Posting these 5 (+ CNMN's variations) lovely pieces I worked on to celebrate Hi-Fi Rush's latest update dropping today!

Hi-Fi Rush is pretty much one of my top GOTY this 2023, totally unexpected as it was shadowdropped but boi it was really worth playing through it.

Played it more than once to enjoy both copyrighted and streamer-friendly music which are absolutely a bop if you haven't checked yet!

Hope you guys like these! They were really fun to do and experiment with my style a little more. Next week may see the return of Traditional Artist Theta, which I’m looking forwards to. You know the last scene of ATLA where it’s the gaang sitting in Iroh’s tea shop just drinking tea and talking and stuff?

I really want a scene like that at the end of kotlc.

The whole gang is at Havenfield, enjoying a sunny day with the alicorns under the shade of the panakes. Fitz is passing out a bunch of sweet treats he made to all of the friends. Marella and Linh are petting the Wynn and Luna. Sophie and Biana are sitting beside Greyfell as Biana masterfully weaves flower crowns for everyone while Sophie sits there and attempts to follow her instructions. Iggy is napping on her knee. Tam is leaning under the panakes tree, pretending like he’s not enjoying his time. Dex is sitting beside him as he tinkers with his newest project. Stina and Maruca are off to the side gossiping about things happening in Foxfire. Keefe is sitting by Silveny, stroking her mane and sketching the scene he sees in front of him as he urges Fitz to stop moving around so much. Grady and Edaline are bringing out lushberry juice for the kids to enjoy with their ripplefluffs. The lost cities are finally safe again.

I'm actually happy I got to draw The Ardbert Hylfyst from the critically-acclaimed MMORPG FFXIV~

It's actually the prize in my Discord server's art raffle (after the one I did here with two winners) and boi I went ham on drawing, close-ups below!

It was so nice seeing the Gurei-gulars react on stream when I was working on the lineart as they went "gahd so many lines" and "woah so detailed" so here have some close-ups as well so y'all can appreciate 'em too!

The piece above is a random muscle practice sketch that I did on a Twitch stream, supposedly for Biceptember, and ended up being my very first tweet to get 1k+ likes, an extremely rare feat to my Twitter account of 5 years.

Decided to draw the Dark Magician as my tribute, and as I was drawing him earlier, it felt like seeing an old friend. Yu-Gi-Oh has been a big part of my childhood, and the one that jumpstarted my art style in 2003, away from stick/block figures. Wanted to make a tribute earlier so I pulled out my copy of Duel Art (book with his illustrations) for inspiration, and ended up crying as I opened it. You'll always be my #1 art influence, Kazuki Takahashi-sensei, may you watch us from above along with Atem.
