create a place for platters and trays―with tray dividers to maintain order―so you don’t have to hunt for them. Give candles, place mats, and other table toppers a dedicated drawer. Use an index-card box to store recipes, past menus, friends’ food preferences, or wine labels. (Soak a bottle to remove the label, let it dry, paste it onto an index card, and jot down tasting notes.)
Five Must-Have Tools for Any Kitchen
Here are five kitchen-related things you really need and how to use them efficiently. These items do not represent everything you’ll need for all your cooking, in any kitchen, for every recipe, throughout your entire life. What we’re listing here are five core purchases that any kitchen should have, along with the best advice we’ve seen on how to get the most for your money out of them.
The tips and research for these items are pulled from one editor’s experience growing from a single dude who calls his mom to make mashed potatoes to a fairly reliable home cook who makes the big dinners, along with a few great reads:
Three decent knives, sharpener for two of them
If we were crazed minimalists, we’d say you only truly need an eight-inch, plastic-handled stainless alloy chef’s knife, one you can find at a restaurant supply store for $10 (more on that later). You should test out any chef’s knife you’re looking at, and consider santoku-shaped blades if you do a lot of mincing or fine chopping. The key is making sure any knife feels right in your hand. The handle and weight in your hand are just as important as the blade, since proper use and sharpening should take care of that. Other than that, a sharp, sturdy paring knife and a cheap-as-you-can-get serrated bread knife have you covered for everything else. Skip the boning/filleting and utility knives, because you definitely don’t filet fish or slice giant mozzarella wheels that often.
How do you keep your knife sharp? Popular Mechanics has a good two-paragraph primer. Using a two-sided sharpening stone:
Lubricate the coarse side of the stone with mineral oil or water; then push the blade (at a 22- to 25-degree angle) across in a sweeping motion, like you’re cutting a thin slice off the stone. “Flip the knife and work the other side until a slight burr forms along the edge,” Montagno says. “Switch to the fine side of the stone, lift the blade to a slightly higher angle and hone off the burr to create a razor-sharp micro bevel.”
Obviously you can skip this process with the serrated bread knife, which can probably cut through loaves of bread long after you’re dead.
Five pots and pans
How you save money here depends on how you cook. Unless you make a lot of meat dishes with reduction sauces containing browned bits, you really need just one cheap medium-sized nonstick skillet for your day-to-day cooking, small and larger-sized metal saucepan, a pasta-sized pot with a lid, and one serious, large (12- or 14-inch) steel pan with steep sides for your grander culinary ambitions, stir-frys, and bigger meat meals. We’re serious on the nonstick skillet being cheap, if safe-looking, because even the most expensive kind inevitably flake off, chip, and lose their egg-repelling properties over time.
Note: We don’t intend to imply you should completely cheap out on your pots and pans. Good cast iron pans, treated well, can last a lifetime. We’re just suggesting the multi-piece sets with every single size of pan, pot, and boiler, with three different lids, aren’t really necessary for cooking.
Everything else? That’s where it gets discretionary. One doesn’t spend three months’ salary at Sears to make sure they’ve got every tool for any imaginable home project, but instead builds a tool set over time. Roasting pans, springform cake pans, loaf pans, double boilers—try to borrow them for rare occasions, make do with makeshift versions, or possibly get lucky at your local Goodwill. Otherwise, another trip to the restaurant supply store is in your future.
A restaurant supply store, or an Asian market
If you’re thinking about buying your cookware from a store in a mall, strip or otherwise, don’t do it. Similarly, don’t buy multi-pot sets, especially the kind signed by a chef you’ve seen on television. The best value for your dollar is found at your local or regional restaurant supply store. That’s where the restaurants you recommend to friends buy their stuff, and they make their money on volume. For certain kinds of cooking hardware, Asian food markets and “trading companies” often stock a lot of really cheap goods. For recipes that require random equipment you’re not sure you might use again, they’re often the smart buy.
