DIZZY ISY SAVE FILE VERSION 3

Here is the third version of my precious Dizzy Isy save. I have fixed some lots from the first and second saves and completely renovated Henford-on-Bagley with new families and storylines. I have also added lots and sims to include the Home Decorator pack.

There are 18 empty houses (10 starters, 7 under 100k, 1 under 120k).

There are 15 rentals in holiday destinations.

There are 2 free apartments.

Secret lots in Mt. Komerebi renovated.

Selvadorada and Strangerville adventure/mystery unplayed.

Conservation efforts not completed in Sulani.

Evergreen Harbor has many community project opportunities.

It is a busy save file with many lots filled to stop random spawning of unneeded townies but the empty lots will soon quickly fill up with townie families if you don’t use them. The townies are clearly marked in the unplayed tab with the #townies so you know who is meant to have a lot and who isn’t.

I used to use  NPCC By Paulson to keep track of townies and their jobs but it leads to lots of last exceptions so use at your own risk. I can’t guarantee new townies will not spawn because there is no magical mod fix for that yet. I have really tried to contain it in the save file and as of saving, everyone had the jobs in their household description. However once you start playing in the save. The game chooses to just do its thing and replace jobs etc. So annoying!

Make a backup of your Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Saves folder

Download the file, unzip, and place files in Electronic Arts/The Sims4/Saves.

Open your game, enter the save. It is named “Dizzy Isy Save File By Isleroux”.

The last played household is Calla Cotswold who has just inherited a Cobblebottom cottage from her grandmother Calista. She is still in mourning so be gentle with her.

Sims 4 - Grange en Ruine & Départ en Campagne (Starter Houses)

First, thanks to the EA Game Changers program for giving me early access to this EP !

I don't plan to continue my renovation of Henford-on-Bagley, I will not build another lot in this world for now (I may edit and move these lots elsewhere at some point).

As usual, with each EP release, the first thing I do is build a house for my sims that will test the gameplay in live mode. But this time, I had a hard time deciding what I wanted for him, so here are two different starter houses!

The first is a run-down but spacious barn that you will have to redecorate with the money you earn from working the land and raising your animals. It’s also an Off-the-Grid lot (Simple Living and Wild Foxes are also enabled for both lots), so it might be a challenge!

If you want an easier start, the second lot is a simple but fully furnished home. Building starter houses is always a bit complicated for me, I find it hard to build an interesting exterior (and to decorate the interior) with such a limited budget, but I did what I could.

Buying one of these plots of lot will leave you with barely any money, don’t hesitate to use the kaching cheat for a bit of money if it’s too difficult or if you want to buy chickens and a cow directly.

I build both these lots for the 20x30 plot in the Old New Henford area of the new world, and for the moment, I’m not sure I will keep them in my save, we'll see!

Frenchie Save. Version 1.1. Français

Note: (Dear English-speaking Simmer friends, the following description is in French because all the stories and descriptions of this save are in French. But obviously you can download the save and play with it!) J’ai d’abord créé cette sauvegarde pour moi, du coup je ne me limite pas sur les packs utilisés. Cependant, j’essaie de la garder aussi gameplay et performance friendly que possible, en essayant de créer des environnements agréables sans exagérer sur le nombre d’objets et/ou la quantité de textures de murs/sols.

J’ai également fait un gros makeover à tous les townies/pnj de tous les mondes, et ai ajouté des foyers. Ils ont un peu plus de personnalité, et surtout plus de diversité! ♥

De plus, j’ai essayé de diversifier les représentations LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈 avec des Sims aux genres et orientations sexuelles variés.

Tous les mondes comptent au moins une maison “Starter” - sauf Glimmerbrook.

Je possède tous les packs sauf le rikikit Nettoyage de Printemps.

UPDATE 3.0

I am very excited to bring you guys the latest UPDATE for the Simply Unique SAVE FILE which is the 3.0 Update up untill My Wedding Stories. I have filled Henford-On-Bagley as well as Tartosa with builds built by some AMAZING and TALENTED Creators which will all be linked below. I have also added a lot more Households as requested by you guys and now the SAVE FILE has a total of 109 Sims and they all have some interesting background stories. 

Some of the Sims that was added to the SAVE FILE was submitted by some of you guys and every single person who’s Sims I have added will be listed down below. So PLEASE be sure to go and follow them on the Gallery. 

As time goes by and more packs come out I will UPDATE the SAVE FILE and add more Sims. 

THANK YOU SO MUCH to EVERY single CREATOR for being a part of this SAVE FILE it really means so much to me to be working with people all around the world who is so TALENTED.

We have reached the start of a new year in The Chill Save (which is now SO wrongly named XD) -- first day of Spring all over again! And, as promised last time, after seeing just how small the Willow Creek Victorian really was (I mean, to be fair, it is classed as a “starter home” on the Gallery), after letting Victor and Alice get a bit of sleep and Smiler upgrade their phone colors and get in a little last-minute figure painting (which actually caused them to fulfill their resolution to raise a skill, nice -- up to Painting 4 now!), I moved the lot of them to their new home in Henford-on-Bagley -- my custom “abandoned spooky farmhouse” build, 2 Olde Mill Lane (Haunted)!

It then took me like three play sessions to properly furnish it. XD Look, not only did they bring a lot of stuff with them -- including a lot of things that needed to be displayed -- there was a lot of stuff I wanted to added to the lot itself! Like crafting stuff in the barn! A greenhouse for the garden! Various shelves and cabinets for all the stuff that needed to be displayed!

And then I went to take pictures and remembered “oh yeah -- this lot’s Off The Grid. The lights don’t work until you build up enough power.” *facepalm* So yeah, that’s why all the pictures in this particular photoset are so dark. Hopefully you can still get a decent look at what’s what, but let me give you the highlights:

First floor: You come in up the big front porch, which has the original easel and Smiler’s bar, into the little “entrance hall.” From there you can go left into the living room -- with nicer bookshelves, the TV, a sitting area in front of the fireplace, and the A:MR gramophone -- or right into the sort of general “hallway,” which leads into the downstairs half-bath, the “study” (where the chess table, Victor’s piano, Smiler’s new guitar, and the insect collection currently lives), the little “mudroom” leading to the back garden, and the kitchen/dining area (displaying everybody’s best catches while fishing). It also contains the stairs to the second floor, and a laundry nook under said stairs (plus a display case for Victor and Alice’s Selvadoradan treasures).

Second floor: Another wide general hallway with Smiler’s party-won stereo leads to Victor and Alice’s bedroom on the left (with all their college grad stuff, Sims Sessions tickets, and desk and computer) with an en-suite bathroom; “Smiler’s” bathroom (containing all their bathroom stuff from their old place); Smiler’s “bedroom” (with their desk and laptop and all their posters -- plus Swirly the hypnofrog and Snappy the Sixam Mosquito trap; though instead of a bed, they have a yoga mat as I intend to get them into wellness now); and the spare bedroom that now houses Smiler’s karaoke machine. XD

Barn and yard: Back on the ground, the barn has the flower-arranging bench, the woodworking bench, the candle-making bench, and the juice fizzer in it, ready to go; we also have a greenhouse for those plants that need to be sheltered -- there’s in-ground patches for most of the regular trees; two Werewolves planters for the Tree of Emotions and the Plasma Fruit Tree; and regular planters for all of the regular small produce. The oversized crop patches are out around the back, and the wind turbines and water collectors around the side.

So yeah -- hopefully not too bad a start, as you can see! Or maybe not see. Look, the lighting situation in this house is going to be, uh, variable for a while. . .
