The 100 most expensive football transfers of all time
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/ce40cfdb406535cf151eadda7b1343ac/0db39701560e5f4d-d4/s540x810/3514032f62bbb952aa5fbae3f6e7ff525b6be3e3.jpg)
Paris Saint-Germain shook up the football world in the summer of 2017 when they signed Neymar from Barcelona for a staggering €222 million and then promptly prised Kylian Mbappe away from Monaco for €145m plus €35m in bonuses. They remain the two most expensive players of all time but there is no denying that PSG's sensational double swoop greatly inflated the transfer market. Indeed, a number of massive moves quickly followed, with Barcelona looking to try to fill the void left behind by Neymar by signing the likes of Ousmane Dembele ($105m), Philippe Coutinho and Antoine Griezmann (both €120m).Also in Spain, Atletico Madrid splashed €126m on Benfica's prodigious attacking talent Joao Felix, while Real Madrid finally brought Eden Hazard to the Santiago Bernabeu for €100m. The pandemic has since had a massive impact on the transfer market but some clubs remained largely unaffected, as underlined by Manchester City signing Jack Grealish for a British-record €117m in August 2021. That came hot on the heels of neighbours Manchester United finally managing to land Grealish's compatriot, Jadon Sancho, at a cost of €85m.More massive deals now look certain to follow but you can see the current list of the world's most expensive footballers below...

Chelsea spent €80m to meet his Athletic Club release clause in 2018.For a long time, former Juventus captain Gianluigi Buffon held this mark, having joined the Turin outfit from Parma for €52m, which is a colossal fee when inflation is taken into account. Then, within a matter of weeks, Buffon's record was shattered twice. First, Liverpool brought in Roma's Alisson Becker for €73m, to temporarily take the mark as the world's most expensive keeper. Not to be outdone, Chelsea snapped up Kepa not even a month later, propelling the Spain international into top spot.

Top 5 highest-paid Super Eagles players salary
When Manchester United sought to improve their roster for a solid league finish, no one expected them to seek to the Chinese Super League for reinforcements. Odion Ighalo, a former Watford and Super Eagles, was chosen.
In January 2020, the Shanghai Shenhua forward signed a six-month loan agreement with the Old Trafford club, but he has since been extended for another six months. To achieve the transfer, he took a pay cut, but he is still one of the highest-paid Africans in football.
Ighalo's international teammates are also doing well on various levels, as we take a look at the top 5 highest-paid Super Eagles players salary:
5. Kelechi Iheanacho:
Kelechi came to prominence after leading the young Super Eagles to a FIFA U-17 World Cup win and finishing as the tournament's top scorer. Scouts from all over Europe were vying for his signing soon after the tournament's victory. He joined Manchester City in the English Premier League, but the level of competition he faced limited him to a few appearances in the sky-blue jersey. He was sold for 25 million pounds to Leicester City, where he earns a weekly salary of 60 million pounds.
4. Victor Moses:
Because of the time he's spent outside the Bridge, the Nigerian has been a Chelsea player since 2012, but it doesn't look like it. On loan from Chelsea, he has played for Liverpool, West Ham, Stoke, Fenerbahce, and now Inter Milan. Moses has scored 20 goals in 100 appearances with the Blues. He is paid a weekly salary of 75,000 pounds.
3. Wilfred Ndidi:
The 3rd on the list of the highest-paid Super Eagles players salary is Wilfred Ndidi. When he joined Leicester City in 2017, the midfielder became a Premier League star. He was a direct replacement for Ng'olo Kante, who had moved to Chelsea for a large fee following Leicester's great season in which they won the Premier League. Ndidi has already scored over 120 goals for the Foxes and receives a weekly wage of 75,000 pounds.
2. Victor Osimhen:
In a 70-million-pound deal, the teenage Super Eagles striker moved from Lille, France, to Italian heavyweights Napoli. He joined Wolfsburg in Germany, Charleroi in Belgium, and Lille in 2019 after graduating from Ultimate Strikers Academy. It only took him a year in France to get the attention of major European teams. Napoli was the fortunate team to sign the highly regarded Super Eagles striker. At Naples, he makes 96,000 pounds per week.
1. Odion Ighalo:
Finally, the no. 1 on the list of the highest-paid Super Eagles players salary is Odion Ighalo. He had previously played in the English Premier League with Watford, twice becoming their top scorer, but he did not earn anywhere near what Shanghai Shenhua paid him when he made the transition. Many believed his career was over until Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came knocking. Ighalo was available, and he badly needed a striker. Manchester United was unwilling to give the striker what he was paid in China, but his willingness to take a salary cut meant he would be paid £180,000 per week at Old Trafford.

10 Major Ports in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a nation in the Middle East that is located near the Strait of Hormuz. It shares land borders with Oman and Saudi Arabia, and is well connected to other Gulf nations such as Qatar and Bahrain. It faces the Persian Gulf to the West, which is a major maritime trade route.
The UAE is formed from 7 Emirates- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain. Abu Dhabi is the capital while Dubai is the most populous Emirate.
The UAE is part of several inter-governmental corporations such as the UN, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Arab League, and OPEC. The nation has large reserves of petroleum and natural gas. The petroleum reserves are ranked 6th in the world, while the natural gas reserves are ranked 7th.
The main sources of income are oil and tourism. The ports in the UAE are connected to other transport methods via road and air. The 2 national carriers- Emirates and Etihad Airlines, operate dedicated cargo and freight shipments from these ports to all over the world. Tourism, Oil, and the industrial sector are the main sources of revenue to the UAE.
Given its vast maritime importance, ports in Dubai and the UAE have played a major role in the development and growth of the country. In this article, we will look at the top 10 ports of the UAE. The Locode and Emirate are also mentioned.
These ports are the major shipping hubs spread throughout the various emirates. Note, the Locode begins with the prefix AE- indicating a port located within the territorial waters of the UAE.
The ports in this list are grouped in terms of the Emirate it belongs to. In Arabic, the term “Mina” means port or harbour. Most ports are also referred to by using Mina – before its name. So, for example, Port Khalifa (in Abu Dhabi) is also known as Mina Khalifa.