Serious instant read thermometer
You don’t have to spend a lot on this, but it’s crucial to buy quality instead of cheap. That’s spoken as someone who loves to grill, and whose wife does not like to eat on the bleeding edge of food safety. Go too cheap and you end up with unreadable LCD screens, melted plastic, and seriously slow updates that leave your food overcooked and the chef overworked.
Reliable, small kitchen scale
When you’re new to stove-top cooking, you’ll want to get precise with your meat, vegetable, and starch measurements to ensure everything stays flavoured in proportion. When you start dipping your toes into baking, that’s when you’ll really be glad you have a scale. The way you pack flour, the moisture in the air, and the random sizes of ingredients like eggs or fruits can seriously impact the outcome of a baking recipe—unless you’re weighing things in proportion. You don’t have to spend a lot, but you do want something digital, that holds up to 10 pounds, and which can “tare,” or set itself to zero, when you’ve got a container on it that doesn’t count in the measurement.

COVID-19 symptoms seem pretty clear. The dry cough and difficulty breathing. Fatigue. And the fever.
To track all that, the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that people who may have been exposed take their temperature twice daily. As someone who covers the outbreak, I understand the soundness of this advice. There’s a nationwide shortage of coronavirus diagnostics, so health care providers are trying to reserve tests for people who have been exposed, are symptomatic or are at clear risk of dangerous complications.
What the CDC’s guidelines don’t note: Taking your temperature is surprisingly difficult.
Especially when, like most of my 20-something friends, you don’t own a thermometer. (I do have a candy thermometer, but those aren’t useful here. A meat thermometer wouldn’t be, either.) I called my local CVS. They were sold out. Another friend told me he had checked four stores in our neighborhood and come up empty-handed. My twin brother was able to find one — but he lives in Connecticut, almost 400 miles from me.
When I checked online, I discovered I’d have to wait weeks to months for a thermometer, unless I was willing to shell out at least $50. I was not.

Since I had no symptoms ― I still felt comfortable going out for a run or doing yoga in my kitchen — I decided to wait and watch. It’s been two weeks, officially, and my only symptoms are cabin fever and existential anxiety. The coronavirus seemed a no-show.
But was that the best course of action? And what should people in my situation do?
I did what any health journalist would do. I researched and called the experts.
Their advice was comforting. Splurging on a pricey thermometer isn’t the right move, especially if you aren’t showing symptoms. There are other ways to figure out if you have a fever, or are at risk of COVID-19 complications. And a few principles are worth considering.
The Number Varies
First of all, for people like my brother, who was able to find a thermometer in stock and buy it, or those who actually owned one long before this need arose, the number you’re looking for varies.
We’re taught the average human temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. But that isn’t necessarily correct. Research published this year suggests the average human body temperature is a bit lower ― maybe 97.9. It differs from person to person, based on factors like body weight, height, the weather, age or gender.
“Some people are like, ‘Oh, I run a low temperature.’ ‘Oh, I run high.’ That’s right! There is variation,” said Dr. William Schaffner, a professor of preventive medicine and infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University.
Generally, keep an eye out for a temperature of 100.5 F or higher. But the timing matters, too. Some people running a fever might not register a high number in the morning but will by afternoon. That’s because people run cooler in the morning, and their temperature peaks in the evening, usually from 4 to 9 p.m., he told me.
If you are taking your temperature twice a day, at least one of those should be done during that evening window — and ideally around the same time every day, to account for daily fluctuation.
Another factor to consider when using oral thermometers, advised Dr. Leigh Vinocur, a Maryland-based physician and spokesperson for the American College of Emergency Physicians: If you’ve just had hot coffee, or water or ice cream, wait a little bit before checking for fever.
The Equipment?
That gets at another question. Are specific kinds of thermometers better than others?
If you can’t find a thermometer, everyone told me ― again, don’t worry. (There are lots of other things to worry about!) But if you have options, you don’t need anything fancy.
