Meanwhile, the Noise discovers that his girlfriend, Hazel, has gone missing. It's soon revealed that both events are connected, when NTV begins broadcasting a previously unannounced wedding! Now the Noise and Chef Raider have to team up to stop the Doise before he uses a very dangerous magical ring to bind Noisette to him forever - and potentially doom the city in the process!

my two biggest are alenoah and trustin, but i also like to pass noah around like a baton. he's fun with trent, duncan, gwen, owen, izzy, kitty, and emma. (sometimes cody if i ship it in my own way and NOT the fanon noco way that's been around for a decade. never was a fan of how people characterized noco)

aletyler is cute but i prefer them as friends with like... a one-sided crush on alejandro's part (he just really likes his emotional support himbo). aleheather is iconic although i prefer heather as a lesbian and alejandro as a gay man. tbh i think aletrent could be good too since theyre both so mentally ill and physically fucked from the show.

owen/izzy where izzy is dating eva separately is kino (im all about polyamory)

gwourtney is awesome but i also really love gwent and duncney. those four together being in a super queer not-quite relationship foursome is soooo peak to me.

geoff/brody/bridgette is fun af. harold/leshawna is iconic altho i dont think they'd last much longer after the show, instead becoming like indestructible best friends. lindsey/tyler is canon forever to me.

also i really like mike/zoe/cameron. mike/scott is good too. sam and dakota are cute. bowrajwayne is my fav new gen ship. scary girl/damien could be soooooooo funny next season if they go for it. zombie guy and australian girl are also a good canon couple. i like spud and rock together. the guy from the daters team and the girl from the best friends team would be a nice couple too.

Dame Judi Dench is going to play Old Deuteronomy. That’s cool. I love her, she deserves to finally be in CATS, and this role is absolutely adequate. Grizabella and Jennyanydots didn’t bring her any luck, and I don’t see another that would fit. But the old, wise, beloved tribe leader? Perfect. Superb. But! Old Deuteronomy is a tomcat. I personally don’t mind in the least that he is going to be played by a woman. Or she, in this case? That’s my first question, no my first few questions: Is Old Deuteronomy a queen now, or more of a breeches role for Dame Judi? By the looks of the trailer, I assume the first. Are the lyrics of his - her - song changed? Did she survive many wives? or husbands? Or both? Is she still everybody’s great ancestor? Is she everybody’s mom? Is she a lesbian cat with endless babies?????????? I love every single possibility, don’t worry. I’m just curious!!!

Is this about Victoria now? Victoria is an important character, but it’s not like she’s always in the center of attention. She has her solo. Then her first time pas de deux. Then she accepts... oh, no, spoiler! Anyway, what is going to happen with her in the movie??? And why does it seem like she’s the sort of fallen-down-the-rabbit hole kind of ~normal~ outsider who’s lead through that wonderland by its crazy natives? Making her always beside the center of attention, rather than a normal acting ensemble character. It’s just a bit weird to me.

Also (this is a note, not a question, but I am going to word it as a question) I love that they actually cast an actual ballerina for her, but I do wonder - was it a good idea to suddenly expand her character to an acting role in the classical sense?

Where are Jemima and Sillabub? Why are there both of them? Who’s going to be the, you know, the one? Is she still going to be the most wonderful of them all? I need to know for personal reasons!!!

Are they making Victoria and Misto a couple? I hc them as siblings. I ship Misto and Jemima, because reasons. And Victoria and Plato because I love the 1997 video and they do it dance the pas de deux. There’s no exact canon, and I have no rational reason to complain. However, I never have any big shipping opinions or anything like that on anything, and I never participate when all of that drama breaks out over whatever thing is being hyped, so... I don’t know, I guess this is where all my pent up ship feelings are coming out or something. Let me have an opinion about fictional relationships for once! Let it be about anthro cats!

Why is Bustopher Jones like that? I said no! No fat joke related comments and that includes Bustopher and Jennyanydots!

Why did Jennyanydots what she did?

So.... they are including Growltiger’s Last Stand. That’s amazing. I know there’s complaints, because of racism and such, but seriously, it’s a pity it wasn’t in the old film, and I think it would look amazing in a proper movie. I wish The Awful Battle of the Pekes and the Pollicles and Growltiger’s Last Stand would just be used as in old tradition at the same time, and not just one instead of the other. And I don’t care if the character Growltiger is racist - he’s a fictional character in-universe, from a play-within-a-play, and he’s generally supposed to be an unlikable and rather dubious character. It’s not like the song is promoting a racist message, it’s simply acknowledging that someone happens to be a racist. The logic of “if you portray the existence of racism you’re racist” never made sense to me, and also, it’s an 80 year old poem about a pirate cat hating siamese cats. What I do wonder is - will Ian McKellen do that part? I mean, he is Gus after all. And with the movie technology, Growltiger wouldn’t be too exhausting I suppose. It’s all “lightened” for the non-musical actors anyway, so his age wouldn’t be a big deal.

