 This was all fun and games compared to the many times they came head to head with danger- especially the dangers that lurked in Greendale. A shriek of a laugh as she skids on her shiny red heels- the snowy tresses bouncing as she ran. Feet clapping against woodland and another turn- she headed behind the larger group of trees- holding those sweet giggles that left her crimson red pout. 

So this was how it truly felt? to be appreciated and loved - by just who she is- even if she cased a little danger.. even if she was a magnet to the darkness?

Nick walked the path of night with her. Keeping the light close to them on their journey. Devastation had once been in its path but what now left them with a love that deemed unbreakable.

Oceanic hues meet the love of her life just as he caught up to her. A swirl of red whites, covered by that same darkness fo her warlock as they fell into one another in that simple fellow swoop. Catching her off guard and making her balance stumble. Around and around, that tiny frame of hers effortlessly pressing a tender amount of pressure, pressing as one hand mindlessly scale his sides.

Whereas her own Cheshire like grin spread to the words that leave him “why me of course” she teased “and much more..” the last line becoming more quiet as she leans down- subtly capturing his bottom lip between hers as lashes fluttered closed - what a dream.

              Something wasn’t right-  something dangerously wicked was out at play and all that could be told was the emotion the earth gave off. Being a witch of natural sources - in blood, even as a half breed- half witch- half angel - fallen being the part of clearing herself from her ‘false father’. Sabrina found herself awake at night- staring upon the many beaded stars in the sky- awaiting the chance to use her powers to make it back home. A dampening barrier meant the human way, but with a land like this- that had to be some route around it.

There just had to be..

Where they were staying just seemed to be full of boys and what remained of two girls- what was it that was needed of them? mangled throw, pools around her legs as she sat up- her head only just reminiscing on how her Auntie Hilda would have had a fit over the conditions and would make sure to make each and every one of them something to stay warm by than what they had found in wherever this was. 

Blues staring upon the crackling flames from the fire as each person lay upon a wooden board- her gaze cast over the red head as she slowly tucked snowy tresses behind her ear. “Do you remember how you got here?” she paused- speaking aloud “I’m Sabrina” might as well form friends right? her Aunties always told her to work as a team because you never know the outcome on the other side- whether this was a life or death situation.

That cheese already formed a cringe over her features as the brunette watched the blonde; did she usually talk about herself like this? -- "you do realise that thing is coming after us right?" and that THING was a beast - almost hulk-like.

“I feel like I’ve seen you somewhere before.”

Had she just made a bigger mistake in changing history as she knew it? she found herself clenching, jaw tightening with her own frustration as the snowy haired witch stared into those deep dark pools. Nicholas couldn't remember her? remember their time together, what he had been through with her 'false father' being trapped? part of it was a blessing in disguises, but another part of it was - heart-breaking..

"Nicholas, it's me. Sabrina"

A crazed saying had been added into the mix - if you can’t beat them join them - but when it came to Prudence and Agatha. Sabrina had made her own mental note to stay away since day one - however the tables had turned and their sides had become in line with the other - there were still games to be played within the Academy that even Sabrina still wasn’t familiar with. Surely this wasn’t something they’d do to the new guy - besides Sabrina had already heard of most of his lineage from her Aunties - a lot of it was still left in the shadows regarding his bloodline, it was mostly hearsay and how they were different and held a different practice. Royalty was far from the chain but even Sabrina couldn’t blame when she would come to knowing about more of him given her own lineage was just… so bloody awful.

With the tales of Lucifer and the hushed words of students talking about the half breed - she knew it was more than obvious that she too was different and so a different pair would happily make quite the paid of trouble right? That overwhelming amount of curiosity got the better of the snowy haired witch as she pressed her velvet lips together tightly in thought. If he was different - would he come in handy with the trials and what was to come? Even she was questioning her own growing abilities that herself and her twin had yet to amount to change. With the other her now becoming Queen of Hell; the herald was left in the shadows of her other self which meant a rather dull time in the world of Sabrina Spellman.

Besides --- secrets was not her forte and secrets were best untold but the innocent rolling of what would seem like a devil tongue would soon form the words of danger.

