Dane and his mate Danneel

from the sequel to Dragon!Dean Is Still Scared Of Heights which is called Shenadragons. Danneel just shed her antlers so they can cuddle better without worrying about Dane loosing an eye lol.

Normally Danneel has giant antlers that resemble an elks and the size of trees. The reason why no human has recognized them as antlers in the woods. She's a mountain Draulin and Dane was meant for the forests. His Drauglin heritage can breathe fire so they can raze old or sick/diseased forest and plants to make way for new plants and trees. And as a obligate carnivore his breed is in charge of managing animal populations in his forests. Danneel is about 30 ft tall and Dane is 51 ft tall and they are smitten with each other.

(coincidental names lol- Dane was the dragon half of Dean and Danneel is Jensen's wife's name. I just needed a name for Dane's mate and didnt think about how it looks like a fem version of Dane until someone pointed it out. Ah well.)

First draft picture of Danneel, Dane’s drauglin mate on the Island. From Shenadragons. She’s supposed to look like a drauglin-like wolf with antlers that’s about thirty feet tall. Purple eyes only for Dane who she thinks hung the moon and the stars! The ‘fur’ is actually long thin feathers but appear as fur until you get a closer look. The wolflike proportions aren’t true wolf proportions because she’s not just a big wolf with antlers. Danneel’s fingers and toes are longer than a true wolf’s and she’s skinnier all around too. She only eats meat and lives in mountain habitats similar to Dane’s habitats. I am not happy with her antlers. I just drew this at work during a break because I forgot to bring my tablet for reading. Her antlers are supposed to be aimed a bit more down, like a deer’s antlers, the top points shouldn’t be so far back. The paper I was doodling on wasn’t wide enough. That’s Sam down there, having a mini pity party for getting himself lost on the Drauglin Island. She found him and led him back to Dane’s nesting site. All drauglins know that the only humans on the island belong to Dane. Cas and Sam, with Dean as a human Drauglin hybrid. the go-between for the two groups.

The little story there is actually a commission for @wolfie180g, and I did enjoy writing it, though I don’t have the time to return to a story like that without it being commissioned.

If you liked Dragon Dean, though, I highly recommend looking wolfie up! He’s their creation and there’s an entire series written about him, including a crossover into the Brothers Apart AUs they wrote that won this year’s contest! And some great fanart, too.

I just really like turning people into things that aren’t human... and then incorporating G/t in there (this turned into a “shittily describe your books”)  got a big brother that turned into a dragon? now he’s 30 ft tall, now 6 inches tall, now he’s 50 ft tall, now he’s split into both a dragon and human! (more or less...) (and then you get turned into a lil animal later... bummer, at least it’s not permanent.) got a merman? boom, 212 ft long and 200 yrs old with a reincarnated human bro that’s now a merman hybrid 6 ft long and growing bigger two free floating balls of soul light/energy? now they’re compressed into two tiny borrower sized people... still dead but now they can eat pie.  a human has a cursed brother turned borrower? blamo - body swap!  build yourself a model of two fake cities? why not populate it with guys that trespassed onto your property that you shrunk and kidnapped!  is every door you and your tiny dragon bro go through leading to a new universe? no worries! you have an alternate version of you that’s borrower sized along for the trip and y’all get to meet giants and tinies and detectives and sprites and after that, you get to fight an animal possessing shapeshifting monster!  or maybe you wanna just grab a bite with your fellow borrower bro and get caught by some dude that doesn’t speak your language that has a couple of homicidal ferrets after your ass? never a dull moment! is your newly adopted stray cat too small? skadoosh! now he’s human shaped... more or less. and you can now adopt him as a lil bro! and don’t worry, he shapeshifts back into a cat at random so life’s never boring! 

I just really like turning my boi’s into things.

So I was unemployed, (by choice) ( I *needed* a break!) and had some time off before I started job hunting.

And I want to get back to writing. I have three major WIPs and I want to know which one I should continue first. Or, more likely, to wrap up and call it done.

How do y'all make those polls??

Sink or Swimchesters is almost done! I think I'm one chapter from finishing this poor fanfic. I started it back in 2019 and it had been a *very* long time coming. but I promised myself to have it done before Easter. I 'gave up' procrastinating on it. Once it's done, I'm hoping to have a finale for the other two WIP's that I have. Soul Survivors and Shenadragons. My biggest problem for all three of the fanfics is that I had no idea how to end them. and even now, I didn't have an ending for Sink or Swim until like two days ago when I work-shopped it in my head after a relaxing shower lol just letting the ol noodle wander until a story fell out. I want to make it satisfactory and if it isn't then I'll work on it after it's done. sometime in the future when inspiration hits again.

I like the ending, and in the next 9 days or so, gonna refine and finish it. Wish me Luck!

(at this rate the pictures for the last three chapters will be long after it's done lol)

Dean and Cas getting married after Dean turns human again! Well... mostly human. Human shaped at least. He’ll always be part Dragon after that original failed hunt a year ago. They had a spell set up to separate his mind from the pure Drauglin side, but there was an accident and Dean ended up with his prominent drauglin bits after the light faded. Dean was more human shaped than before, by far, but still had giant bat like wings, a tail and horns. Not to mention claws instead of nails and a forked tongue that had Cas weak in the knees. They searched for some way to get him fully human again and the amulet that he wears now is only making him appear like a normal human to hide in plain sight. When he takes it off, he turns back into his true half human half drauglin self. They all just hope that he doesn’t shift during the wedding vows. To ensure that even if it did happen, since the wedding is in Vegas, it could be seen as a stunt to the priest and promptly ignored. See how the whole story started in Dragon!Dean is still scared of heights, and finish with some Shenadragons! The wedding is in the first chapter of Shenadragons, and it is cute!

Welp, it’s been over a year and a half since I had worked on this fic, and I think it’s high time I give it a proper ending. I don’t want to put in like a dozen more chapters or anything like that, I just want to finish it and move on to either Soul Survivors or the MerSam fic that’s still in it’s infancy. I have reread all of the Dragon!Dean fics again (770+ k words!) to reacquaint myself with the world and where the story went. How it feels. Surprising how much I forgot I wrote! I read a few old comments that people were waiting for the next chapter and that some were waiting till it was finished to even start reading it. Hopefully, y’all will like it :) I’m just tired of having so many unfinished fics but it’s like, suuuper hard to get back into writing after so long. So please be patient with me! Any ideas on how to finish them will help. I’m not promising that they’ll be used if I just can’t think of a way to elaborate on them, but hell, I’m up for suggestions! I’m starting with the unedited parts that can be found here, before I go on from there. Feedback is always appreciated. Lets me know someone cares about these stories. Cause it’s just too easy to say ‘fuck it’ and watch netflix instead. I want to work, I just need a direction. and some encouragement

https://www.deviantart.com/wolfie180g/art/Merman-Sam-and-Dean-746935051basically a continuation of the comments for the picture - a more fleshed out storyline for it. but I just know that I wouldn’t have the mojo to finish it satisfactorily. end up being a bastardized version of ‘into the deep’ or the sequels by riseofthefallenone but with Sam being a big ass merman in the sea and Dean turning into one when he inhales water. Sam turning into a giant on land when he inhales air. I dunno. its more of a feeling than anything worked through. no ore than like 30k or so. which is a pitifully small story for me. and not at all long enough for a proper fic. If anyone wants to run with it I’m all ears!
