🇬🇪☀🏞🍇🥃👌Whiskey Jimscher Saperavi-a whiskey with a Georgian accent
Using the technology of the best traditional processing, whiskey is aged in unique and fragrant barrels in which Saperavi wine was previously stored. The refined aroma obtained as a result of this process leads to the re-opening of whiskey
The homeland of Saperavi grapes is Kakheti. However, due to its popularity in the wine industry, this variety is cultivated throughout Georgia.
In translation, “saperavi” means paint, which confirms the key feature of grape varieties.
Typically, red grapes in the context are whitish or with green. Saperavi is distinguished by its ruby hue of pulp. This is what gives Saperavi an unusual purple hue with a purple tint.
At The Global Travel Retail Spirits Masters 2017, held in London, Whiskey Jimscher aged in oak barrels received a gold and two silver medals.
Whiskey has a dark amber color and the aroma of burnt caramel.
