Appart from the secret message, the images for the TRF stamp are entirely taken from the showdown on Bart’s roof between Sherlock and Jim. 

Sherlock’s face, when he realizes Jim’s intentions, has been chosen as main image (at  1:11:28)

The scene of Sherlock’s short triumph, when he assumes he has found a way to defeat Jim (at 1:15:32), has been chosen for the near background. The sign of the octagon over Sherlock’s head got removed for the stamp.

Saint Paul’s Cathedral takes centre stage in the far background

The hidden details of the TRF stamp, which are revealed under UV light, show Jim’s message on the glass cabinet for the crown jewels (at 10:11), summoning Sherlock to play the game. 

Feature of interest: in the story, the writing ‘GET SHERLOCK’ becomes visible while Sherlock is watching a surveillance record of the break-in on screen ... that is running backwards.
