i have been unmedicated for the entirety of spring break and thus have had little interest in writing this down, but i have been thinking about this for the entire week (as well as a dpdc clone danny au that resulted in it becoming its entirely separate batman au that includes a teenage vigilante bruce wayne, an ocarina, and me entirely incapable of making a batman au without making bruce dirt poor but we're not talking about that) and so i've finally went 'fuck it' and forcibly grabbed my laptop. I will get this done in one sitting even if it kills me.

BUT. This is about neither clone^2 danny nor about who i am calling Ocarina Batman. This is about my Danyal Al Ghul Au and more SPECIFICALLY it's me thinking about his relationship with Sam and Tucker specifically.

Tucker and Sam? Adore this asshole (affectionate) with every fiber of their being. And it is very much a reciprocated feeling, but Danny's thoughts will not be delved into much other than he would kill for them.

Tucker? The only person currently capable of getting a deep, loud, belly laugh out of Danny. Sam can get him to smile and to laugh, but it's the kind that's a chuckle-under-the-breath. The quiet, looks-down-while-huffing laughter. Snorts once with laughter and then grins stupidly.

But Tucker? Tucker can crack a slew of stupid jokes and Danny will be incapacitated for the next five minutes because he's laughing so hard that he can't breath. He lands one well-timed pun or quip and Danny will be close to tears. His laughter is their favorite sound in the whole world.

Sam is lowkey jealous of this ability, and she's gotten a belly laugh out of Danny a few times. But alas, it is Tucker who wields this power and has gotten it the most times out of the two of them.

They're also both physically affectionate with Danny as much as possible. It started roughly around when they were 12-ish, a year since they befriended Danny, and they noticed that he sought after touch but never seemed to initiate (and was in some ways repulsed by it). They started slowly being more touchy with him. Hooking a finger around his to lead him somewhere, tapping his wrist, looping arms. Little touches, grabs, etc, to get him used to it, and once he started doing it back they started increasing it.

It's gotten to a point where he will now just. Lay on them. Like a lizard sunbathing on a rock. Leaning on their backs when they're sitting in class before the bell rings, his chin on their heads. He'll talk about anything with his arms looped around their shoulders.

If they're sitting on a couch at either of their houses, he'll lay his legs on theirs. Him and Tucker will press their feet against the other's and try and push against them (newsflash: Danny always wins, Tucker claims its the ghost strength but Danny's been winning since before his accident)

Naturally, both Sam and Tucker know where Danny keeps his weapons on his person, and are allowed to grab them off of him if they need it. His only requirement is that they don't lose his weapons if they take it and forget to return it immediately.

They both understand how big of a thing this is from Danny, and so they do their best to treat his weapons with a lot of respect and care because they know its his way of saying he trusts them.

Sam and Tucker are so fond of Danny it's insane. Like fr. That's their goddamn best friend, and they are so protective of him. Emotionally, physically, you name it. They will tear the head off a grown man if they need to, Danny's had scars since he arrived in Amity Park and Sam and Tucker both are going to find the person who put them there and make them pay for it.

One time, Tucker overheard a bunch of upperclass girls speaking nastily about Danny and about the rumors surrounding him, calling him names like 'freak', 'monster', etc. Danny was with him and heard it, and seemingly appeared unbothered by it, even telling Tucker that he was used to such rumors.

Tucker was so furious that hacked into the school system later that night and tanked those girls grades. They were kicked out of their clubs and had to go to mandatory tutoring for the rest of the year. He made sure to leave some way of letting them know it was him who did it.

And Sam doesn't like using her money for things, doesn't like abusing that wealth. So instead, whenever her parents talk bad about Danny, she causes a media incident that has her parents scrambling to deal with. She does something wild, outrageous by her parents' standards.

She heard some boys on the basketball team making fun of Danny once, similar to those girls had. She kicks up a fuss about something eco-unfriendly at school and forcibly holds a protest on the same day of the big home basketball game, forcing them to cancel the event and reschedule to a visiting school.

She anonymously donates money so that there's new uniforms for the team but oops! Looks like she "forgot" to donate enough money for them to get uniforms for all the team members, and strangely enough those boys in particular didn't get them! Looks like they'll have to wait until more money gets donated for the basketball team to get their new, nice uniforms. The old ones look so ratty in comparison, right?