1. Port Khalifa (AEKHL) Abu Dhabi
As the flagship port in Abu Dhabi, Port Khalifa is one of the largest deepwater harbours in the world. Located near the Taweelah offshore port, it is currently under construction and aims to be completed by 2030. It is part of the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) that serves the Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and stretches out to sea on a reclaimed island. The Industrial Zone covers over 400 square kilometres and generates significant cargo and container traffic.
Port Khalifa is aimed at replacing cargo operations from Mina Zayed and has already begun handling container vessels diverted from Port Zayed. The proposed construction has been divided into 5 phases.
Phase 1 was launched in 2012 following the inauguration of the port in September. Phase 2 was launched in 2013. These phases will be completed by 2020 and 2021 respectively and will double the current container handling capacity.
The port services container vessels through a 30-year contract with Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) that currently processes 1.5 million TEUs annually. The present capacities are 2.5 million TEUs and 8 million tons of cargo.
Post completion of all phases, the port will be able to handle 15 million TEUs and 30-35 million tons of cargo. Dredging activity has created a 16-meter-deep harbour. As it is an artificial island, port Khalifa is connected to the mainland by a causeway that is located off the Ras Ghanada Coral Reef.
The port will have a 7.4 km quay, 22 container berths, 63 general cargo berths, and 6 dry bulk berths. It is fully equipped with customs, immigration, inspections, and security services. The port has stressed on technology and automating the infrastructure.
The container terminal is semi-automated, inventory stacks are fully automated, and tracking services are integrated into cargo shipments. 25-plus shipping lines operate from this port to 70 international destinations.
The port has 42 automated stacking cranes, 20 straddle carriers, and 12 ship-to-shore cranes in operation. These 12 STS Super Post Panamax cranes were supplied by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC) and are the largest in the world as of 2016.
2. Mina Zayed (AEMZD) Abu Dhabi
Port Zayed is an important deep-water seaport of Abu Dhabi that has been operational since 1972. It services a large portion of vessels plying on the Gulf Coast and lies on an area of 25 square kilometres. The old container terminals occupy nearly 10% of the total area and are built to store up to 15,000 TEUs.
Following the complete transfer of container handling to Port Khalifa, these terminals are now defunct. There are rows of storage warehouses that contain general cargo, breakbulk, and use temperature controls to keep transit goods at peak condition.
Mina Zayed also allows companies to store and distribute goods from directly within the port premises, reducing transit times. A chilled storage zone caters to over 15,000 tons of frozen imports and exports.
The port has 21 berths for ro-ro, project cargo, reefer units, general cargo, and petroleum products. The initial 17 berths were expanded to service a larger number of vessels and process more cargo tonnage.
The quay length extends over 3 kilometres and has a maximum anchorage depth of 15 meters. However, berths 10 to 13 are just 6 meters deep, and they are only used by low draft vessels that carry the minimal load.
Vessels inbound to Mina Zayed can refuel directly from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) fuel bunkers that offer reduced rates. The port also has an engineering division on the call for vessel repairs and servicing.
There is also a Dhow Harbor located close to Mina Zayed. Vessels such as rig supply crafts, tug vessels, pleasure dhows, personal crafts, and small motorized launches berth here. The harbour is serviced by ADNOC, has equipment for service and repairs, and also has a direct connection with Port Zayed.
The erstwhile container plans were scrapped following the opening of Port Khalifa in September 2012. The now-closed facilities include 800 meters of quay, several heavy-duty cranes, and the proposed Saadiyat Island expansion plan.
This satellite port facility was planned to double as a Free Trade Zone, from where a larger number of container ships could be handled. To recover these, Abu Dhabi Ports plans to convert Port Zayed into a luxury cruise hub. AIDA and Celebrity Cruises have already begun cruise services from this port, and efforts have been made to convert it into a passenger port.

3. Musaffah Port (AEAMF) Abu Dhabi
Based out of the Musaffah Industrial Zone, this port is the 2nd oldest port in Abu Dhabi after Mina Zayed. It is a deep-water harbour that runs along the 53-kilometre Musaffah Channel. This channel provides a navigable canal through which the port is directly linked to the Persian Gulf. Dredging operations are underway to increase the channel draft.
Musaffah is a predominantly industrial district, and the same goes for the port. Passenger facilities are minimal here. There are several industries and factories that line the port face. These include steel machining, shipyards, rig and offshore constructions, dredging, commercial construction, and shipping.
Musaffah Port has advanced facilities to handle the various cargo vessels inbound. It can handle general cargo, breakbulk, solid bulk, and ro-ro ships. There are also large commercial warehouses which can be leased for storage and distribution of goods by companies within the port.
The facility is well connected to the surrounding regions by road and rail. The Etihad Rail project that is aimed at national rail connectivity has placed port networks as one of its objectives.
Musaffah is one of the ports that received the first links, alongside Jebel Ali and Mina Khalifa. This will create connectivity to neighbouring Saudi Arabia and Oman, as well as to other ports for transhipment. It is also connected by road to the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
This port is also the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Ports Maritime Training Centre that offers international certification to mariners. The course is globally accredited by Lloyd’s Register and the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
4. Port Jebel Ali (AEJEA) Dubai
Mina Jebel Ali is a major port in Dubai, with over 15 million TEUs shipped in 2019. Built-in 1970, it was built to handle container and cargo traffic from Mina Rashid, and quickly overtook surrounding ports in terms of shipments.
Currently, Jebel Ali is the 9th busiest port in the world, the busiest in the Middle East, and handles a significant portion of container traffic through the region. It has won numerous awards for its infrastructure and facilities.
Jebel Ali Free Port is a hub for companies, both global and domestic. It includes a freight station (CFS) dealing with LCL container units.
The port is also well connected to the city, the Dubai International Airport, and the Airport Air Cargo Village. Mina Jebel Ali is the flagship port in Dubai Ports World’s global presence. It deals with shipments to Asia, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and Europe. The cargo handling capacity currently stands at 22.4 million TEUs.
The port has nearly 5 kilometres of quays, servicing ships from over 150 origin ports. The container terminals are divided into the T1, T2, and T3 zones, with a planned T4 zone on the way. T1 is the busiest terminal with 15 berths, 51 cranes, and a 9 million TEU capacity. It was the original terminal that the port operated from.
