Shovel knight experts, I have played all the games except dig, showdown, and pocket dungeon. Are they worth getting into or kinda meh? (I would be getting them for lore most likely)

inspired by that one interaction in showdown where specter knight goes on about how much he hates king knight and king knight's only response is to make more "you're undead and ugly and your only personality trait is working for the enchantress" jokes like he did in SoT

oh my god i was playing reize’s story in shovel knight showdown and got to the part where you team up with baz

and i accidentally jumped into a pit

I know some are disappointed that the dev haven’t included the bodyswaps in Showdown; but they did give their characters bodyswapped version! And that’s how and why I started to do my fav lady pixel “artwork” in Showdown ;)

Half of Polar Knight respects Black Knight as still being his friend/fellow shovel wielding warrior.

The other half of him doesn’t hesitate to roast Black Knight on how he failed to save Shield Knight because he wasn’t strong enough, goddamn.