High-tech models, like the smart thermometer Kinsa, track and map where people register fevers. This has been touted as a way to help predict the spread of disease. But they’re expensive. When in stock, they retail for between $35 and $69, per the manufacturer’s website.
There are other digital scanning thermometers that use infrared technology to scan someone’s forehead — from a distance! ― and deliver an accurate temperature reading.
These are the kinds used in high-traffic settings like the airport, or before journalists can enter White House press briefings — scenarios in which you don’t want to stick the same thermometer in multiple people’s mouths, spreading germs. When in stock (and again, many are not), those can cost $60-$80. That doesn’t include shipping, if you’re ordering online.
But those high-end devices aren’t necessary, especially at home.
“You don’t have to have the most expensive one. You can get a cheap one,” urged Dr. Brad Uren, an assistant professor and emergency doctor at the University of Michigan. Simple, under-the-tongue thermometers that (normally) retail for less than $10 are more than sufficient.
Actually, scanning devices can be more vulnerable to user error, said Dr.
(She also doesn’t currently have a thermometer.)
Products marketed for children are fine for adults. The only real precaution, doctors told me, is to make sure you properly clean it between uses and among people ― soapy water or sterilizing alcohol will usually do the trick.
Mom Had The Right Idea
But for people like my friends, these are moot points. If we don’t have thermometers and aren’t ready to drop $50 on one, what else can we do?
Don’t sweat the number. A specific temperature is only one of many indications of a fever. People will also have alternating chills and sweats, and body aches. And doctors don’t consider the precise number when deciding whether someone is ill.
“Fever is a yes-no thing, and chills are a big thing,” Davidson told me.
The childhood forehead test may be less precise than a digital reading, but it’s generally accurate in gauging sickness, he added. No wonder my mom relied on it to determine if her kids were well enough to go to school.
Since talking to Davidson, my social isolation partner and I have designated each other as sole “forehead testers” for the duration of this period: an effective way to self-monitor and mitigate germ-spreading from either of us to the rest of the world.
And if you are sick and seem to be registering a high body temperature? Call the doctor. If you’re really worried (or if, like me, you don’t have a primary care doctor), you may have to call the ER instead.
That said, the severe shortage of coronavirus tests and medical supplies — a shortage many worry will soon include hospital beds themselves ― means running a temperature or having a fever won’t get you into the hospital, even if you might have the coronavirus.
(And my grain-of-salt advice: I swear by the healing powers — or at least comfort capacity ― of Cocoa Puffs and Ritz crackers.)
Otherwise, follow basic infection-control guidelines (which don’t necessarily involve rushing out to the drugstore as soon as a new stock of thermometers is delivered): Wash your hands frequently with soap. Avoid touching your face. Put on your favorite isolation playlist, or some early-season “Gilmore Girls,” and practice your social distancing.

Top Rated Oil Less Fryers Review
To help you with your choice, we reviewed a couple of top rated oil less fryers. We covered both counter-top and outdoor appliances, with a variety of cooking technologies. We also kept in mind different needs when it comes to capacity and size, as well as wattage.
Without further ado, here are our reviews and recommendations:
Big Boss 9063 1300 Watt
Buy from Amazon
Big Boss 9063 comes in the perfect red color, which is nice refreshment among kitchen appliances.
The cooking time is shorter than usual - up to 3 times faster. That makes this model a pretty good choice for those with a fast-paced lifestyle.
It also allows you to cook food on 2 trays at the same time, which means even less time consumption.
With Big Boss 9063 you can cook your food straight from the freezer, and it will still save you energy!
The juicy part of Big Boss 9063 is its “triple cooking power”. Triple cooking power actually means that this model uses infrared, convection and halogen power.
With infrared, you won’t have to worry about uncooked insides and the food will be juicier than ever.
Convection means the hot air heats and cooks the food evenly and halogen is in charge of roasting the food surface.
