what i love about this gradual release of the story mode in victory road is that this is the closest we'll ever get to sakka friday again, where we are all theorizing and expecting the next part of the story

My boy looks like he’s either challenging someone to a duel (or pokemon battle) or is the main character of a murder mystery revealing the culprit xD

This is like a whole fanfiction Anya, but that’s how we love you
⚠️ SPOILER ALERT FOR EPISODE 27 ⚠️
So, as many of you know, in today’s episode, Shirou Fubuki was revealed to be Japan’s traitor.
To be honest, I’ve seen it coming. They’ve made it obvious. I was not surprised, but I got really sad, upset, confused and I kind of FORGOT TO BREATHE while watching the scene he leaves.
And I know that, just like me, everyone still see Fubuki as an innocent angel and can’t possibly think of the reasons why he did it or what the fuck is going on, so, at my friends @fubuki99bae and @shawn-and-aiden-frost-9 requests and appreciation, I am here to share my theory about Shirou’s actions and try to make it clear for people who still are confused about all this.
There is more of it than just what we’ve seen, but the dots were to be connected all along.
Shirou sent the informations to the enemy and knew exactly about the player who would attack the team.
It is obvious: Shirou exchanged favors with Orion to do a last effort to keep his team safe. He would be gone soon, and he was willing to do whatever it took to make his team win, including using a forbidden technique. There is no bad intentions in this angel’s mind, he just wanted to protect his brother and team at last.
We all now Shirou. He’s a kind, loving and extremely protective person when it comes to his brother. He’s seen so much on the field when they were on the asian eliminatories that when his brother made it to the team, he realized he would not forgive himself if something happened to him. There was also the fact that he was leaving after the match, and if the team suffered again on his absence, we would feel extremely powerless and guilty about not (trying to) protecting them before. And that was when he decided he would do something before it was too late. He knew since the dinner party that Orion had their hands on that match, and thought about that unstoppably till he finally asked Orion about their fucking plans for Spain. And that was when he discovered Baraja was the infiltrated disciple. In exchange for that, he had to give away Japan’s informations. That was his act of betray.
Well, something that came on my mind and totally got me panicked was the fact that he just did some shit to Orion, so dOES ThAT mAke hIM An OriOn DisCiPLE?
I am still afraid of the answer, because there are possibilities, but I think I’ll only believe that when I see his mark with my own eyes. And I don’t think this is happening. It was a small exchange of favors: putting Japan in disvantage and keeping them safe. That doesn’t make him a disciple. Baraja’s favor to be turned on a disciple was a lot bigger, and informations are nothing compared to that. I think Shirou contacted them with this in mind, because he would never accept anything if becoming a disciple was part of the deal. The most important proof is that he stopped the real disciple’s plan, undid the trap and saved Asuto’s life, so he’s not with Orion at all. Although, I think it’s edgy to think that he’s part disciple, since he did something for them after all.
Now, for the most shocking scene: Atsuya acting so fucking horribly cold towards his brother. I mean, Shirou was already suffering so much and Atsuya HAD TO pull a guilt trip on him, right? But for people who are pissed off with Atsuya, please try to understand him as well. I know he acted awfully ungrateful turning his back on Shirou, and I recognize that he is wrong and was a horrible brother, but just like Shirou had his reasons to do what he did, so does Atsuya. Atsuya was upset for multiple reasons. Shirou being the traitor was a lot to take in, but I don’t think that what’s on Atsuya’s head was:
“OMG, MY ANIKI BETRAYED JAPAN, HE BETRAYED HIS TEAM, HE BETRAYED ME! MY ANIKI IS A FUCKING DIRTY TRAITOR AND I WILL NEVER TRUST HIM AGAIN!!”
No, not at all. Atsuya has also been connecting the dots from the moment he saw Shirou sending the files. He thought about what it meant and why his brother would do this and realized it was all for his sake. Now that he’s make it to the national team, Shirou wanted to protect him from the danger he faced on the field because he would not forgive himself if something hapenned to his little brother.
Now, why Atsuya would be upset by that? We all now his hothead way of being. In his head, he feels horrible about having to be protected by Shirou. He think he was being seen as a baby brother and nothing more. Shirou was risking his life on the field facing Orion on the asian eliminatories, and Atsuya had to stand back against the odds? He indeed feels betrayed. He’s not a child that needs his older brothers protection, he wanted to fight among their friends as well. He’s not upset about Shirou contacting Orion, but because his brother felt like it was a necessary evil to protect him. But Atsuya is not a child. He doesn’t need protecting. In his head, Shirou was a selfish asshole with his head stuck on this idea of being such a good a big brother, that he forgot about what’s happening around them. They were supposed to be in this together, but Shirou didn’t hesitate on sacrificing himself for his sake, and worse, he betrayed the team. He sent information to the enemy. He cheated on his friends. He broke their trust.
In a way, we know Atsuya is also wrong. But he was angry and dissapointed.
And now Shirou will leave. On my opinion, I think… Shirou kind of deserved that preach. He is, indeed, with his head oversatured about his brother. His intentions were the best, but he needs to get over the fact that Atsuya is not only his little brother. I don’t think that Atsuya’s attitude in turning his back on his brother was right, but he had no reason to be gentle, and maybe Shirou can grow up a little from that. He’s such a good boy. He’s not a wolf in sheep’s clothing as some people are seeing now. He’s just a fallen angel and he’s trying his best to fly.
And most important: He’s sorry. He thought he was doing the right thing. His intentions were the best possible, but he was wrong and he sees it now.
But that it’s just a theory, I might be right, I might be wrong, but that is what I think it happened and I’m not changing my mind so soon. It just feels right to me.
Both Shirou and Atsuya have their shit to work out after that cold, ruthless goodbye and sooner or later, they’ll realize they were mistaken and hopefully, play soccer and be like the wind again ❄
Thank you for your support on doing this. Feel free to share it now 💖

Deep inside I wished Inazuma Japan was holding the hands of baby GO kids. Endou holding Tenma, Gouneji holding Tsurugi, Kidou holding Shindou, Kazemaru holding Kirino, Tatsuya holding Kariya, Ichihoshi holding Matatagi etc. that would have been great.

Is kast free on desktop? I’ve wanted to join back in on sakka friday but it costs $10 on iOS
Aye, I haven’t paid a cent for the desktop app I’m using, and I think the browser version is free too? I didn’t even know there was an iOS app, huh -- I definitely wouldn’t pay for that, particularly since Kast is still kinda buggy sometimes.
#It'd be great to see you again on Sakka Tuesdays Lan!!#Also I have heard the term ''Sakka Friday'' being thrown around a lot; unrelated to my streams though. Is that the day the episodes aired?#CK replies#SlightlyObsessive