T2 can hold 6.5 million TEUs with 32 cranes and 8 berths. It is reputed for cutting on carbon emissions by a staggering 30%. T3 has 5 berths and can hold 3.8 million TEUs. It is highly advanced, with semi-automatic cranes that can process Ultra Large Container Vessels (ULCVs) that store over 18,000 TEUs. The proposed terminal T4 will add 3.1 million TEUs to the existing facilities.
5. Mina Rashid (AEDXB) Dubai
Port Rashid is an important passenger and cargo port in Dubai and was the first commercial port in the Emirate. It handled container and cargo operations until they were shifted to Jebel Ali.
The port was opened in 1972 as a small trading harbour, with a capacity of less than 0.1 million TEUs. Today, it boasts of a 1.5 million TEU capacity alongside state-of-the-art technology and new equipment. It is owned and managed by DP World.
This hub is gradually being converted into a fully passenger and cruise port in Dubai. Jebel Ali began handling cargo operations from 2008 and operations were completely shifted by 2018. Mina Rashid is currently under expansion and redevelopment.
It handles ro-ro, ro-pax, general passenger, and cruise vessels. There are also minor cargo operations at the port premises. Extensive real estate development is planned along the waterside to convert the port into a major tourism site. Cunard Lines and the Carnival Corporation currently have agreements to begin operations from this port by 2020 end.
The Dubai Drydocks are located near Mina Rashid and have been operational since 1983. It is the largest dry dock facility along the Persian Coast. The Dubai Maritime City is also near the port and is planned to open in 2021. It is divided into the Maritime Centre, Industrial Precinct, Academic Precinct, Marine District, Harbor Residence, and the Harbor Offices.
6. Mina Al Hamriyah (AEHAM) Dubai
Located on mainland Dubai and shielded from the Persian Gulf by the Deira Islands, this port is an important trading and passenger harbour and lies close to the Port Rashid.
Al Hamriyah is not to be confused with the Mina Hamriyah Port located in the Free Port Zone of Sharjah. Although it is a small port, it handles a large portion of livestock, fish, frozen and fresh foods, and passenger traffic in the region.
It was built to reduce pressure on Dubai Creek. The Palm Deira is a luxury residential complex built facing the port, which is in the final stages of construction.
The Port is currently managed by Dubai Ports World and is under expansion to build an additional 2.5 kilometres of quay length. It handles trade with Asia, parts of Africa, and Europe.
The port is also close to the Al Hamriyah Civil Defense Station and the Department of Passport Control. It is well connected to the other Emirates by an extensive road and rail network. Moreover, Dubai International Airport is just a short distance from it.
7. Port of Fujairah (AEFJR) Fujairah
As the largest port in the UAE on the Eastern Coast, the port of Fujairah is a major deep-water port in the region. It has a coastal breakwater and has an average anchorage depth of 16.5 meters. The port has been operational since 1983, while oil terminals were added in 2006 and 2010. The port is a multipurpose harbour that is close to the Straits of Hormuz.
The port is well connected to the surrounding Emirates and is part of the cross UAE expressway. It is connected to the Etihad Rail project that provides transport to Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Um Al Qwain, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. The main services provided by this port include cargo, container, and oil shipments. It is built to handle general cargo, project cargo, bulk cargo, wet bulk, fuel etc.
The port breakwaters are divided into the North and South zones. The North zone houses the 2 oil terminals. The South zone deals with repairs and general cargo handling. As the largest Eastern port, it has immense regional importance.
The Habshan-Fujairah Oil pipeline moves up to 3/4th of the UAE’s oil production and an average of 2 million barrels per day. The port also has a naval base of the UAE Navy that is stationed to provide anti-piracy protection to oil tankers in the region. The port stands out for being the world’s 2nd largest bunkering hub, with extensive facilities for fuel-supplying and management.
8. Port of Ras Al Khaimah (AERKT) Ras Al Khaimah
As one of the Northernmost ports in the UAE, RAK Harbor is an important trading post in the region. Situated close to the Strait of Hormuz, vessels covering parts of Asia, Europe, and Africa are serviced here. The Ras Al Khaimah Port actually includes several smaller ports, such as Mina Saqr and Mina Al Jazeera harbours, in addition to the main RAK harbour.
As a modern port, RAK has several Free Port Zones that provide operational spaces to several international companies, and also provide storage to various shipping lines. There are provisions to handle general cargo, liquid and bulk cargo, and reefers. RAK Port has cruise and passenger terminals that cater to a large portion of the regional tourism.
The Mina Saqr port is located further North and deals with cargo and commercial shipments. The RAK Maritime Training Center is close to the port. It has a Free Port Zone that was known earlier as RAK Maritime City, with extensive storage space.
The main shipment through Saqr is construction materials. Al Jazeera Port is located South of the main RAK facility and deals with repairs and ship servicing. It operates dockyards that have advanced equipment and machinery. There are also Marinas nearby that berth pleasure crafts, yachts, and personal boats.
9. Port of Khor Al Fakkan (AEKLF) Sharjah
Located on the Indian Ocean coast, the port of Khor Al Fakkan is an important cargo hub of the region. It lies close to the Straits of Hormuz and is within 3 hours from Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
It is on the Eastern coast of the Musandam Peninsula and lies on the Gulf of Oman. It is one of the largest transhipment harbours around the world and caters to ships crossing through the East-West route via the Indian Ocean. It is primarily a container and cargo handling port that services surrounding regions of Sharjah.
The port has 6 quays, spanning a total over 2 kilometres that have an average anchorage depth of 16 meters. The port facility sits over 700,000 square meters and has on-site storage covering 450,000 square meters. The container terminal of Khor Fakkan, known as KCT, has storage capacities for 45,000 TEUs. It also has a consolidation and deconsolidation yard within the premises, for handling LCL units. There are facilities to handle up to 1,000 reefers at a given time.
To service the vessels that come in, the port has 20 large container cranes. These are machinery that can service Super post-Panamax vessels. There is a total of 26 gantry cranes, 30 container handlers, and 116 terminal tractors.
Construction of a further 4 Megamax Tandem Lift cranes is also underway. There is an expansion effort being undertaken by the government of Sharjah to overcome the geographical isolation of this port.
10. Port Khalid (AEKHL) Sharjah
As one of the main ports of Sharjah, Mina Khalid is built to handle cargo including general, dry, liquid, bulk, and containers. The port is operated under the Department of Seaports and Customs, along with Hamriyah and Khor Fakkan.
