-expect him wanting to cuddle, he's very clingy and once you get close enough to him it's very obvious

-shuichi definitely deals with his fair share of sadness, and he gives amazing hugs so he's great at giving comfort

-probably like the best bf ever

-his favorite spot for dates is the library, he doesn't like crowds and he prefers the quiet

I got one positive comment and I was like ‘Fuck yeah, Let’s keep this going’ Previous Chapter Here!  Chapter 2: Dead by Daylight

You glanced over at their booth uncomfortably every so often, trying not to make your staring obvious. You listened to them as closely as possible, trying to remain stone faced so they would never know. You returned to your usual busy work of polishing the same glass to no avail. ��You’re disgusting me, Kokichi.” Shuichi said callously. “Chew with your mouth closed.” “I can’t help it, It’s good.” He spoke muffled, shoving cheese fries into his mouth. “Coming here was a good idea-” “Close your fucking mouth!” Kaito yelled. “You get on my nerves.” “The Offspring of War is awfully pissy this morning.” korekiyo said calmly. Every word he spoke was calm and collected, no malice detected in his voice though his words were brazen. “Maybe you should order a nice tall glass of calming the hell down?” “Bite me.” “No, It’d probably give you leukemia.” “He’d deserve it.” Kokichi said, “He’s been hitting on our bartender all night.... Speaking of which, Can I get some more fries and another cosmopolitan!” He yelled to you, startling you a little. You scrambled for a glass before you heard someone else chime in. “No more drinks, Kokichi. We have work to do and If you’re hammered, you’re gonna make it harder on the rest of us.”  Shuichi said, taking a sip of his water and then putting the glass down aggressively. “I’ll be back, I’m headed to the bathroom. If I come back and you have another fucking drink, I’m killing our bartender.” You squealed, biting your lip and staring off to the ground. Kaito simply laughed at you taking a few cheese fries from Kokichi while he was distracted. “Ouma, You’re gonna get my sexy bartender killed-” “Oh whatever, You’ll screw anything that moves-” “Not you.” He scoffed, flipping the plate of fries onto the table. Your eye twitched, sensing the trouble you would have later tonight scarping dried cheese off the tables. They continued their argument and you just kept a hard eye on the bathroom door. As they chattered, you wondered what it looked like in there. You hadn’t checked the bathrooms since you arrived at work. What if they were atrocious? The son of death just walked into the mens room and what if your bathroom were absolutely appalling! You were horrified for a second, ignoring the fact that a small argument had begun at the table. When you noticed Kaito arguing with Kokichi, and Korekiyo hanging his head in shame, you decided to peek into the mens room to see just how bad it was. The last thing you needed was such a V.I.P trashing your establishment online. You entered the bathroom quickly, leaning against the door and listening carefully. The gentle sounds of streaming water let you know exactly what was going on around the corner and you sighed. He was using the urinal, and most likely would notice you if you decided to check the bathroom now. Coming in here was a terrible idea. You closed your eyes for a minute, trying to think of a game plan when you were ripped from your thoughts. “The hell are you doing in here?” You heard in front of you. You let out a shrill scream and Shuichi clicked his tongue, annoyed. “Did you follow me?” “...The water-” “One of your urinals has a leak.” He said, explaining the streaming sound you were hearing. you mouthed ‘oh’ just leaning against the door and maintaining eye contact with death himself. The awkward silence was finally ended thanks to him. “Do you often walk in to hear your customers take a piss?” “N-No I-” You stuttered, trying to think of a believable excuse that didn’t sound as lame as ‘I needed to make sure the restroom wasn’t fucked up’. “Kaito and Kokichi are fighting... so I... got out of there.” You trailed off, praying your explanation was good enough. he still looked irritated. “Fucking idiots,” He breathed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “I can’t take them anywhere.” He seemed less tense at your excuse, leaning against the wall opposite of you and complaining to himself. “They’re gonna blow this.” “....Big job ahead?” You said softly. Bartender’s are good at getting information. It comes naturally. Something about questioning him in particular though was terrifying. To your surprise he answered, harmlessly enough. “We’ve got to meet up with our dads for the last time before we’re on our own and taking over their jobs. You think those assholes would take this more seriously.”  “That must be hard.” You answered, almost immediately. He nodded lightly, looking off to the side and fiddling with his gloves. He seemed at peace, like he was speaking from the heart for the first time in ages. “Maybe they aren’t ready to grow up-” “Well, What about me?!” He snapped. His voice sounded strained. Maybe more like stressed. “Do they think this is what I want?” He looked into your eyes, instantly snapping out of his relaxed state when he noticed how big your eyes were while looking at him. He immediately collected himself, shaking his head and pushing past you like he was on a mission. You followed him, heading over to the bar where you felt safe. The room noticeably tensed when he entered and they all looked to him and ceased their conversation. “Get up guys, We’re leaving.” “Awww, so Soon?” “Don’t give me that shit, Ouma. Let’s get going.” He demanded. They all stood obediently, seeming to take his orders seriously despite their annoyance. He turned back to you as they filed out the door. “How much do I owe you?” “ Oh, well, the fries were like, 10 and the drinks were like-” He groaned, making you flinch. He reached into his suit pocket, taking a bill and slamming it on the counter. “You can keep the change, A little tip for your patience. We were never here.” He turned heel and walked out, giving a weak wave as he made his way out of the door. The crisp $100 on the counter waved slightly as the door to the bar slammed closed.

