Legend tells the tale of a Sienna Royal named Karifa. She was a compassionate Holy Woman and found the need to help those abused or left to struggle and suffer extreme torments. Under the guise of a simple Sand Peddler she would find ways to help refugees to the deeper part of the desert where she collected her new friends and helped them in ways unimaginable. With the powers beset upon her by the gods she would transform and help heal these people. In exchange for such gifts and new life they would train to be elite warriors and for some…the gifts of magic were bestowed upon them. Forever loyal to the bloodline of Karifa down to the new Queen to be Anisoptera Ekkam, they would come when called.