The port has extensive storage facilities for all types of goods. This includes cold stores, reefer storage zones, bulk cargo holding areas etc. An adjacent oil terminal also boosts the productivity of the harbour.
It currently operates 33 multi-purpose berths including 21 general cargo berths. The rest handle miscellaneous cargo. The container terminals are berths 1 – 3 and are operated by the Gulftainer Company, alongside the container terminal at Khor Al Fakkan. Berths 4 – 8 deals with general and ro-ro cargo. Berths 9 – 13 perform repairs, and process bulk oil. Berths 14 – 16 handle reefer and timber cargo. Berth 16 and 17 deal in grain storage through on-site silos. Berth 18 deals with oil shipments, while berths 19 – 21 handle oil tankers.
Mina Khalid also has an Inland Container Depot (known as ICD) that is connected to other parts of Sharjah. It is also connected by road to other Emirates in the UAE. The port services both the Sharjah Airport Free Zone and Al Hamriyah Free Zone, and is situated on an important trade route to the Indian Ocean. The port also provides services to over 1.2 billion individuals and has a very high turn around time for incoming vessels. It has advanced facilities and auxiliary services such as piloting, tugs, and stevedores attached to the port.

Salomon Rondon left Newcastle for an undisclosed fee in the summer
When the clock strikes 23:00 GMT on Friday 31 January, it will signal the end of an all-encompassing debate that has been gripping the United Kingdom – will Manchester United actually sign a striker?
United’s pursuit of a forward – with Salomon Rondon emerging as a possible option on Thursday – is just one of the mooted deals that could take place on deadline day, which also just happens to be when that the UK officially leaves the European Union.
Is Thomas Lemar finally going to become an Arsenal player? And are Everton really after a player called Everton?
BBC Sport assesses some of the biggest possible late window deals – and offers you a vote on whether each player is likely to leave or remain.
SALOMON RONDON (forward, 30, Dalian Yifang)
Linked with:Manchester United
Hastened by the injury to Marcus Rashford, Manchester United’s pursuit of a goalscorer has been one of the main narratives of this transfer window and it has apparently led to the unlikely figure of Rondon.
The Venezuela forward enjoyed a fine campaign with Newcastle last season, scoring 11 Premier League goals as they avoided relegation.
He followed departing manager Rafael Benitez to Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang and reports suggest he could be a late target for Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
One factor that could work in United’s favour is the uncertainly surrounding the Chinese Super League, with the start of their season postponed because of the spread of the coronavirus.
However, that could present significant logistical issues, with some flights between Britain and China cancelled.
United are also rumoured to have considered a move for two other forwards with Premier League experience – ex-Watford playerOdion Ighalo, now with Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua, and Islami Slimani, the Leicester player on loan at Monaco.
EDINSON CAVANI (forward, 32, Paris St-Germain)
Linked with:Chelsea
Frank Lampard has accused his Chelsea team of “causing their own problems” with their lack of cutting edge. Could Edinson Cavani fit the bill?
Uruguay international Cavani has been pushed down the pecking order at Parc des Princes behind new arrival Mauro Icardi, Kylian Mbappe and – when he is fit – Neymar.
Cavani has scored just three goals this season, his contract is up in June and he could be available at a decent price in January, although they could face stiff competition from Atletico Madrid.
TIMO WERNER (Forward, 23, RB Leipzig)
Linked with:Liverpool
If any side in the league can afford to sit out deadline day, it is Liverpool, who have a 19-point lead at the top of the Premier League and have already brought forward Takumi Minamino in this window.
There is a theory, though, that you should strengthen from a position of power, which perhaps accounts for suggestions that Timo Werner could be on his way to Anfield.
Striker Werner has played a big role in RB Leipzig taking charge in the Bundesliga title race. His 18 goals have come at a rate of one every 79 minutes, and the Germany international could leave if the right offer came in.
Another player linked with Liverpool isJadon Sancho, who has had his problems at Borussia Dortmund this season, having been dropped from the team and fined after returning late from England duty.
But he has still enhanced his reputation on the pitch, becoming the first player in Europe’s top five leagues to score and assist 10 goals in all competitions this season. Meanwhile, the German side have just bought teenage striking prodigy Erling Braut Haaland from Red Bull Salzburg, so may be prepared to listen to offers.
Could Sancho be tempted by a return to the Premier League, where he did not get a chance first time round at Manchester City? He won’t come cheap.
THOMAS LEMAR (midfielder, 24, Atletico Madrid)
Linked with:Arsenal
Are Arsenal back in for the one that got away?
The Gunners failed to sign him in January 2018, not long after the France international was the subject of a £60m bid from Liverpool.
He eventually moved to Atletico Madrid that summer for £52.7m but has been unable to hold down a first-team place. In December, he was booed off by his own fans, despite the team beating Osasuna.
Other potential moves for the Gunners include Flamengo defender Pablo Mari, who was reportedly in London last weekend to discuss a deal, and an ambitious punt to take Colombian forward James Rodriguezon loan from Real Madrid.
MATIAS VECINO (midfielder, 28, Inter Milan)
Linked with:Everton
It is rumoured that Everton are in for midfielder Vecino and that the 28-year-old is keen to link up with compatriot Carlo Ancelotti at Goodison.
The Serie A side are apparently after £17m for the player, who has made 17 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring twice.
Brilliantly, Everton have also been linked with forwardEverton, the 23-year-old Gremio player and current Brazil international.
JANNIK VESTERGAARD (defender, 27, Southampton)
Linked with:Leicester
Leicester are looking to firm things up at the back and have reportedly identified Southampton defender Verstegaard as the man to do this.
Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has declared that he does not want anybody to leave his club this month, which could put an end to the mooted £15m move.
But the 27-year-old Dane is not getting a lot of first-team football and so their arm could be twisted.
Leicester have seen Vestergaard first hand this season – for 45 minutes he was part of a defence that conceded five times en route to that 9-0 mauling by the Foxes in October.

Man Utd: Has strategy changed and is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the driving force?
