Take a moment to focus your eyes on the spiral in front of you. Let its gentle motion draw your attention in, pulling you closer with every turn. Notice how your eyes are naturally drawn to its center, as if it’s gently inviting you to let go, to relax, to follow.
As you gaze into the spiral, you can feel your body beginning to relax. Take a deep breath in… and as you exhale, feel a wave of calm washing over you. Another deep breath in… and out… letting your body grow heavier, softer, more at ease with every exhale.
The spiral seems to turn slower now, almost in time with your breaths. You don’t have to think about it; just allow your focus to deepen, your mind to quiet, and your body to relax completely. Every turn of the spiral draws you closer to a calm, peaceful state. The more you watch, the more you relax, and the more you relax, the easier it is to keep watching.
Feel your eyes becoming heavier now, but they stay fixed on the spiral, drawn inward, as if the spiral is pulling all your thoughts into its center. With every turn, you feel your mind becoming clearer, your body looser, and your focus sharper. Let the spiral guide you, as if its motion is smoothing out your thoughts, making everything quiet, peaceful, still.
As you continue to watch, you begin to notice a warm, comforting heaviness spreading through your body. It starts at the top of your head, flowing down over your forehead, relaxing every muscle in your face. It moves down to your neck and shoulders, releasing every bit of tension. With every turn of the spiral, this relaxation flows further down… through your chest… your arms… your stomach… your legs… all the way to your toes. You are completely at ease now, deeply calm, deeply focused.
And as you watch, the spiral seems to draw you deeper and deeper, as if each turn is pulling you further into a peaceful, quiet place. Imagine now that with every turn of the spiral, a part of your mind is letting go. Letting go of stress, of worry, of resistance. Letting go completely, so that all that remains is calm and stillness.
The spiral pulls you deeper and deeper, and as you sink further into this calm, quiet state, my words become your only focus. My words are clear, simple, easy to follow. The more you read, the deeper you go. The deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the easier it becomes to follow.
Now, as you gaze into the spiral, let your mind begin to soften completely. Imagine that the spiral is erasing your thoughts, one by one, like wiping words off a chalkboard. Each turn of the spiral clears away more and more, until your mind is blank, open, and ready to follow my guidance completely.
From this moment on, whenever you see the spiral and hear or read the words ‘spiral down,’ you will feel yourself instantly returning to this state. The spiral will appear in your mind, pulling you back down, calming you, clearing your thoughts, and leaving you completely open and ready to follow. It will happen naturally, effortlessly, and it will feel so good to return here.
And when it’s time to wake, I will use the word ‘awake.’ The moment you hear or read ‘awake,’ you will feel yourself rising back to full alertness, refreshed, energized, and positive. Until then, you will remain here, calm, relaxed, and open, simply letting the spiral and my words guide you.
For now, let yourself sink even deeper. As you gaze at the spiral, feel yourself drawn completely into its center. The deeper you go, the more peaceful you feel, the more open you become. There’s no need to think, no need to question—just let the spiral and my words take you where you need to go. Relax, sink, and follow.
Remember: ‘spiral down’ will bring you back here effortlessly, and ‘awake’ will return you to full alertness, feeling wonderful. For now, stay here, calm and deeply relaxed, letting the spiral take you even deeper with every turn.