Bad boy attitude with that flirtatious tone tugged on her own curiosity string as those deep iced orbs held gaze with the other “very different..” she murmurs, repeating his answer already understanding that he was very different from most and that was a MUST HAVE, must LEARN situation that eagerly left her craving for more answers than she could actually get. The question ready to form only to be interrupted , Sabrina sooner became informed by those pearled teeth that managed to draw her in thought- a situation in which she had once been in without the consent of her own to be pricked by such force in ones artery - all of which she knew her blood could burn to something impure if it lay a hand of her.

Even knowing that; Sabrina also knew that this warlock held his differences and so with ease; her hand lay flat against his chest, pressing him towards the shadows “Not a normal warlock indeed” - she paused “Auntie’s never told me about you or your heritage - and now I'm intrigued” a honest answer “tell me more?” sure they were in the shadows and away from anyone else - it wasn’t like they were missing much from the area they were standing in; her hand came away with ease as long lashes flicker towards him “Sorry - please excuse my need for knowledge and curiosity - I get it from my father”

One mind wanders upon the fate of the earth; another part wanders on the fate of the people in it.

A bemused smile seeked to spread; it wasn’t normal for someone to insult a statue as so – unless you were Sabrina and even then Hail Satan wasn’t one thing that could singe her tongue. The snowy haired witch gave a nod; half laugh managing to leave her as she looked up at the status “Now, now - i wouldn’t say that..” she mused “that’s Hecate- we praise her for our powers; she’s sort of a Goddess around here” - she inched closer “just don’t let anyone hear you- though she certainly can” a nod in the opposite direction of the two of the weird sisters approaching, she fought to roll her eyes given they loved the sight of fresh meat to torture. Clearing her throat; she faked a smile - at least for a second but however over time that came somewhat genuine, the weird sisters had opened up to the ruins and war they had been through, clearing the path of evil even if they had every thirst for their tricks.

“Adrian” Prudence mused - the black witch extended a hand towards him “If you need anything, anything at all – just give us a call” - she eyed Sabrina “not like this little half witch knows what she’s doing” - goodness Prudence I thought we were over that - still she held her ground; Prudence had a thing of being on everyone’s radar - most of the time becoming talk of the Academy with her sass, though she admired Sabrina in some aspect, she still despised her even if they could fall on common terms. It was almost as though Prudence had waved her off at this point - attempting to draw Adrian in for conversation. “You know Prudence, I heard Nicky was back in the Academy” her beady eyes glance up before waving her off again “talk again sometime” the witch smiled towards Adrian before walking off.

“Oh Nicky- Dear” a short holler of that pet nickname that made Sabrina want to cringe; if things hadn’t been so rocky between them - being compared to Daddy Dearest, Lucifer, she would have said their breakup would have been quite… normal. Considering she was Queen of Hell with her other self. Under lock and key of course. That’s a little secret that’s meant to be kept hidden until they all put two and two together and more than likely that would mean Lilith would have first taste in the betrayal other than Ambrose in corrupting the timeline with another..

“What brings you to the Academy? You definitely don’t seem like one of our ‘normal’ Warlocks” blue hues glance over him in curiosity - she could already sense something about him other than her unnerving feeling for what was to come outside the walls - heaven knows, inside even? With each Terror set to come, who knew what was just around the corner? Goosebumps had already pimpled over pale skin as she returned her thoughtful gaze back to him. Where was he from? Surely this was the boy that Auntie Zee had mentioned “My Auntie is High Priestess here, I’m sure she’s mentioned you before” she leaned in “are you different?” Sabrina was always one to cut to the chase - her white strands caressed against her cheeks as she pushed one fallen strand back behind her black headband.

          As Sabrina revealed the importance of Hecate, Adrian’s green eyes turned back towards the status with more understanding. He’d heard that this school was very religious. Warned, in fact, by his father. “I won’t have your superfluous behavior embarrassing us, Adrian. You’re going to respect them and be a perfect gentlemen and show them how a Lord Ivashkov truly acts. They’re helping us.” The words from the lecture still rang in his ears, pulling a small scowl to Adrian’s otherwise handsome features. It was as though Nathan Ivashkov had no faith at all in his son. Scratch that, the Moroi thought to himself. Of course his father had no faith him. Well, joke was on the old man, the teenager thought ruefully. No one in the entire witch school had any idea who the royal lineage of Ivashkovs were. While part of it annoyed the Moroi, he was mostly delighted at not having a reputation proceed him. For once. Here, no one knew him as the Queen’s favorite nephew. He was simply ‘the new kid’.