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/470b633787a19268a324404a789e998c/5e0eac36d6e2445b-f5/s540x810/8c0ec98638b6e49f64af8e5f497d3e9fd3e7e540.jpg)
On Tuesday, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer returns to Norway with his Manchester United team for the first time, for a friendly match against his home town team Kristiansund in Oslo. With less than two weeks until the Premier League season starts - and only two friendlies remaining - Solskjaer has yet to make any big-name signings, a significant departure from the approach of his predecessors. Also absent have been avoidable headlines and controversies. Instead, the 46-year-old has gone about his work in a quiet, understated way, completely at odds with the tenures of Jose Mourinho and Louis van Gaal. The status of those two men within the game ensured United were box office, even if the actual team were not. So, have United really changed their strategy - and, if so, is Solskjaer at the heart of it? No big names for the sake of it When Zinedine Zidane seemingly sounded the death knell for Gareth Bale's Real Madrid career, it was informative how quickly word came out of United that they would not be in the market for the Welshman. Bale to United stories have been a staple part of every summer transfer window since before he left Tottenham for Real Madrid in 2013. It is not that Solskjaer is against signing big names but they have to fit his preferred way of playing. Angel di Maria, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and, more recently, Alexis Sanchez have all been bought despite, seemingly, their style being at odds with the manager's philosophy. Big money has been spent on others - Memphis Depay, Radamel Falcao, Morgan Schneiderlin, Bastian Schweinsteiger and current squad member Fred - all of whom lacked either the fitness, ability or application for the task in front of them. Bale's China move called of by Real Madrid Solskjaer wants a squad of younger, motivated players - very much in keeping with how Sir Alex Ferguson managed. As was the case with Mourinho and Van Gaal, he will choose his targets in conjunction with the recruitment department. It will then be up to executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and head of corporate development Matt Judge to do the deals. Solskjaer is keen to bring young talent through into his Manchester United squad Mourinho and Woodward ended up at loggerheads this time last year, when the former wanted to sell Anthony Martial and buy a central defender and the latter blocked the Frenchman's sale and then determined there was no attainable target better than the centre-backs United already had. Over the past week, Nicky Butt has also had an upgrade to head of first-team development. The Treble-winning former United midfielder will work closely with Solskjaer to decide which players are capable of moving from the junior ranks to the senior. The former England midfielder will be responsible for steering each one through the transition. Developing and recruiting the right players is one thing, getting rid of those he deems surplus to requirements is quite another. It remains to be seen whether the "baby-faced assassin" can cull stars in the brutal way his former boss did with such regularity, but there is evidence he can use the carrot and stick approach to positive effect. It is understood Jesse Lingard was given a severe dressing down over a controversial summer social media post. Yet, rather than react badly, the England international has responded by putting in a series of outstanding performances in training. Solskjaer has noted how 26-year-old Lingard finishes either top, or close to it, in many of the individual tasks. He has been willing to forgive, therefore, an indiscretion he puts down to the exuberance of youth, confident his harsh words will ensure it won't be repeated. What will Solskjaer's Man Utd look like? The Solskjaer-stikk: The wrestling move named after Ole's dad Over the past five years it has not always been obvious how United intended to play. Either the system changed, or personnel arrived who did not appear to fit a particular pattern. It was not scattergun but at times it did appear that signings, sometimes for big money, were made without sufficient thought being put into how they would fit the overall team shape. United were supposed to be appointing a technical director to address these recruitment flaws, though that is still to happen. Even without a role now in place at many of Europe's elite clubs, Solskjaer has his own clear idea of how he wants his team to play. Four at the back, two deep in midfield, three attacking in front of that and a centre-forward. Crucially, he wants them all to have pace and he wants players who can interchange. New £15m signing Daniel James may be viewed, even by some at Old Trafford, as a bit of a gamble - but he fits Solskjaer's template. And on tour the Wales winger was a significant threat, though his final ball was not always up to scratch. James arrived from Swansea on 12 June - Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka became United's second summer signing just over two weeks later Eight times in four games James was sent flying by opponents not quick enough to stop him, and three of those instances involved Tottenham's Moussa Sissoko. "Pre-season is not about results," said Solskjaer. "It is about finding a style that suits the players. We've made good strides towards becoming the team we want to be." It was informative also to see how Marcus Rashford and Martial interchanged positions. Both were used as the main striker, as well as wide in the line of three in behind, and Solskjaer has been working to make them more of a goal threat. Rashford's highest club tally for a season is 13. Martial's is 17 but that was in his 2015-16 debut campaign. Those figures need to rise. Romelu Lukaku, for all his obvious faults, has scored 27 and 15 in his two seasons with the Old Trafford club. Solskjaer's wrestling past and formative years Tough training at the Waca When United set off on their four-match tour of Australia and Asia on 7 July, there were more questions than answers surrounding Solskjaer and his team. Some of the questions remain. Will Lukaku leave? Will Harry Maguire arrive from Leicester City? What is going to happen with Paul Pogba? Are United going to sign a new midfield player? However, over the 20 days they were away, some aspects of Solskjaer's management became obvious; as well as the formation he prefers, there was his own work ethic and the demands placed on his players, as well as his trust in youth. At the end of last season, when United's encouraging response to a change of manager gave way to a series of disappointing performances that culminated in an away draw at Huddersfield - who had taken four points from their previous 23 Premier League games - and a home defeat by already-relegated Cardiff, Solskjaer knew his squad were simply not fit enough for the front-foot style he wanted to implement. United addressed that problem at the historic Waca cricket ground in Perth, which they used as their training base during an 11-day stay in Western Australia. Training sessions have included extra high-intensity sessions this summer Solskjaer scheduled 14 training sessions over 10 days. All but three were closed to the media but it was not unusual to see the famous floodlights shining across the eastern part of the city as United's players were put through their paces. Virtually every player took part in every session. The one notable exception was Lukaku, who did not play a single minute in United's four tour games because of injury. The sessions themselves could change and match days were lighter, as would be the case at virtually every club. Interestingly though, high-intensity work rose by 50% on the previous summer. During the two games in Australia, against Perth Glory and Leeds United, total distance covered rose by 10%, although, in the heat and humidity of Singapore and Shanghai that fell slightly in matches