Also... will the Battle happen? Will there be a Rumpus Cat?

Are Mungojerrie and Rumpelteazer the two people holding Victoria’s hands? Did they become side characters... in their own song?

Why is Munkustrap so shy and in the background and close to Victoria?

Why do they talk?

Will there be another plot aside from the actual plot of CATS?

What was the big deal with running in the streets and being locked behind a gate?

Since Taylor Swift is getting her own new song, does that mean we have a chance that Macavity will continue to be a duet?

Do we get more information about Macavity?

Will they actually do the big mistake of adding mainstream animated movie silliness and instead removing the actual typical CATS silliness?

Will Tugger be a rockstar? Or will he be a rapper?

Will Demeter be a completely reduced character or will she actually be properly included? Are she and Munkustrap a couple?

Will the songs be portrayed in CATS style? I mean, that funky, eclectic, jazzy style or will it be re-arranged for more mainstream taste?

Why is Grizabella so... young?

Will there be a fancy intro using the ouverture music?

Will the Jellicle Ball be as it should be? (I mean, yeah, it wil be without the proper choreography, but what about its other aspects?)

1. What do you think about All Hail King Julien ?

Its one of the BEST. SHOWS. THAT. EVER. WERE. MADE!!!!!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!

2. What episode/s is/are your favourite and why?

Oh my i have so many! but i can tell Body Double is one of my favs. It has such an amazing and great character in it!! 

The Wrath of Morticus Khan is definetly one of my favs as well, more Juliens! And he also has a lot of flirty scenes there hmhmhm X3

3. What is/are your favourite season/s and why?

Season 2 - because we got Mary Ann there, Crimson and Magic Steve ^^

Season 3 - We’ve seen the Parents of Julien and got to know them but also Karen.

Season 4 - it has so many great episodes as well and i’ve finally seen Julien (and Maurice) as a baby!!!!!! my heart!!!!

EXILED - It’s just soooooooo epic!!!!!!!!

Final Season - Its...so great!!! But it also makes me sad!!!

King Julien!! He’s such a warm-hearted cutie!!! He is and became such a good king, he does so much for his kingdom and family!!! I could just hug him all day!!! <333

Maurice - He’s soo nice and caring. Julien can annoy him at times so much but he never leaves his side. He is not only his advisor, but also his family!

Mort - Hmmm.....how do i say this. He’s creepy but is loyal to King Julien and would do anything for him....even if that means like anything in uneccessary creepy ways :,D

Ted - He’s so funny and always fear-tinkling (also joy-tinkling),he better should check out his bladder problem by Doctor S. altough.....better not XD

Willie - WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!!! (he needs a therapy, like bad XD)

Pancho - “Im in the dark here!!” ( take a chill-pill, dynamite boy ^^)

MAGIC STEVE!!!! He’s soo cute and cool,but also soooo misunderstood. Its not his fault he became evil. He got wronged by everyone....just because he loves Magic and looks like KJ. He didnt ask to look like him. POOR BOY GOT EATEN BY CROCODILE AMBASSADOR!!! But he had more screentime the later seasons and that made me so happy!!

Uncle King Julien - He’s such a good villain,i love it everytime when he gets mentioned or appears. And when he runs away with “STAY AWAY FROM ME! STAY AWAY FROM ME!” it cracks me up XD

Crimson - i hated her first,especially where she poisoned Julien but later my hate for her vanished and now she’s one of my favs. She has such a cool design!!! 

Mary Ann - i liked her ever since she came on screen! Such an awesome and precious kitty!! ^w^

King Julien x Magic Steve - well.....everytime they interact it makes me grinning. I just wish we’d have gotten MORE moments with them together.

this fic.. aaah this one is a true gem!  just amazing! its about Chuuya working really hard do he can have some free time will his boyfriend Dazai on Christmas Eve. this one has protective!Dazai and cute!Chuuya in.its really well written and the writer made their emotions appear well. another thing that I like is that the writer with only a few sentaces put a nice history behide and you dont need more informations. they write about an episode and thats it, without confussing the reader. the characters are build well and the bit of crack in there is really funny. Dazai is gently, something that we dont see often, and Chuuya is soooooooo cute, that gets your soul full! ITS A MUST READ FIC!