And since the football team gets most of the sport money, that might just take awhile. And if (and when) they kick up a fuss? oops! Off the basketball team you go, :) such unsportsman-like behavior is unfit for the team.

(The only good thing about how corrupt the school system is is that she can use it to her advantage too.)

The both of them know that Danny suspects them for the sudden misfortune falling on these people, but he doesn't call them out on it. He's kinder than he used to be, but not kind enough to vouch for people who speak badly of him. Sometimes, he might just congratulate them on not getting caught.

Because Danny is their wonderful, hurt friend with a "slightly" Blue and Orange Moral code, and enough scars that people have been calling him a criminal (and worse) since he arrived in Amity Park when he was ten. And they'll be damned if he gets hurt anymore.

[Amnesiac Omori AU]

Grown up Omori concepts! My idea for the final chapter of the fic for this AU is that it's an epilogue that takes place ten years in the future (so he's ~22 years old in this pic), so it's got me thinking about what Omori's like when he's older

Notes:

He dyed his hair partially white to honor his past self and to signify how he's accepted his past as part of himself

He's aroace! Never ends up settling down with anyone and is perfectly happy and content about it <3

Not depicted here but for his career I imagine he goes into computer programming!

I'm thinking he maybe becomes roommates with Andrew, no matter what though him and Andrew remain very close

The main conflict for the epilogue's story is that Omori develops a tendency to overwork himself, which is something his friends help him deal with

Well, in regards to that Rapunzel AU from yesterday, I bring to you the one idea I had for Nightmarch that I didn't have the time nor motivation to actually write. It's a play on The Little Mermaid but also reversed.

Nightmare is a prince, although not in line to rule as his twin brother Dream is more suited for the position. For now, their mother is Queen of some country. (He looks like Passive Nightmare but as an adult and was never corrupted.)

Nightmare likes to take walks along the beach and often sails his own ship around as he finds the ocean fascinating. He isn't too interested in fishing but often goes for a swim, although he has to be careful as bones aren't buoyant and he could drown. Instead, he likes to collect shells, coral, and other things. He also likes to draw the fish that he sees.

One day, he rescues a siren/mermaid that was captured. He happens to have snuck away from the castle and possibly disguised himself so as to not draw attention. While wandering the docks, he sees a crowd has gathered and pushes his way through to investigate.

Nightmare is both amazed but also horrified to see that the people are gawking at a siren/mermaid that has been strung up out of the ocean. He can see that she's still struggling to breath and immediately demands that she be released. They protest at first but when Nightmare reveals himself and threatens to tell the Queen that they killed a sentient creature, they cut the siren/mermaid down.

Nightmare personally brings her to the water so that she can breathe again. She doesn't wake up immediately and he ends up taking her away from all the people so that she can recover, maybe to a hidden cove. He stays by her side to make sure she'll be okay and maybe even sings to her.

She stirs and catches a glimpse of his face although it's his voice that sticks with her. He leaves before she actually wakes up and she returns to the ocean not long afterwards.

Nightmare becomes even more obsessed with the ocean and finds himself longing to see the siren/mermaid again. So much so, that he goes to a witch/warlock for an answer. They trick him into eating something like the black apple which, of course, corrupts him. The process is incredibly painful and when he wakes up at the bottom of the ocean, he has no idea where he is.

He has a more aquatic form, possibly his lower half being like an octopus, and his bones are coated in a black corruption.

He possibly goes on a rampage and is only stopped when the siren/mermaid he rescued, gets his attention. She tries to stop him, maybe with magic, but he stops when he recognizes her face. She doesn't recognize him of course, but is happy he stopped.

Nightmare can't seem to speak as he doesn't know how underwater and has to try and communicate with her through gestures. She is patient though and makes sure to help him out so that he knows how to survive.

The Siren

Mermaid!Minthara x Sailor!Galatea

A/N: So, it's mermay and I've been stuck with this idea for some time and finally wrote it down. Also, in this one, sirens are kinda like....they eat people, so get ready for Minthara thinking about that. Also, I know technically there's a difference, but I like to use siren and mermaid interchangebly.

The ocean’s water had turned violent as the sky darkened. Minthara swam towards the surface, poking her head above the water. Clouds, heavy with lightning, gathered around, the sign that a storm was approaching. Squinting her eyes, she spotted a ship in the distance  and smirked. 