❝ We had a chapel on campus at my old school. But this –– - is pretty hardcore, ❞ he replied. Though the witch was soon moving close to him and her words caused his gaze to move across the room to the two alluring girls making their way over. They were beautiful, in a terrifying Redrum twins kind of way, he thought to himself. Viewing their auras, he found that his inner thoughts were confirmed. There was a bit of danger there. And while he didn’t think they were twins, he could tell that they were linked in a familial way. He took the tall one’s proffered hand, giving her his most charming smile as he kissed her knuckles. Such outdated gestures weren’t usually his bag, but something about the beguiling beauty made him think it was warranted. All thoughts of Hecate were erased from the vampire’s mind, set wholly on Prudence’s velvet voice.

Lips parted, ready for one of Adrian’s famous pick-up lines or quips, but Sabrina was already chasing the pair away with the promise Nicky. Whoever the hell that was. Adrian made a mental note to find out immediately.  ❝ Nice chat, ❞ he said, mostly to himself as the girls left without even allowing him to introduce himself. Shaking it off, he looked to Sabrina and wasn’t entirely surprised to see her sizing him up. One of the things he’d picked up on in her aura was an insatiable curiosity. Of course he’d be the talk of the school for a bit, new kids often were. But she was right : he was nothing like the other warlocks.

At the question of whether or not he’d different, Adrian’s smirk turned into a smug one, his eyebrows lifting in a flirtatious manner as he held her gaze.  ❝ Oh, I’m very different, little witch, ❞ he answered, the look in his eyes suggesting something more lascivious in nature than what she meant. The tone of his voice often suggested that the Moroi was speaking in double meanings, but before she could question it, he smiled. Since he was a child, he, like all Moroi, had been trained to smile in a way that allowed his lips to still cover his teeth. Yet this time, he grinned wide, showing off his pearly whites –– and two sharp fangs that were the telltale sign of all vampires.  ❝ ‘Not a normal warlock’ doesn’t even begin to cover it. ❞

"A drink?" her gaze fell upon the stirred liquid, a strawberry mounted against the side of the glass followed by a mix that laced the rim. Rose red petals press together as blues met his; a smile tugging upon the corner of her lips "You want to get me drunk, Nicholas?" - Sabrina rarely drank- rarely being an understatement, she was still under the age legally for a glass but when it came to Dorian's, anything really goes for young witches and warlocks and other kind alike.

Fingers wrap around the glass as she lifted it to her petals; brushing against the mix as she ran the tip of her tongue against the part her lips pressed at, tasting the sugar mix before sipping on the strong liquor, free fingers plucked the strawberry off which she proceeded to bite into it "hmm"

Those words..  so gentle, heart warming.. that Nicholas see's her in a different light than others would and its really.. refreshing. All she ever wanted to do was protect those she loves, the innocent, the ones that didn't ask for any of this darkness. Sabrina had seen what it was like from two kinds of prospective. The human side of her and the witch, both equally benefitting on something that was so... rewarding. To have the best of both worlds in your veins, even if there was more of a pull towards the darkness. She always found a place back home, where things felt.. oddly normal.

'You have me.. and I'll have you always...'

She felt her heart sinking before flip flopping its usual somersault that brought the witches red lips a smile, soft pout curling, because there was nothing else that she wanted more.. something to be cherished, something that gave her a sense of peace. That she wasn't in any of this alone. She couldn't do this alone.. but Sabrina was stubborn, she didn't want anyone else to get hurt, but she had to remember that working as a team worked out better in the long run, as long as there was no fatalities,  she wouldn't allow that.

Now that his finger curled around her snowy tresses, those oceanic blues met his, searching for the answers that dove deep in a treasure trove. So he wanted to take care of her? She was sinking..  falling further into a bliss that he had her lost in. "You want to take care of me?" She spoke softly and quietly "be my light to the darkness that follows me?" Question upon words, held at the tip of her tongue "I'll allow that Mr Scratch" slight tease, her smile widening..  She'd allow that.