Gin is the “come on you idiots you love its other!” in a cool way. its great that we can see her, coz not many give her spot time. im telling you this fic is GOLD. and leaves you with a healing feeling. complite

GODESS KOUYOU IS BACK!

this one i promise you that its the most beautiful thing i have ever read. its skk family. canon universe, skk is married, Chuuya finds a child and everyone is oppose, but they keep him. this takes place two years later and shows us an episode of their life as famly. God its beutiful. when i have a bad day i read this. anon.. anon! read this! its really great. well writen, well build, well partial. you have a clean picture of their life and feelings. its sweet, its cute, its fluff and its a must. honestly,in my opinion,this is one of the best skk fluff stories i have read.

Now let me talk a bit about SoukokuParadise:

she is the fluff goddess of the skk fandom. she writes fluff, and a damn good ones. check out her works; they are great, well writen and well build, some character development and a lots of cuteness. i will talk for her favorite “How to Hate Nakahara Chuuya” and hear me up anon when im telling you that its great! its about Dazai taking care of Chuuya after ep. 21. as the writer says, Dazai speaks with actions (she keeps the characters close to the canon and that's really good, makes them more realistic), small words that speak loud of his true feelings. i really like how she  writes Chuuya. he is unconscious but his reactions are being given to us by Dazai. thats really interest and i havent see many writers do that. interest PV. spoiler Chuuya calls Dazai “Osamu” and im dead. also the endingggggg

this one is also a favorite of mine. its smut but more than that its making love. it has character development and realization of their feelings. crack and fluff combinate into love that leads to the unlimited epitomy of fluff, the lovemaking. being one with the other. loving and being loved in return. the writer did an amazing job at showing how in their mafia days skk find a small light to keep moving. oblivious!chuuya and hungry!Dazai are often a subject to write but here they are on another scale. their “play” shows more about their weird relationship than they would admit.  its a hell of a great fic! must read!

My VIP experience at the DWTS Light Up The Night Tour!

Hey everyone! I wasn’t going to do a post about this but I decided to so I could look back at it and remember every detail. 

This was the first DWTS tour I went to so I obviously don’t have any other experience to compare it too.

I went to the show on January 21 in Buffalo, NY. It said to arrive the latest at 5:15 and the show started at 7:30 pm. My mom and I got there pretty early and checked in. We got a cute reusable bag with a tumbler cup and each got 1 free drink ticket. We walked in the bar and there was the gif booth that was fun and had great lighting lol. That room leaded to the main room we’d be in that had a few tables and some chairs. 

Not even 5 minutes being there I saw Lindsay’s husband, Sam, and asked him for a picture. He said of course but had to make some announcements first. I didn’t know he was so involved in the tour!! So that was really awesome. He was very nice and I asked him about Hawaii because I saw they went after the season ended. 

The other guy who did announcements was hilarious. I don’t remember exactly what time the dancers came in but I’d say around 5:30? I saw that the people in the professional photo are alternating and same with the people that mingle un the room. It was very organized. We were given a lanyard and they had a number on it. We had 5. They called you up by number and there were about 10 people in each group. I’d say there were probably 12 groups total? 

Alan and Sharna were in our photo along with Frankie, Jordan and Lindsay. Keo and Brandon were in the room talking to people. Keo came and sat in my mom’s seat ( I have no idea why she was standing) but he came to us first and started talking to our table. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He thought I was funny and asked what my name was and shook my hand. Then we took a picture! I just made some funny remarks to him like telling him he better have a good show and make it the best. Then he got up and a line started to form to talk to him and Brandon and take pictures. It was cool that we didn’t have to wait in that line because he came right up to us! (Our table was right where people exited the photos. When they all first came in they went on the little stage and got water and he came out that way.) 

