This is a post about the Magical Girl Site anime and is about an attempted rape scene, suicide mention and characters involved. If the tags don’t work, press J to skip. I don’t know if this is covered in the manga, but in the anime, it feels like it wants me, as a viewer, to forget/forgive what Sarina did early on because Aya did later in the series. Sarina, who bullied Aya because she did not get a thank you from the socially awkward girl in the beginning after helping her, and flat out told her she did not care she was part of why Aya wanted to end her own life every single day. Sarina, who was present and did nothing to stop her best and best friends boyfriend from almost raping Aya. And honestly, with how those girls and that guy are, who knows who else they did that too? They were going to have Aya raped because the usual bullying was getting boring for Sarina. The girls were going to be present for this. Sarina was aware and saw fit to not realize even that was going too far. On a note there, the third  girl in the bully group was also guilty of the same things as Sarina, but her moment of things going too far wasn’t the attempted rape, it was Sarina just about to slice Aya’s face open with a boxcutter. Note: Aya used her weapon for the first time in defense since she was chased in a parking lot during the attempted rape scene. It teleported the girl and her boyfriend in front of a moving train, killing them both. At that point, Sarina was enraged because she knew it was Aya’s fault somehow and wanted revenge for her best friend. A to each their own here, but Sarina never really got any comeuppance for her actions(I don’t count losing her best friend over it because that’s a different thing in my eyes). I haven’t touched the manga yet, this is why it’s anime only.

Sarina Shizukume going on a carnival date with her male s/o:

* Wanted to take a break from the whole planning to kill the administrators, so she decided to take you to the carnival that has just arrived

* She still brings her yo-yo just in case an administrator shows up, so she can protect you

* The both of you walk around the carnival together admiring the stalls, with the two of you linking arms

* Sarina loves linking your arms on dates, especially since it stops other people from flirting with you

* The first stall the two of you have a go at is the balloon pop, where you have to throw darts at the balloons

* Pretends she is going to throw a dart at you, but if your looking worried she has a smirk on her face and says she is just kidding and waves you off telling you how you should relax

* Ends up throwing the darts perfectly and wins a prize, wants you praise her since she just did a cool move and considers it praise worthy, so when you actually do shower her with compliments Sarina basks in them

* The prize that she wins Sarina gives it to you and says how when you look at it you can remember her kindness and how she has better throwing skills than you

* Slowly, walks with you to more stalls, wanting to savour this day since she does not get many breaks from her exhausting life

* Sarina usually plays the games while you watch because she loves how mesmerised you look when watching her

* But if you really want a go Sarina is happy to watch you play as well

* Giving you little compliments here and there in a teasing manner, but they are actually genuine, well she is trying to make sure they are

* To end the day the both of you go to the food stand to get some ice cream and you walk her home

* After you leave Sarina thinks of the fun she has had today hoping to have more dates like this with you her boyfriend in the future, but then gets a bit dejected when remembering the reality she has to face

* But then brightens up when she receives a text message from you

* Overall, this was a fun date and she hopes to have more of these to help her escape from reality, as well as spend time with you her amazing boyfriend.