against Inter Milan and Tottenham. Although most certainly not a return to the old days of going on long runs to build up endurance, Solskjaer does place value on running and expects an element of this in most aspects of training, even during tactical drills. There were more gym sessions and more preventative work on the hamstring and groin areas, in addition to a greater amount of core strengthening work. This might be viewed as routine stuff. But Solskjaer felt he had to address the fitness of his squad as a matter of urgency. In his view, Mourinho had built it to counter attack, not to dominate and press as sides such as Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham do, and which he feels United's tradition demands. By its nature, this requires greater fitness, allied, in theory, to better technical ability. It is no surprise City are one of the Premier League's most hard-working sides, in addition to the most skilful. "We've been working on intensity and pressing," said Solskjaer. "We've got players who like to be on the front foot and we want that to continue." The transfers that could happen by deadline day Watch: Man Utd youngsters ease past Rangers The peace project The one other aspect of this Manchester United pre-season that has fundamentally changed from the last is that club officials no longer need to be concerned about what the manager is going to say to the media. It may not be much use for the journalists who travelled to cover their trip but Solskjaer does not do public confrontation. The Norwegian is very much a disciple of Tottenham counterpart Mauricio Pochettino who, after the two sides had played in Shanghai last week, told the press there was no point asking him about potential signings, or even those he might sell, because it was a club matter and any information would be released on the official website. Neither will Solskjaer publicly criticise Woodward or even United's decision to organise a long overseas tour - in truth no manager likes them - because he views it as counter-productive. None of this guarantees United will win matches, which is, in the end, how Solskjaer will be judged. And, with just over a week left before the English transfer window closes, his squad is still not the one he wants. Lukaku seems certain to leave. A new central defender - specifically Maguire - is the top target but there are alternatives, and one will surely come in. Confidence has been expressed often that Pogba will remain at the club but if he did leave for Real Madrid or Juventus, the Frenchman would need replacing. Either way, further strengthening in midfield is possible. Some senior squad men may go as Solskjaer intends to use younger players, such as striker Mason Greenwood, in the Europa League rather than pack his team with experienced ones who cannot get a game in the Premier League. Whatever the eventual make-up of the squad, the Norwegian will have the final say: "There won't be any players here I don't want." Of course, there remains a large degree of uncertainty over United and Solskjaer given how last season finished. Given the reset United appear to have undergone, it will also be interesting to discover what targets Woodward - and by extension the Glazer family - will judge Solskjaer by. In every season the club has failed to qualify for the following season's Champions League, the manager who started it has lost their job at some point. If they miss out again this term, penalty clauses will cost them sponsorship money from Adidas. Yet, unlike with Solskjaer's three predecessors, Woodward is acutely aware that if things go wrong again, it will not affect the Norwegian's status amongst the club's fans. If anything, it will shine a light even more sharply on how he is running the Old Trafford outfit. There is no clear road ahead. It was suggested in a private conversation in Australia that if United started the season without further reinforcements, they would need good fortune at the start of the campaign in order to avoid major difficulties. As yet, and not for a lack of trying, additions are yet to be made. However, 12 months after they approached a new campaign with the manager in conflict with the club, Old Trafford officials can at least be assured that this time around there is a unity of purpose between the man in charge of the team and the one in charge of the purse strings.
3. Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Manchester United mengalami permasalahan pada sektor kanan pertahanan musim lalu. MU menebus salah satu bek kanan potensial di Liga premier, Aaron Wan-Bissaka dengan mahar 45 juta pounds.
Wan-Bissaka membuktikan kualitasnya. Statistik tackle dan intersepnya sangat baik. Rekan setim Wan-Bissaka bahkan mengeluhkan sulitnya melewati bek berusia 22 tahun di sesi latihan. Wan-Bissaka menjadi prospek cerah untuk mengembalikan masa kejayaan Red Devils.
2. Bruno Fernandes

Kevin Prince Boateng named among players who unlikely joined big club last year
Odion Ighalo was one of the stranger signings of the January transfer window.
The former Watford striker, 30, could make his Manchester United debut on Monday against Chelsea after joining on loan from Shanghai Shenhua,
So what are some of the other random signings in recent years and how have they fared? Let's start with four previous United recruits.
Henrik Larsson to Man Utd
Striker in his 30s ✅
Playing in a less glamorous league ✅
Used to play in British football ✅
Manchester United have been here before when they signed former Celtic striker Henrik Larsson, then 35, on a three-month loan deal from Helsingborg in 2007 - with injury and fitness problems for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Alan Smith.
The Swede scored three goals - one in the FA Cup, one in the Premier League and one in the Champions League - in 13 games and United wanted to extend the loan spell.
But Larsson, who had won the Champions League with Barcelona two seasons earlier, always insisted he would return to Helsingborg on 12 March and kept his word.
However, he later said his one career regret was not extending his stay and playing enough games to get a Premier League winners' medal.
William Prunier to Man Utd
Up there with the very strangest Premier League signings. French centre-back William Prunier effectively bought out his contract from Bordeaux and joined United on trial in December 1995.
But United were so short at the back because of injuries, he had to play two first-team games - a 2-1 win over QPR and 4-1 defeat by Tottenham.
Sir Alex Ferguson offered him an extension to his trial but he said no because he wanted a full-time contract.
He went on to play plenty of Ligue 1 football with Montpellier and Toulouse and even played three times in Serie A for Napoli, but we will never know what may have happened had he taken that longer trial.
Bebe to Man Utd
Bebe got to celebrate with the Premier League, although he did not get a winner's medal
Another baffling one. Three weeks after Vitoria de Guimaraes signed then 20-year-old forward Bebe from a Portuguese third-tier side, United paid £7.4m to sign him from Vitoria.
Some £3m of the fee was reportedly paid to super-agent Jorge Mendes' Gestifute agency, a payment which later became part of a police investigation.
He played a total of seven times for United - with zero Premier League starts - scoring against Wolves and Bursaspor.
Bebe has gone on to have a decent career, playing in the top flights in Turkey, Portugal and Spain - although he has never appeared anywhere near United's (old) standards. Now 29, he plays in the Spanish second tier for Rayo Vallecano.
Andy Goram to Man Utd
Andy Goram's two Premier League appearances both ended in being replaced by Raimond van der Gouw - who played in the 10 games needed to win a medal
The last Manchester United signing on our list.
With Fabien Barthez injured and Raimond van der Gouw recovering from surgery, United needed a keeper - so paid Motherwell £100,000 to take former Scotland goalkeeper Andy Goram, then 36, on a three-month loan in early 2001.
