Being someone who read Under The Red Hood and came out with the firm belief that, for Jason, it's not about killing Joker, it's about Jason wanting proof Batman would choose him over the Joker (bc shelia chose the joker). Makes seeing any other media where it's all about just wanting the Joker dead is a teeny bit frustrating. to be honest

Jason could've killed the Joker himself, really, really easily. Jason kidnaps the Joker before the confrontation. I can't open my comic for a reference right now, but it felt like he had the Joker for quite a bit before the confrontation. He had him. He beat him up with a crowbar. He had every single opportunity to kill the Joker himself, but he didn't because that wasn't his goal. Make no mistake, he did plan for the Joker to be dead by the end of it, but do you see what im trying to say here

It's not about making Batman kill either. When Batman says he won't kill, Jason adjusts and goes, 'Let ME kill the Joker or kill me to stop me' instead. The test is all about Batman choosing him. The whole final confrontation is Jason's first death again. The parent, The Joker, and the explosives. It even ends with Jason unable to move as a bomb goes off right next to him again because the parent didn't choose Jason. And instead tried finding an option that'd benefit them and (consequencely) letting the Joker walk, again, lol, lmao <-in agony

Changing Morals

Danny had actually gotten a chance to sit down and think. He hadn’t noticed it before, due to the constant ghost fights and overall exhaustion not having a sleep schedule added on top of school caused, but his thoughts had changed.

Most people do not react well to the thought of dying. Even Danny himself had had a breakdown crying fit when he finally worked through the fact he died. But lately he noticed that he felt more��� apathetic(?) about the thought of someone dying. He had rationalized it that since he knew there was existence after death that maybe he wasn’t as worried as before.

He became a bit more concerned when Freakshow had managed to break out and during the inevitable fight actually ended up dead. There had been no way Danny could have stopped it so he didn’t feel guilty but that had also been when he noticed his lack of care about him dying.

He wasn’t exactly sure what to do about it. He still planned to stop ghosts from harming humans and humans from harming ghosts but he wasn’t sure if his lack of care about people dying would cause him to end up with more people dead.

honestly just in general it's very exhausting to try to analyze media that is literally meant to be analyzed, only for the replies to be filled with people arguing not against your analysis, but against the premise that the media can be analyzed at all.

i don't even know what to say about it without starting to really betray my frustration, so i'll just settle with— just don't engage with analysis posts? I'm serious. if you're typing a response to a media analysis post, reread what you've written and ask yourself "is this comment/response against the very concept of analyzing the media at all?" and if the answer is yes then delete it all and go sit in the shame corner. throw your curtains away if you want to so bad and stop telling me that I'm not allowed to hum and haw at the fact mine are blue

Now it all started when I watched the songs MV, since I really liked it lmao. Then a sudden thought just hit me, hey wouldn't it be funny if I extended the animation like what I did with my Kyu-Kurarin MV? [Speaking of which.. DO CHECK IT OUT!! Not forcing ya too but hey that would nice 💜]

Took me couple of days deciding on if I wanted to do it or not and I did it anyways, for fun!

It was fun hiding lil messages and secrets in the animation! Didn't want to make it too hard so hopefully they'll be solvable for everyone and also noticeable! Hope the fxs didn't ruin the secrets sihdishsidhd... I don't wanna go back... ?
