These are just some of the refugee camps that individuals are forced to live in. The conditions are unimaginable and their lives are threatened everyday. Would you want to live in a place where you had to look over your shoulder constantly? Or worry what may happen to you or children? What about waking up everyday knowing that you cannot provide food for your starving family?

About the Crisis.

The Civil War that has been occurring in Syria has had catastrophic effects on the country such as persecution, famine, and other violent, unfortunate situations that have been present for a significant amount of time now. Starting back in March 2011, countless individuals have been internally displaced in order to flee many displeasing outcomes such as death due to this war. Innocent families have become victims, the lives of thousands have already been taken, and millions are left with humanitarian needs. The impact of this occurrence is endless and has resulted in the largest refugee and displacement crisis of our time, recording an approximate 6.7 million Syrians as refugees, and leaving another approximate 6.2 million people displaced within Syria. Half of which are innocent children.

There are a significant amount of refugee camps  throughout Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and many other neighbouring countries. The conditions within these camps are unimaginable and inhumane. They are filled with diseases, violent occurrences, provide little to no education, are overpopulated, and so much more. The innocent men, women, and children in these camps deserve a better future and with your help can achieve things like better living conditions, education, better medical resources, food and water, and so forth.