the cavern of fears

hi guys !  mod junko here , i had a random idea for a fantasy au oneshot - if anyone likes it , i ‘ ll post the second part ! ( i forgot to mention in my last post that my ipad broke so i couldn ‘ t make sprites for myself :( i got it fixed though ! <3 )  

  ❝ 𝙪𝙥𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 , 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 . ❞

you read outlout , you felt a familiar hand on your shoulder , you turned . seeing shuichi give you a soft , yet kind smile . you smiled back . his warm grin pushing the fear in you to the back of your mind .  you studied the cavern ahead , four different directions to go , and there were four people in your party .

this all started 2 months ago , when the leader of the demon organization DICE kidnapped soon to be queen kaede akamatsu , your sister . you would never admit this but , you were slightly jealous of her - she was attractive , smart , talented and thoughtful . you were but a shadow of that , even though you had some resentment for her perfection you jumped at the chance to save her , her friends , shuichi saihara , himiko yumeno and maki harukawa asked you to join their quest to save the soon to be crowned queen  . 

the four of you had faced the swamp , retrieved items for the greatest inventor , fought against the unbeatable martial artist and more things like that ,  all leading up to now , the last threat before you could reunite with your beloved sister . “ four different directions , four of us . that ‘ s not a coincidence . “ maki said , scanning the cavern . “ they ‘ re also different sizes , so himiko should take that one , i ‘ ll take this one , shuichi can take that one and maki can take that one ! “ you exclaimed , pointing at the selective ones . “ right ! hey , himiko could you cast a light spell ? ” shuichi asked , yumeno nodded , “ wait himiko ! “ you shouted, himiko looked at you confused , and so did everyone else in the party . “ i think the cavern ‘ s enchanted , i sense a strong dark magic , do you too ? “ you asked , even though you were anything but a mage you still felt a connection to magic of all sorts , the only thing that made you value yourself - your magical abilities , weak abilities , but abilities nonetheless .

yumeno closed her eyes , tapping into her magical energy . “ yeah , i do . . it ‘ s draining my magic . . “ she said dozily , feeling weaker by the second .  “ we should move quickly . “ shuichi commented , maki nodded in agreement . wrapping her fingers around her sword taking a deep breath , staring at what was awaiting her in the cavern . 

She took a step , the dirty ground absorbing her foot . she took another step and so , she went into the cave . with no hesitation , shuichi followed in pursuit , eager to save the princess , he ventured fully into the cave .

 “ be careful himiko , okay ? “ you hugged yumeno , she hugged you back ; over the coarse of this crazy adventyreyou had become close friends with everyone in the party , himiko being the closest friend you made , both of you having a connection to the magical energy of the world , you slightly envied her , being able to cast spells . even though you were arguably an important part of the party you still felt completely useless , being the only one who wasn ‘ t an ultimate , being the plain one .

 gripping her staff , himiko skipped into the mysterious cave , her small figure disappearing and joining the darkness in seconds , all that remained was you , y / n akamatsu - the sister of the queen and ultimate pianist , the dull  one .

  “ c ‘ mon y / n you can do this , you can do this . “ you muttered to yourself , , putting a foot infront of you and taking a step , and then another step . now at the dge of the cavern , your hands and the front of your face becoming one with the darkness , departing from the dim light .