It didn’t take too long for us to be called for our picture. I was so nervous!!! I already had planned what I wanted to say to each person but I wasn’t sure how rushed we’d be. When Same told us we were ready to go Alan was right there ready to greet us with a hug. He was soooooooo cute in person, oh lord!! I wish I had said more than just hi to him but my mom told him she hopes hes a pro again. (Which is what I planned to say lol). Lindsay was next in line and I told her she was even prettier in person. I planned to tell her how much I admire her and how amazing her choreopgraphy is. But…Jordan was next to her and heard what I said and was like “aww thank you!!” so that kinda caught me off guard from my plan lol. I don’t remember exactly what I said but I said something along the lines of oh you are too. And gave him a hug. I wanted to tell him how awesome he was and that I also admired him but yeah he caught me off guard lol. I’m so sad I didn’t say more to them!!! Sharna was next and I was so excited to meet her. Her eyes were SOOOO blue. She gave me a hug and I told her how sad I was that her and James didn’t win. I can’t remember what she said but I remember her laughing but yeah I can’t remember for the life of me how she responded. Frankie was last and I gave him a hug. I told him I loved him and his contemporary was my favorite. I think he just nodded but I’m not sure. Then we posed for the pictures. They took 2 thankfully. After the first one, my dumbass said “I can’t believe you guys are real” and they all laughed lol. Then Jordan whispered to me “one more”. Then we said bye and they were all so enthusiastic saying bye. 

We sat back down at our table and it already felt like it didn’t happen! Not too long after they finished all the photos and then they lead us to the merch table. Everything was pretty overpriced to be honest. Even the programs were $20!!! Another thing was, for clothing they charged an extra $5 for XXL. I thought that was discriminatory. (My mom wanted a shirt and is an XXL but didn’t wanna have to give an extra $5) 

After that, we had about an hour and a half before the show started. The doors opened at 6:30 but we were hungry so we walked somewhere to have dinner. We went back and our seats were awesome.

I’m not gonna go into too much detail about the show itself but the first half went by so fast! There was a 15 minute intermission. The commentary that Frankie did was hilarious. Obviously it was scripted but he was great. He did his Argentine Tango, Foxtrot? and Cha Cha. Jordan did his freestyle, Samba and Foxtrot. He was also in a lot of the dances with pro’s while Frankie wasn’t. (Makes sense but also have to feel bad for Frankie) The second half had a lot of Disney dances. Emma and Sasha had a cute dance together. Jenna was in a lot of the number and had a lot of solo stuff with the guys. The show was amazing and it was so cool to see them dance in person. The show went by so fast!! 

Things I would change about VIP: for the amount of money paid to be a VIP, I still feel like we could’ve gotten more than a bag and a tumbler. It’s nice don’t get me wrong, but I think they could’ve included a program for everyone. $20 is a little ridiculous. I also wish more dancers came out to mingle than just 2. I know not all of them and they rotate between that and the pictures, but I was hoping to be able to meet more people. It would’ve been better if there were 3 people out there. I was hoping Jenna would be one to come out but she was doing a livestream during it so I knew she wouldn’t be. I was talking to one lady and she said that last year they had some cheese and crackers for the VIP’s but they had no food or snacks. The one free drink was nice though. 

Yeah idk. I’m so grateful and happy and thrilled I got to go. If there was any tour I would’ve wanted to see, it would be with Jordan. Frankie was an awesome extra bonus. I regret not saying more to Lindsay and Jordan because I love them so much! I doubt anyone even read this or this far in general lol. I guess I wrote this more for myself to remember the little details! BTW, the pictures took less than 48 hours to upload on the site and turned out really great. I’m glad they took 2 pictures in case one didn’t turn out good!

My Calgary Expo Experience

Okay guys so I’m still kind of dying. Today (probably yesterday by the time this goes up) was kind of amazing and I can’t believe that I met Bob Morley BUT I’M GOING TO ATTEMPT TO SHARE THE AWESOMENESS WITH YOU ALL.

Apparently recap posts about cons are a thing and I still can’t believe that I actually have reason to write one!!

I only decided to go on the Sunday because I could fit in the photo op, autograph signing, and panel all in one day so I felt that it was a good option, so I don’t know much about anything that happened on any of the other days.

It was sooo incredible. Bob is just ... wow. 

He just has the most adorable personality. And we all probably know this because you don’t need to meet him to be able to tell but he really does. As my friend who was with me likes to say, he’s all “soft and squish” hahahaha.

I was so so so nervous when we first walked into the autograph line (which was not very long at all because we came on the last day, and we also came early) and we were, like, two feet away from him because the line looped around. It was so weird. I still can’t believe that I was that close to him, let alone actually TALKED to him, and TOUCHED him. 