She dove underwater and followed the ship from a distance, and soon, it began to rain. Times like this were perfect for hunting. Nature would do most of the work, with rays of lightning causing a fire overboard and the violent waves crashing against the ship. Sooner or later, people would jump into the water for safety. 

It was then that the sirens struck. While Minthara’s preferred method was luring her prey to their watery grave with her song, sailors jumping to their deaths during a storm also had its fun. The way they would think they had just survived the worst, only for their hope to be immediately crushed as she dragged them underneath. 

Oh, how sweet it was, Minthara thought, to eat the heart of a man while his lungs filled with saltwater, as he tried to scream and swim away. 

And so, when the first body hit the water, Minthara grinned, quickly swimming towards her next meal. 

…

Galatea had warned the crew about the storm. The moment she had woken up, she could feel the familiar hum of lightning in her veins, warning her of what was to come. 

They chose to ignore her and now, the ship was going down. Wave after wave had crashed against them, and control of the ship had long been lost. She and some others were trying to get the row boats down, when lightning struck, causing a fire. 

It was in the midst of the chaos, that someone knocked into her, causing the tiefling to fall overboard. 

The ice cold water picked at her skin, as she swam to the surface. Gasping for air, she tried to find where the row boat was, but it was too dark. Galatea screamed for her crew, swimming around aimlessly. Given how strong the current was, her legs began to tire, and soon, she was underwater again. As her consciousness began fading, she only hoped that Umberlee would grant her a quick death. The last thing she felt was a hand wrapping itself around her arm. 

…

Female surface dwellers were not common around these parts. Minthara herself never had the pleasure of seeing one up close, only hearing the stories her mother and sisters had told. She always wondered if they tasted different then the men, if their screams were sweeter. 

It seemed that her questions would be answered soon, as she quickly spotted a blue haired female tiefling on the ship. 

Minthara had kept her eyes on the woman, seeing as she ran around the ship, trying to help but ultimately failing. She noticed how the water made her clothes clung to her skin, and the siren licked her lips, looking her up and down. She also noticed how her fellow siren also seemed to keep their eyes on the tiefling, and Minthara became even more determined to get her hands on her first. 

When her body fell on the water, Minthara swam towards her, racing against the other sirens. Her long, purple tail was strong, making her get there faster than everyone else. Besides, her intimidating stare made the younger ones open the way. 

She couldn’t kill the woman right then and there, as it would cause even more conflict and she wouldn’t be able to appreciate the moment. Knowing a beach was nearby, Minthara grabbed the tiefling by the arms, bringing her to the surface and swimming to shore. This prolonged hunt would make the kill even more satisfying, Minthara reasoned. 

By the time she reached the location, the sky had begun to clear. It was hard to swim in shallow water, but Minthara was able to place her victim on the sand, using her upper body strength to stay above her, her long, white hair sticking to her face. 

She took a moment to examine the tiefling. Her snow-white skin was cold to the touch, likely due to the rain. Part of her blue hair clung to her face and neck, while the other was played around her. Minthara brushed some of it to the side, taking a better look at her face, trailed her long nail from her forehead to her cheek, watching in amusement as the woman shuddered. Minthara also noticed how her neck was covered in black markings that reached her jaw, like tendrils. For a moment, the siren wondered what those meant. 

But, as the sun’s heat began to burn her scales, Minthara shook her head and remembered what her task was. Moving in position, she grabbed the tieflings arms, studying herself as she opened her mouth, her sharp teeth shining. As she was about to strike, the woman groaned, opening her eyes and Minthara stilled. 

Pitch black eyes met hers as the tiefling whispered softly “You’re beautiful.” 

…

Galatea’s consciousness had briefly come back to her a few minutes ago, when she felt the sun on her skin, and a faint touch on her face. She could feel the sand beneath her, as someone pushed her hair away from her face. 

She wondered, momentarily, she had died and this was how her soul was entering the next plane of existence. But as the feelings on her fingers came back, Galatea knew she was real. Someone had saved her and brought her to shore.

And so, after a few more seconds of gathering strength, she finally opened her eyes to see her savior and was met with an interesting visage. 