He played twice - conceding two goals to each of Coventry and Southampton - although Van der Gouw replaced him in both games as to help the Dutchman get enough appearances for a title winner's medal.
Green, Carson, Wright, Turnbull, Lonergan, Grant...
In the past few years, there have been plenty of players making seemingly strange moves in a new breed - third-choice goalkeepers who are just there in case of emergency.
Scott Carson, 34, is on a season-long loan at Manchester City from Derby. He's still waiting for his debut. In fact he's probably not.
Rob Green, 39, retired last summer after the greatest achievement of his career, winning the Europa League with Chelsea. That was almost two years after his last appearance, which had been for Leeds against Newport.
Andy Lonergan, 36, has won the Uefa Super Cup and Club World Cup this season with Liverpool. He has never played for the Reds - or in the top flight for anybody in his entire career.
We could go on. And we will...
Richard Wright was a decent keeper back in his day - playing twice for England - but 'his day' was long over when he joined Manchester City in 2012 after a trial spell with Colchester. He spent four years with City - making exactly zero appearances.
Lee Grant, now 37, has played twice for Manchester United since his £1.5m move from Stoke 18 months ago.
We will end with Ross Turnbull, whose clubs read Middlesbrough, Darlington, Barnsley, Bradford, Barnsley again, Crewe, Cardiff, Chelsea, Doncaster, Barnsley AGAIN and Leeds.
Turnbull won a Champions League medal. Spoiler alert - it wasn't for Crewe.
Steven Caulker to Liverpool
Steven Caulker's move to Liverpool came as a surprise in January 2016 when he joined on loan from Championship side QPR.
He had been on loan at Southampton but he was being kept out of the team by Virgil van Dijk - so the Saints were happy for him to leave and go to Anfield.
Signed because of injuries, the then 24-year-old, whose career had stalled after one cap for England - he played in one FA Cup game for the Reds and as an 89th-minute substitute in two league games.
He now plays for Alanyaspor in Turkey.
Dale Jennings to Bayern Munich
In the history of football, there cannot be many stranger transfers than Tranmere - Bayern Munich, but that is the move Dale Jennings made as a teenager in 2013.
He never played a first-team game, although did feature 36 times for their reserve team in the fourth tier - and returned to England with Barnsley two years later.
After a spell with MK Dons, he did not play football for about three years after his daughter was diagnosed with leukaemia, before returning to play for non-league Runcorn last season.
Julien Faubert to Real Madrid
We could discuss Thomas Gravesen's move from Everton to Real Madrid, but while unglamorous or the standard you expect from Real, he was a decent player. Certainly better than Julien Faubert.
He was a regular for West Ham at right-back without setting the world alight when Real Madrid signed him on January deadline day in 2009. He would make only two substitute appearances for Real - and go viral for appearing to sleep on the bench, although he said he was just resting his eyes.
Faubert would spend another three years at West Ham - including in the Championship - before playing for clubs in Turkey, France, Scotland, Finland and Indonesia.
Paulinho to Barcelona
Barcelona's £36.4m signing of then 29-year-old Brazil midfielder Paulinho from Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande raised some eyebrows in August 2017.
Paulinho joined Tottenham for £17m from Corinthians in 2013, before moving to China in 2015.
He actually did much better than expected, scoring nine goals in 34 games and winning La Liga - which made his move back to the Chinese club a year later even more surprising.
Kevin-Prince Boateng to Barcelona
Tottenham Hotspur, Borussia Dortmund, AC Milan, Barcelona - Kevin-Prince Boateng has played for some big clubs. But also Portsmouth, Las Palmas and Sassuolo
In the January transfer window last year, Barcelona signed former Tottenham and Portsmouth player Kevin-Prince Boateng, then 31, from Italian side Sassuolo on a six-month loan deal.
His previous two clubs had been Las Palmas and Eintracht Frankfurt.
He was basically signed to help take the workload off Luis Suarez - however, Barca barely used him. He played four times in total - Barca winning only one of those.
Boateng is now at his seventh club in just over four years - on loan at Besiktas from Fiorentina.
The players who went 'the other way'
While some big clubs sign less glamorous players, it can happen the other way round too.
Edgar Davids had played for Ajax, AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Tottenham and Crystal Palace before rocking up as Barnet player-manager in 2012.
The central midfielder wore the number one on his shirt, got sent off five times in 38 games and did not attend some away fixtures. He left in 2014 and has never played or managed again.
Claudio Caniggia, who won 50 caps for Argentina and starred at the 1990 and 1994 World Cups, was a surprise signing for Scottish side Dundee under Ivano Bonetti. Caniggia must have enjoyed his eight months in Dundee, because he stayed in Scotland and spent two seasons with Rangers.
Non-league clubs occasionally enjoy a headline signing with former Brazil captain Socrates playing for Garforth in a 2-2 draw with Tadcaster Albion in November 2004.
Wembley FC signed Caniggia, Ray Parlour, Martin Keown, Graeme Le Saux, Ugo Ehiogu and Brian McBride to play in their FA Cup campaign in 2012-13 - in a sponsorship publicity stunt.

Oscar could return to Europe on free transfer
29 September at 18:15
Brazilian trequartista Oscar left Chelsea to play in China for Shanghai SIPG a few years ago, and he regretted his decision. His time in China is coming to an end; however, and the player would like a move back to Europe.
As reported by Calciomercato.com, the player was proposed to Inter at the end of the transfer window, as he was even spotted in the city of Milan, but a move never materialized. A transfer could be back on the table, though, as Oscar’s contract expires at the end of the year and a move would be a free transfer.

TOTTENHAM PRE-SEASON REVIEW: 10 things we learned ahead of the new season
Tottenham & # 39; s preparations for the season ended on Sunday after losing a penalty shootout to Antonio Conte's Inter Milan
Mauricio Pochettino will be happy with how his team has performed, but has shown his frustrations about the lack of signing systems for a few days until the summer window closes shut.
Here are the 10 things we have learned from the preseason campaign to Totham.
Tottenham achieved a good set of results in pre-season, losing two games and four win
IS POCH THE SECOND COMING OF JOSE?
Mauricio Pochettino is more Jose Mourinho than we think. In a move that we have come to expect from the former Manchester United manager, Tottenham's boss raised his eyebrows by using a season press conference to set the record on signatures.