Also I’m about 99% sure that I saw Robyn from the Afictionados podcast in the line ahead of me because she has a very distinctive voice and I heard her mention Unity Days but I was too shy to talk to her and I wasn’t 100% it was her until later but anyway SHOUTOUT TO ROBYN IF YOU’RE READING THIS WHICH YOU PROBABLY AREN’T BUT IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT YOU ARE JUST KNOW THAT I REALLY LIKE YOUR PODCAST AND I'M REALLY AWKWARD SO I DIDN’T TELL YOU IN PERSON

Bob is just amazing because he was out in front of his table instead of behind it like basically all the other guests. It was really neat, he’s very interactive with the fans and likes to be very personal with everyone. He shook everyone’s hand that came to get an autograph and introduced himself (AS IF I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU ARE) and asked how we were doing and he was just so polite and cute and ugghh. I’ve never been to a con before but my friend was telling me how usually the autograph signing is very quick and they get you in and out of there very fast but Bob was so sweet and generous and took his time with everyone, actually attempting to have a real conversation with the fans. 

The people before us were taking a video of him which is prohibited apparently and the security guy there was getting mad at them but Bob was like “oh, I don’t mind ...” and he looked kind of uncomfortable (about the security guy, not the fans). 

He shaved his beard the night before and my friend was hEARTBROKEN because she LOVED it, haha. I think he looks nice either way, but I kind of prefer him cleanshaven so I was happy. HE PLAYS WITH HIS HAIR SO MUCH. And I swear that boy has an entire closet dedicated just to his various hats, its like every time I saw him he was wearing a different one.

My friend was a little starstruck so I ended up doing a lot of the conversation, but honestly I barely processed most of what he was saying. I mentioned that Zach talked about filming a movie with him at a recent con and asked him if he could share a little bit about it. He laughed and said that he was surprised Zach had said anything because they were supposed to be secretive about it so he didn’t really say anything more than what I already knew. He talked about how he was going to be filming in Malaysia pretty soon (which I already knew cause i’m extra lol) and how he hadn’t spent a whole lot of time prepping for the role so he needed to do some of that beforehand. It was fine that he couldn’t say much about it though because I was mostly just trying to keep the conversation going so I didn’t spontaneously combust and/or faint in his arms ... you know, the usual.

My friend was dressed up as Season 2 Octavia (with the warpaint) and I had a really crappy cosplay of Season 1 Clarke going on hahahaha. Basically I couldn’t find a jacket (and i have no idea how to make one) so I just had like the shirt and the watch and the hair and stuff so it wasn’t anything special. Most people probably thought I wasn’t dressed up at all. When I walked up to Bob he went “WOW that’s a big watch” cause my wrists are really tiny I guess haha. I don’t really know if he knew if I was Clarke or not. 

He started both of our autographs with “Dearest [name]” instead of just “Dear” or writing only our names, which I thought was adorable. It’s such a Bob thing to do - or at least something I would expect from him. He also put two x’s at the end.

I didn’t end up getting anything special signed because I couldn’t think of anything super creative, so I just chose one of their prints instead. They were nice though. 

When he saw my friend’s print that she’d chosen he went “wow I was so tan” and I kind of laughed because he’s still really tan and his skin is so nice haha, but meanwhile I’m white as hell and can’t tan for the life of me

Then we both took photos with him. I always see people talking about Bob smelling really nice and I was like “okay” because I don’t tend to talk about how people smell BUT HE ACTUALLY DOES OKAY. lol I know that seems weird, I don’t know how to describe the smell but its a thing, guys, all right?

Afterwards we looked around a bit at the convention and waited to head to Bob’s panel at 12:00. I ran into a few friends who I haven’t seen in awhile which was kind of nice. It was super packed. There were a lot more people who showed up to see Bob than I was expecting, but it was nice to see so many people coming together. :) The panel was 45 minutes but it went by soooooooo fast. The moderator kept asking Bob to expand on his questions basically, which ended up eating up a lot of time so I didn’t get to ask the question about Jasper and Bellamy that I wanted to, which was kind of disappointing. 

I was being so extra though, waving my hand in the hair and everything, trying to get her attention. I made eye contact with Bob because he saw me but then the woman picked someone else and it was really sad lol. I raised my hand EVERY SINGLE TIME. But I was ignored. 

*sigh*

NEXT TIME.

They were really strict about there being no videos so I couldn’t really get any, which is unfortunate, and I wasn’t close enough to get very good quality photos so I won’t post any of them here. If you have any questions about some things people are spreading about the panel or want confirmation about some stuff Bob said, just hit me up and I’ll hopefully clear some things for you because I know that the truth often gets skewed a little at conventions. Its like the fandom is playing a little game of telephone, except online.