A purple woman with long white hair and red eyes stood above her. She was naked, although her breasts seemed to be covered in scales. Her mouth was open, rows of sharp teeth shining under the light but as Galatea looked at her, she could only think one thing.

“You’re beautiful.” 

She saw as the woman above her stopped, closing her mouth and frowning. Before any could move, a gunshot was heard, startling both of them. 

The purple woman quickly moved away from her and backed into the water, where Galatea finally saw her tail, as she dove underneath. Struggling, the tiefling began to get up, coughing, when she felt someone running up behind her and helping. 

“By all gods, are you alright?” She heard Astarion, a fellow crewmate, say “I thought that damned siren was about to eat your innards.” 

“I…” Galatea swayed a bit, as her legs shook. “I think I’m alright.” 

“Good. For a moment I thought I was the only one who made it out of that ship.” He put one of her arms around his shoulders, supporting her up. “There’s a place I know nearby, we can rest there for a while.” 

Galatea nodded. “Lead the way.” As she limped with him, she took a moment to look back to the water, wondering if she would ever see the siren again.

Also note, when I list 'Relationships' in this case it means what usually would be a ship - I'm weird about relationship labels and pretty much every close dynamic is freeform to me/doesn't fit the usual romantic vibes, so just, any pairing in the relationship label take it as me listing it as a ship or just saying "HEY THEY'RE GONNA KISS AND/OR FUCK AND/OR GO ON BOYFRIEND DATES"

I love shipping I'm just iffy with the labels of dating/ships cause it's more complex to me - I see it as like qpr/romantic usually but anyways that's enough of my own qpr influencing me.

Dragon Rider AU (DRAU)

A story separated into three large arcs, primarily following the young prince, Dream, who is presumptive heir to his kingdom's throne and his brother (XD) who reigns as King as they try to navigate their newfound positions in their kingdom and everything that comes with that.

Dream finds himself in the care of humans after unfortunately getting a bit too close to shore - becoming victim to net entanglement and proceeding to get himself more injured trying to escape. During his time at this little rehabilitation facility he makes friends and learns more than he expected about the world about the waves.

This discovery spirals quickly into a whole new ordeal, as the facility members aren't the only ones on the island who've found a mermaid - and soon news coverage starts going on about some 'rogue animal' attacking fishermen on their boats offshore.

"What Keeps Us Human" TLOU AU

Other characters work as cameos mostly, The Syndicate is important late game though!

The story follows the separate duos throughout their travels as they both make their way to a designated meet up spot - a place that initially was just for Purpled and Punz but both of them have picked up company, so now the duos face the threats of this post apocalyptic world alongside their own inner turmoil. In the end though, there is something better for them on the horizon.

After a rather notable series of unfortunate events Dream lands himself imprisoned. It's an unfavorable situation at best which only gets worse as his slight... "hobby" of being a necromancer is revealed to Quackity of all people. So now he finds himself in the depths of an elaborate cavern known as Pandora's Labyrinth, getting tortured on occasion and at the mercy of a dragon who he's only known as 'The Warden'...

Sam is this dragon (think DND style dragon, sapient/can shape-shift/magic n all that but with the vibes of the one from Damsel/Khaevis) and merely a legend, a fairy tale if you will to the vast majority of the land. Dragons died out with magic, that is what is said, and sure some of them may have perished but he certainly did not. Now he's tasked with keeping Dream within his own lair, fueled by the promise that he's doing something good for the kingdom who lives in the shadow of his mountains and the other part of this deal that Quackity struck with him, a promise of information...

Though like everything there is far more to this tale, as secrets wait to be unburied and the most unlikely of relationships will develop.

I can’t imagine the number of weird asks you get as a artist. As someone whos learning to draw i both admire and feel sorry for the sheer amount of drawing stuff you do/probably are asked to do. Your art is great, but i hope ur not burning out with all the good stuff you’ve been posting lately from asks n stuff

I have over 1000 asks in my inbox, and there are some weird ones for sure

When it comes to asks for me to draw things, it’s actually pretty nice because hey uh yeah free ideas! But also sometimes there is that pressure, but i’ve learned that hey I don’t need to answer every ask I get and I also don’t need to draw something for every ask y’know?

When I need something to draw to keep me busy for whatever reason, I can just look in my askbox and usually find something, so I’m always grateful for any asks that I get!
