🔴🌺🔴🔴🌺🔴🔴🌺🔴 AUSPICIOUS BEAUTIFUL DEVI MAA’S from Several Creative Artist’s - @_artraj_ • 🔶 Ashtadasha Mahashaktipeethas 🔶: प्रद्युम्ने शृङ्खलादेवी..... praDyumne shrinkhalAdevI 🔸Devi Shrinkhala of Pradyumna region of Bengal Third among the 18 Shaktipeethas is Devi Shrinkhala. The stomach part of Sati Devi's body is believed to have fallen here. The word Shrinkhala has two meanings. The first one being, a Binding thread or Binding chain, second one is, a cloth which is used by the postnatal women to tie their abdomen tightly. According to the first meaning the goddess is in bounded form. Of course, Jaganmata is bound only to the lord Shiva. She removes all bonds attached to her devotees. In the second meaning the goddess is in postnatal stage ( Mother of a newborn baby), this form is symbolic as she will see the entire universe as her child. The devotees are like new born baby of Shrinkhala mata. A complete surrender and Sishu bhava is required to worship her. Currently there is no temple at the place mentioned, instead one can find ruins of what was one probably a temple. Many people believe her vigraha has been shifted in Gangasagar, West Bengal or near Sringeri of Karnataka. Some people also consider that the temple is in Gujarat. We have made this form keeping the motherly nature of this shaktipeeth in mind. प्रद्युम्ने वंगराज्यायाम् शृंखला नामभूषिते । विश्वविमोहिते देवी शृंखला बाधानाशिनी ।। The goddess, who is famous in the Pradyumna region of Vanga (Bengal) kingdom by the name of Śṛṅkhala, She who enchants the universe, Devi Shrinkhala is destroyer of obstacles. A Temple of great antiquity with over 1,000 years of background. The crowning glory of Mysuru, Sri Chamundeshwari Temple is an enchanting place surrounded by natural beauty. Located on the eastern edge of Mysore at Chamundi hills, the Temple is considered as a Shakti Peetha and is one among the 18 Maha Shakti Peethas. Chamundeshwari is called by the people of Karnataka as Naada Devi which means state Goddess. It is situated at the elevation of around 3300 ft from the mean sea level. It is believed that Goddess Durga slayed the demon king Mahishasura on the top of this hill which was ruled by him. The place was later known as Mahishooru (Place of Mahisha). The British changed it to Mysore and later Kannadised into Mysuru. The seven-tiered Gopura is its striking feature, and the silver-plated entrance tells a lot about its regal past. The Chamundi Temple is believed to have been built by the Hoysala kings in the 12th century AD. Later Krishnaraja Wodeyar III, in 1827 renovated the temple. Tripura Sundari Temple
Tripura Sundari Temple is said to be 500 years old and making it the oldest temple present in the Udaipur district. The temple is breath-taking and situated in Udaipur, around 55 km away from the capital. Tripura Sundari temples are one of the 51 shakti Peethas of Sati. However, it is the place where Goddess Sati’s right foot toe fell. The mythologic connection and beauty of this temple encourage tourist to visit throughout the year.
As per the scriptures of Shiv Puran, Lord Vishnu has cut Sati into 51 pieces with his divine Astra—Sudarshana Chakra, when the gods found the news that Lord Shiva was wandering in mourn and bearing the pain of separation from Sati. They realized if Lord Shiva didn’t come back on his natural state, then the world would destroy, and as a consequence, Sati’s mortal body has to be cut into pieces, which are now known as the Shaktipeethas. This temple is in a shape of a tortoise, which is also known as KurmaPeeth.
The temple of Kali built in the year 1501. The place’s grounds are as bloody red as the temple’s vivid-red shikara because the devotes and pilgrims make almost endless animal sacrifices. The devotees from around the world visit here, especially on the dazzling Diwali festival to bathe in the tank, which is filled with fish, situated near the temple.
Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary
The sanctuary is home to a variety of mammals and wildlife, especially primates and birds. The tourist destination is not just a wildlife sanctuary, it is also a research center and an academy. When you will visit here, you may find so many lakes floating around the sanctuary, where boating facilities are provided to the visitors.