He claimed that he has no control over transfers – and you can bet that President Daniel Levy would not have appreciated that outburst.
Mauricio Pochettino emphasized in a preseason conference that he has no control over transfers
MAURIC-OH-SO-KIND
Yet Poch is more than capable of being a good and generous company. During the preseason he returned to the hotel team after a meal in a top restaurant in Shanghai and saw a group of reporters enjoying a snack and a drink at the bar.
When the journalists started paying, they were told that Pochettino, who joined them for a quick chat, had settled the bill.
REQUIRES NEED TO TAKE PLACE
His Alli should see this season as an opportunity to answer his critics and prove his doubts wrong. The midfielder of England was unusually silent in 2018-19, as he contributed only five Premier League goals.
Sorry, but you're getting better. Injuries have not helped. Alli was absent for Tottenham & # 39; s last pre-season friendly against Inter Milan after a hamstring injury – his third in a year since the World Cup.
Spurs & # 39; last preseason was marred when Dele Alli stopped with a hamstring injury
KANE STILL HAS KILLER INSTINCT
Harry Kane missed 10 games of the last Premier League season due to injury but ended up with 17 goals, five shortly before the Golden Full Boot . Kane proves that he has not lost his instinctive goal scorer in the preseason.
His stunning mid-line goal against Juventus showed that. The 26-year-old must be seen as the frontman to end 2019-20 as the top scorer of Prem.
& # 39; AUDI CUP CHAMPIONS, THEY WILL NEVER THAT & # 39;
& # 39; Very happy to get my first trophy with this great club. & # 39; Sorry Lucas Moura, but the Audi Cup in the preseason does not count as your first piece of silverware with Spurs.
We had been saying it for years, but Tottenham really has to win a trophy, otherwise their most promising players – and manager – might get itchy feet.
Spurs were crown Audi Cup champions after beating Real Madrid and Bayern Munich
SPURS CAN'T AFFORD SPRING-SLIP-UP
Ask almost every football fan about his predicted top four and Tottenham will always be placed third, behind Manchester City and Liverpool. Do not think that this is a foregone conclusion.
It is worth remembering that Spurs suffered 13 Premier League defeats last season while they waited for their new home to be opened for business. They cannot afford to beat again.
NDOMBELE NEEDS BEDDING
Spurs broke their transfer record to sign Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon in a deal that could be worth £ 64 million.
He has shown signs that he was like the real deal, but we must be patient when he comes to the defensive midfielder. Being thrown in the Premier League, the fastest division in the world, is a tough task.
THIN AT FULL-BACK
For a long time, Tottenham has been blessed with talented full backs. That is getting thinner now. Kieran Trippier has left for Atletico Madrid. Danny Rose still wants to go out, although he can be used against Aston Villa in the Premier League this weekend.
Serge Aurier, Kyle Walker-Peters and Ben Davies stay in the club while a deal for Ryan Sessegnon is dragged from Fulham.
Tottenham sold Kieran Trippier right earlier to Atletico Madrid earlier this summer
SPURS STRUGGLE TO GET DEALS OVER THE LINE
Since the signing of Ndombele, the Tottenham window has somewhat come to a halt. Real Betis midfielder Giovani Lo Celso
Spurs was associated with a sensational £ 80m movement for Paulo Dybala, which would have been a statement that signed a half times, but unfortunately that the dust has been bitten.
SPURS TOP LIST FOR MOST DURABLE STRIP
What we also learned from the preseason is that you need deep pockets if you want to buy the new Tottenham strip. The cost of the authentic set of the club is £ 161 – that's £ 90 for the shirt, £ 55 for the shorts and £ 16 for the socks.
That makes it the most expensive set in the Premier League. Chelsea is next for £ 160.85, followed by Manchester United, £ 151.85.
Tanguy Ndombele models new home kit from Spurs & # 39; & # 39; new home kit "class =" blkBorder img-share "/>
Spurs & authentic set comes at £ 161 – £ 90 for the shirt, £ 55 for the shorts and £ 16 for the socks
Tottenham & # 39; s best XI
(4- 2-3-1)
Lloris; Aurier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Davies; Ndombele, winks; Moura, Eriksen, Son; Kane
Will Christian Eriksen stay or go, regardless of whether the Dane wants to leave, he must be in the base if it is available, maybe controversial, but I omitted him Alli, he has to prove a lot this season.
Heung m in Son and Lucas Moura my men are on their wings. I went to Harry Winks about Moussa Sissoko in midfield. Full backs are Serge Aurier and Ben Davies, with Danny Rose expecting to leave the club before the window closes.
Season ahead
What will be a good season for Tottenham? In my opinion, only silverware is sufficient. They are already tipped to finish in the top four, given the state of other clubs.
Chelsea works under a starting Premier League manager in Frank Lampard and has just lost an irreplaceable player in Eden Hazard. Manchester United ended last season with one win in their last seven league games under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The absence form of Arsenal was horrible under Unai Emery last season, and questions remain as to whether they have addressed their defense problems.
So Tottenham must be the leader for a top four finish, but they also have to fight for a trophy. That is what players remember when they retire – not when they have become third or fourth.
Only silverware is sufficient if Tottenham is successful & # 39; next season & # 39; wants to participate
Main factors
SEASONAL RESULTS RESULTS
July 21 – Juventus 2-3 Tottenham
July 25 – Tottenham 1-2 Male United
July 30 – Real Madrid 0-1 Tottenham
July 31 – Tottenham 2-2 Bayern Munich (won 6-5 on penalty & # 39; s)
August 4 – Tottenham 1-1 Inter Milan (3-4 lost on penalty & # 39; s)
Tottenham wants to make a strong start in the Premier League and their first four games are certainly intriguing. Aston Villa home, Manchester City away, Newcastle home, then Arsenal away.
Negotiating good results from those four games would provide a healthy incentive for the coming season. As for the player, they need Harry Kane to prevent the injuries that stopped him last year.
Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura can do odd jobs in advance, but you can never completely replace Kane, who has been closest to Alan Shearer.

Man Utd: Has strategy changed and is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the driving force?
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/470b633787a19268a324404a789e998c/9ac30d8e93f35046-40/s540x810/d525a32087d2a88c7f1492911a01101882bebf02.jpg)