If we’re talking numbers, Big Boss 9063’s size is 12.5 x 16 x 13.5 inches and 15 pounds. Most of Big Boss 9063 assets are pretty standard, and it’s hard to expect any stellar features.
However, it appears Big Boss 9063 lacks a built-in digital timer and a temperature setting.
Pros
The cooking time is shorter than usual - up to 3 times faster.
The juicy part of Big Boss 9063 is its “triple cooking power”.
With infrared, you won’t have to worry about uncooked insides
Convection technology
Cons
Lacks a built-in digital timer and a temperature setting.
As well, it gets pretty bright while it cooks, so it can be an eyesore. You can check a really good video review of the product and see its work on French fries and fruit dehidratation.

Oyama TRO-110C Turbo Convection Oven
Buy from Amazon
This oven will make foot preparations easier with its 12 l capacity.
For an affordable price, you get to roast, steam, bake and grill in a heat resistant glass cooking bowl.
A side from a classy look, Oyama TRO-110C has 2 wire cooking racks for a comfier cooking experience. To get you inspired, the manual also includes several recipes.
If we’re talking numbers, Oyama TRO-110C is 13 x 12.5 x 15.5 inch vise, and 14 pounds weight vise. It’s also sporting two dials - one for temperature and one that’s a timer.
It operates using heated circulating air, as most oil less fryers do, so the food is pretty healthy.
The plus side of the oven is that it’s made almost entirely of glass, and it doesn’t sport halogen heating systems that you can find in other models. Some of them have proven fragile.
All in all, it’s a decent deal for that money, although - for a counter top appliance, it’s pretty large and hard to store.
If you need more detailed information or a preview, we recommend checking out video review on youtube.
Pros
12 L capacity
2 wire cooking racks
Heated circulating air
Cons
Pretty large and hard to store

Char-Broil The Big Easy TRU-Infrared Oil-Less Turkey Fryer
Buy from Amazon
The Big Easy will definitely help you easily make even the biggest of turkeys just perfect. Specifically, you can prepare a turkey of up to 15 pounds, and all other kinds of marinated meats.
The Char-Broil Big Easy uses infrared TRU technology.
Thanks to double-walled cooking space and propane burners, the meat is cooked from the inside out, with all the juices caught right in the middle.
Although the tech is smart, the usage of the Big Easy is, well, easy. There’s only two controls - turn on/off and to turn up the burner. With it, you also get the thermometer and preparing a Thanksgiving dinner has never been easier.
Numbers do most of the talking here - the height is around 24 inches, and the diameter is of pleasant 21 inch. This Big Easy weighs 30 pounds, which is more than acceptable for an outdoor cooker.
The minus side of this fryer is that it requires a propane tank to operate, which is not included.
However, considering the raw oil less frying power you get with it - this might be an acceptable downside. It also means the fryer works fine in the cold and saves up on your electricity bill and that precious chicken space.
Although a propane tank is not included, you do get a cooking basket, a handy lifter, a thermometer and a cooking guide.

BIG BOSS 1300-Watt Oil-Less Fryer
Buy from Amazon
This futuristic little kitchen helper is quite the energy saver.
Big Boss is a counter-top cooker, with two trays which is great for all the multitaskers out there.
It heats up pretty fast, no need to defrost food prior to cooking.
If we break it down in numbers, the size is 12.5 x 16 x 13.5 in, and the shipping weight around 15 pounds. The wattage is 1300 watts, which is decent but not mind-blowing.
Just like with Big Boss 9063, this model’s selling point is the “triple cooking power”. Big Boss 1300 watt oil less fryer also uses infrared, convection and a halogen lamp to prepare that delicious food.
There’s also a temperature setting and a timer, which is convenient and an improvement compared to some previous models.
Big Boss 1300 watt is decent, and if you are hunting for a fast bargain, it might satisfy your needs for a healthier meal.
However, none of its features is a substantial perk that we haven’t seen in many other products.
