Can't wait to make an entire fic about how Chase from Paw Patrol would single-handedly destroy our current "justice" system because ACAB from our world, but Chase is from the most perfect world in Adventure Bay ever, in which prisons don't exist and GOOD! NON-INSTITUTIONALIZED! rehabilitation centers rule everything and the only reason Humdinger keeps escaping is because he doesn't want to experience the amazing powers of being treated kindly, fairly, and have a place that takes care of him well for some odd reason (he thinks he's better than everyone there which, not cool)