Bob is soooo cute and endearing and funny, so I really enjoyed the panel. I know a lot of people have been posting about stuff that Bob but I’ll point out the stuff I remember anyway

Someone asked Bob was his favourite episode/scene was and Bob said that his favourite episode is yet to air, and that it really delves into Bellamy’s “psyche”, which he liked, so I’m super excited to see that. I do wonder if he’s referring to 4x10, actually, since the promo seems pretty Bellamy heavy and it’s written by Aaron who tends to write Bellamy pretty well, I think. We’ll see!

There’s a video of the Bellarke question going around which, to be perfectly honest, isn’t much different from anything else that he’s said. He apparently ~ doesn’t know ~ if they’ll go the romantic path but he believes that they have a very “special relationship” that is deeper than any romance. It’s not in the video that I’ve seen going around but he also said that Bellamy and Clarke have a certain understanding and honesty which he believes is definitely a good place to start to build a relationship on, if they were planning on going that route.

He said something that I really haven’t seen talked about at all, but both I and my friend thought was a little odd when we heard it. I think the question was asking what scenes with Bellamy were most difficult or something like that but he said "the romantic side I find very hard to play”, which I thought was kind of interesting because Bellamy hasn’t really had any romantic partners besides Gina very very briefly. Idk if that’s who he was referring to? *side eyes emoji* Take it with a grain of salt in any case.

Bob joked about how Bellamy gets beat up so often because he’s “been told that [Bob] sells hits really well” lol. He also said that he maybe takes punches a little too well because when Octavia was beating him up in 3x10 he got too into it and accidentally fell through the wall of the set and broke it.

The moderator pointed out that it’s remarkable how well some characters have recovered from being impaled and he made a cheeky little comment about how “it’s science guys!” because we all know just how accurate the science on this show is hahaha

Someone asked Bob how he and Bellamy are similar and he responded by saying that he was loyal to his family and that the similarities “start and finish there”. He talked about how Bellamy is so much more aggressive than he is and how he wouldn’t go around killing people. The moderator then asked him if he thought he would ever be capable of doing something like that and Bob went “NOOOOOOOO! I don’t have that in me, its ACTING!”. He sounded so offended, it was really funny, especially since Bob is so cute and pure so it just sounded bizarre when she asked that.

Apparently during the scene where Pike sentences Kane to death Mike Beach and Henry Ian Cusick had a solid 15 minute argument about whose side Bellamy should be on and Bob just decided to leave the room after awhile. Bob was just like “okay I’m just going to walk out and you two can decide which one of you is my dad”.

Bob enjoys doing fight scenes “because its always kind of exciting to feel like you’re tough, even though you’re not” (he laughed after he said that) and he also enjoyed doing the Bellamy speeches because he thought that they felt cool and kind of empowering to feel like you have the power to actually influence someone else, since there aren’t many opportunities for that in real life.

Since he likes fight scenes, he joked about how he always would ask “can’t I at least try and put up a fight”  and he also said that Bellamy tends to take more beatings than he gives now because Bellamy feels like he deserves to be beaten up for what he’s done.

In the scene where he found out that Octavia “died” apparently Bob went full out and was banging his head against the bars and actually got a cut all along his forehead because he was so into it.

He was asked if it ever hurt his vocal cords to talk so low in Bellamy’s voice and he joked that it’s painful when he has to scream all the time at such a low octave. He also talked about why Bellamy’s voice was so low, because he was really hungover when they shot the Pilot and when he saw the video he went back and was really surprised and he just kind of had to roll with it from there on out. I’ve heard that story before but it was cool to hear Bob talk about it in person.

I know we all love to talk about the drastic difference in pitch between Bellamy and Bob’s voice but I’m telling you that its something else to hear it in person instead of just in a video. The change is SO dramatic.

One time when Bellamy had to do a big speech in Season 1, Bob had a really bad cold and he couldn’t speak properly so he was kind of screeching and messing up and he said it was really “embarassing” and so frustrating that he actually started to cry. The whole crowd went “aWWWWWwwwWWWWW” when he said that and he was like “yeah, yeah, I know, I know” all bashful and it was really cute.

He talked about how he would rather be judged for his “content” versus his physique and he said “maybe its not even me to feel that way” which made me sad, and then he said that he now recognizes that being judged for his appearance comes with the job sometimes.

