Arrival
I've never been one to believe in fate, it was always a concept that eluded me, that all changed when I met Six incredible strangers. I was just stepping off the plane, excitement was boiling over, I couldn't wait to meet him! KalKalem, or simply Calem as he's known outside of the message boards, had invited me to stay with him and his mother in the Kalos region. Having grown up in Unova I had never been to the Kalos region, but that would not stop my inner adventurer from getting lost in the thought of getting to explore a whole new region!
I searched around the large crowd for signs of Calem, I knew his favorite jacket was blue and he was known for wearing a red cap, I didn't expect however to see him perched upon a Ryhorn in the middle of the Airport yelling and waving at me in excitement! Laughing at the thought of him getting scolded from the people around him, I ran to meet him. "Calem! I almost didn't recognize you!" I shouted as he hopped from the Ryhorn. "I figured as much, that's why I borrowed my moms racing Ryhorn, nobody could ever miss that!" he said confidently, returning Ryhorn to its Pokeball with a swift gesture. We exchanges hugs with one another and made our way out of the crowded airport terminal. Stepping out of the terminal I found myself in the familiar setting of a large city, endless swarms of people moving in every direction seeming lost or confused. Calem looked worried, scared almost, it was apparent he was not used to the city life. He had told me about the small town he was from; it was similar in size to Nuvema town in Unova. I had grown up in Castelia City so the constant ebb and flow of the never ceasing city didn’t bother me at all seeing that he was nervous I grabbed his hand and lead him to the nearest Taxi. Once all of my belongings were placed in the trunk and we were ready to leave I could see his face begin to relax and excitement take over again. The entire way to his home town we talked, we knew a lot about one another so there wasn’t much in the way of expressing our delights about what we were doing, but what he brought up next surprised me. “You see” he began “I’ve been asked to gather a few of my closest friends for an important task from an important professor of Pokémon! So when you said you were coming to Kalos, I couldn’t think of anyone better to help me get started!”. “That sounds great Calem! I would love to help you get started! But you know I don’t have any Pokémon of my own, it was my brother who was the Pokémon trainer of our family.” I replied, worried he would be disappointed with my response. “That’s okay! You’ve still had more experience with them then I have; besides if you joined in I wouldn’t be nearly as nervous.” He said with a smile. Relief washed over me as I glanced out the window and watched the landscape roll by. “Here we are Kids, Aquacorde!” The voice of the driver announced, excitement over took me again as I jumped from the vehicle.

Welcome!
Yes, Welcome to Six Strangers. A blog about my adventures through a Wonder Trade Randomizer of Pokemon Y, with a bit more story then is provided by the game alone. I will be doing my best to update this blog once every two days or so, I am just beginning and will have the first part out soon hopefully. My intentions with this little experiment is to tell the tale of a Trainer who obtains 6 completely random Pokemon and learns to work with each in it's own way.  I hope you enjoy, feedback is always welcome, see you in Kalos :)