"Nick.. I won’t let you die. I WON’T EVER, let you die”

That fear held in her deep blue hues; the witch was scared- and not often did she ever feel this way, but for Nick.. she did. She wanted what was best for him - wanted to give him the world - if that- and if she could take away all the harm that had ever been put on him - she would. But there was no going back- there was no stopping this- she couldn’t even time travel...again. Just to say the man she loved. 

Snowy tresses bounce with each shake of her head; crimson polished fingertips brushing against his jaw as she held his gaze; how weak he looked - how rattling her heart felt, sinking further and further.

“I will save you no matter what happens. I promise”

A scoff was already forming in her throat, leaving her crimson petals as she exhales, halting her own blush from forming "well you should already know how stubborn I am" - and what a mischief maker she is, that was Sabrina down to a T.

Spine tingling, nerves on edge. Nick's words already forming her own concerned expression as the V line on her forehead became more prominent. Brows furrowing as with each flicker had her gaze shifting from one side of the room to the other - a typical "haunting" - but was she really prepared?

"No that's not me, but whatever it is, is about to get sent back to hell" - her teeth grits together, blues flaring as she looked over at Nicholas, her skin was already crawling, she already knew this wasn't going to be easy.

How the tables had turned; from the progression she had made and not only by signing her name in the book of the beast but the events that had transpired since then. Sabrina had learnt the loss of love, on two different occasions just by being what she is and by the words of Herald of Hell, she soon became the Queen. At least her other self did. Sabrina had done something that wasn’t known to anyone in that matter unless you could count Ambrose - in which she gave him no choice in the matter, not like she would have listened to what he had to say on this split timeline, meddling, back to the future effect. This however probably should have never happened upon this earth but she sure as hell knew that it would come back and bite her even if she had her mind set to prevent that. It was a stupid selfish idea of trying to have the best of both worlds; and as stubborn minded as she is, this would all work out in the end.

At least so she hoped. Keeping this down under lock and key, a secret that both Sabrina’s had to share between each other, it was tough to say the least however she still pushed on even with the depth of the secret becoming more damaging than let on. The world as she knew it had become boring; no longer under threat or challenge and yet just around the corner something was bound to become chilling to the surprise. What lay in store for the young witch that remained eager to progression  and keeping the fright club together?

With her life starting to become more normal; there was always that lingering feeling that something else was about to spring into action and cause a sudden down fall upon Greendale, it happened before.. what was to say it wouldn’t again when someone else craved a thirst for the horrors and corruption. Whether it be demons, whether it be another threat much like the gypsies or the name that was held upon the tip of the tongue of forthcoming. The Eldritch Terrors. Greendale had become a haven to those that were part of the supernatural and those that became the unexplained. The torment held in her heart from each school.

The dagger digging deeper from witness as she soon became the third wheel with a thirst to create her own kind of happenings because of feeling pushed aside. The fact everyone had moved on without her, had her feeling more alone than ever and so a trip to Hell under disguise had been in order to know what her life would have been like if she had chosen the opposite route. A ruse to show that her life was happier had been her own downfall as she slid back into her own bed; hand curling against the pillowcase as she pulled it gently against her face. How has her life become this fallen when merely a year ago she began to admit all acceptance and defeat to what she is creating a mess within her path, a path that no longer held hands with another when it came to walking the path of night. 

A fight of control, fought tooth and nail as she had visualised her own downfall in that very moment. A moment she still could see as clear as day from the day Nicholas walked away.

The halls in the academy remained quiet as she stared up at the statue of Hecate; her orbs finally met another - even her Auntie had told her to be friendly with all new witches, warlocks and other kind - however something was off - different as pale blue hues met his. What lurked beyond the shadows there was still something unnerving and it wasn’t the boy in front of her “Hi, I’m Sabrina” a soft smile as she offered her hand “Sabrina Spellman” well, whatever the feeling was - if this was the Terrors approaching, she better be on her guard, and so should everyone else in the academy. @theivashkinator