Bob says that he likes polarizing the audience but that some people on social media can’t seem to separate him from Bellamy and he joked about all these people who meet him and are just like “I hate your character but, you know, you’re okay” and I was honestly like WHO DO I HAVE TO FIGHT COME AT ME

If he could bring back anyone he said he would bring back Pike and someone yelled “WHYYYY????” and Bob talked about how he caused lots of chaos and whatnot which was interesting, to which the mod was like “they already have enough chaos” and then Bob responded with “what’s wrong with a little chaos?” and I died. nOT like that’s one of the most iconic lines of Season 1 or anything ..

He also said he thought bringing Finn back would be interesting because “his moral compass is very different from Clarke and Bellamy’s” 

When he was a kid he wanted to be a stuntman and he would bite into ceramic plates because he thought that’s what they did, lol. Bob just went, “SO stupid” after he described it haha

I CAN’T BELIEVE I FORGOT. He joked a ton about his hair and how the apocalypse is great for the characters’ hair. He talked about how the hair team is great and how Bellamy has “great hair game” in Season 4, but that all seems to change after Bob finishes filming and he doesn’t really do anything with it. He's very self-deprecating

Bob says that when he struggles in getting into Bellamy’s headspace a lot of the time he just starts thinking about lunch because that’s what Mike Beach told him to do, hahahahaha. He also talked about how there’s “a lot of stupid stuff” going around in Bellamy’s head a lot of the time.

He said that he likes to do rock climbing, but a lot of the time he just ends up playing video games instead.

He finds Octavia and Bellamy’s storyline together this season “heartbreaking”.

He says his scenes with Eliza are “always really great” because they’re very “emotional” and he gets to cry lol

Apparently Bob is like one of two people who actually knows how to drive the rover because its stick shift and its “impossible”.

One girl that was picked said “sorry” and Bob was like “what are you apologizing for?” and the moderator was like “it’s the Canadian way” or something along those lines but the girl was just like “cause I’m so awkward” and the whole time i was thinking girl SAME i feel you

Bob says playing Bellamy has changed his real voice. He thinks his voice has “dropped down because of it” even when he’s not playing Bellamy.

Bob said that one of his friends tried to get him to compete in a smashbrothers competition and he went but he said it was really intense so he was like “no, no, no, I’m going to stay home and be the king of my own house”

Bob doesn’t like sitting behind the table when signing autographs because he “feels weird” about it and enjoys interacting with fans because he feels that social media is really “devoid of connection” and he’s “just a normal person” like the rest of us, which was sweet. <3

Bob says that “I’m very loving but I’m very pragmatic” when referring to Bellamy (not himself)

Bob loves Bellamy soo much and he is super protective of him (like us!). He says that when people don’t like Bellamy sometimes he’s just like “oh well let’s talk about this, maybe I can talk you around” but it doesn’t usually work haha

He said that he went to a play in Australia because William Mcinnes, who he really loves, was in it but he didn’t know what it was about and it turned out be about IVF treatment lol and he was like “yeah that was kinda weird [...] maybe I should have read the plot first ...”

After the panel we looked around at all the merchandise but there was barely anything for The 100, which wasn’t all that surprising. I honestly didn’t expect to find anything, but we stumbled completely by accident onto this jewelry stand and we saw one necklace for The 100 and started freaking out because we couldn’t find any The 100 merch ANYWHERE and the lady heard us and told us that she sold stuff at Unity Days so she’d designed an entire jewelry line for The 100 and showed us her collection.

It was so awesome. She makes all these neat little themed charm bracelets for all shows, so there was one for Lost, and OUAT and Supernatural and all that, which was nice but she had a whole COLLECTION for The 100, with themed bracelets for almost all the individual characters. I remember seeing something similar online, maybe even the same ones, and had told my friend earlier that I thought they were cool.

I DEFINITELY wasn’t expecting to actually find them. 

My friend bought the Bellamy one and I bought the Raven one, because I personally thought that the Raven one was more true to the character than the other one (but they were both really cute!). I’m not one for fandom merch so it was kind of exciting for me to buy something.

Later we went to go get our photo ops with Bob, which we did individually. It was very fast-paced so we didn’t get to spend much time with him or anything but I was actually surprisingly relaxed and calm the second time I saw him? Idk he’s just so humble and down-to-earth and he really makes you feel comfortable around him, so I wasn’t nearly as nervous as I was earlier. 

When he saw my friend and I he was just like “hello again” and I thought it was cute that he remembered us, after meeting hundreds of individual people!

I just took a regular photo with him, no special poses or anything, because I felt weird asking for anything different. But to be honest I wish that I asked him for a hug, because I saw a girl go before us who did and her photo ended up looking REALLY good and now I’m super jealous, dammit. 

NEXT TIME. 

(I feel like I’m making a lot of promises to myself in this post, hmmmmmm)

Anyways, after we got the photo he turned to me and said “thank you!” and I was just thinking WHY ARE YOU THANKING ME??? YOU JUST MADE MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE, THANK YOU!

So that was my experience seeing Bob. I’m so far from over it and just looking at the pictures makes me feel all light and happy. He’s such a great person and you can tell that he’s not just putting an act or a show for the benefit of his fans, he’s truly genuine! 

Now I know what people mean when they talk about how after they meet some of the cast, they just want to do it again the next day. I’ve got the con fever, I want to go to another one so bad (but of course I’m infinitely grateful that I got to see him in person at all, because it was such an incredible experience)! Bob is so sweet and adorable and KIND (like I’ve reiterated half a million times) and deserves everything amazing in the world, I don’t know make the rules, k?

And there’s just something so ... amazing about cons. No one there is judging you, everyone there is a shameless nerd as well, haha, and its such a safe space for fans to go and meet celebrities, guests, and each other. Whenever my friend and I saw anyone wearing The 100 merch or cosplaying as someone from The 100, we always got so excited. Because there are ACTUAL REAL PHYSICAL people in front of us who are just as obsessed as we are, and you don’t get that connection through TV. Everyone is so friendly and accepting, complimenting each other’s costumes and whatnot. The community is just amazing. 

Here’s hoping that I get to experience this again, and that any of you who haven’t yet get to as well! Everyone deserves to go to a con and have as much fun as I did. :)

Not sure if I’m going to post my photos with him because I’m really weird about posting photos of myself on the internet. I guess I’m just paranoid that someone I know will stumble across it, or my fandom days will come back to haunt me in twenty years or so and someone will pull up my photograph and my account with my dramatic ass screaming about Bellarke and Bellamy Blake and all that and judge me for the rest of my life. We’ll see. Maybe BFSN??

I’ll consider it. ;)

#SEAGAMES2017 Grand Opening Ceremony

IT.WAS.AMAZING :D

Haha!

So today I got back at 12AM from the SEA Games 2017 Grand Opening Ceremony. It’s a pretty cool event because many countries were present, and Malaysia was hella cool this time. I was so in love with everything, although at some point I did get a lil’ grumpy ;P

That’s from twitter lol. But yeah anyways, it’s beautiful, ammirite? I saw the monitor and during the performances it looked really beautiful and everything.

But being there makes it even more special. We’re a part of the team, we cheered for every performance and overall it was just mesmerising.. :)

It took a lot of effort though just to be on those seats, so I’ll start from the beginning! (Okay, this will be so tiring to tell lol)

PART 1 - At home

So we planned on going at 4PM, my dad, sister, nephew and I...I prepared a lot for this. We had our fans, cap, wet tissues, jacket, ponchos, and even some food for my nephew. I sort of knew he’ll get tired so everything must be prepared early. (And thank god for that) We couldn’t leave the house because my younger nephews wanted to follow us and one of them was already crying. And it was so tricky, I mean, we couldn’t just leave. No wayyyy my mom will go crazy lol. So we took ourselves to 7Eleven (except my dad he had to go and print the tickets) and bought snacks and mineral water for the event. The younger nephews bought themselves ice cream and immediately they calmed down. Seeing how they weren’t making a fuss, we took our leave there and went to where dad is. I left my snacks at 7E so my mom had to drive to meet me. The kids looked so relaxed with their ice creams lol. I guess my mom wasn’t in trouble after all. 

PART 2 - LRT station

We drove to the LRT station, at first we thought like why not at Sungai Besi. Since it was only one station away. But we were soooo unlucky. The parking spots were full and one car was ahead of us so it got the only one parking. So that sucks. Anyway, we drove to the second nearest stop; TBS. And there were heaps of parking there, for the whole day it was RM3 so it ain’t a bad deal. We thought the parking (which was at another building) was impossible to go to LRT TBS station. We almost called uber lol. But the guard told us it was pretty easy to head there. Just walk behind a few walls and were there. Yay! So many people were there like omg. Sadly, someone is selling KL2017 t-shirts. It’s not an official shirt. Idk, I kind of want people to support official items. So much effort was put into this y’know. So my dad just chit chats with them, and we didn’t buy them. We used out touch’n’go cards and waited in line. So when the LRT arrived, it was soooooooo crowded! Ah! Just the thought of it pains meeee. Like why does it has to be so crowded like being stuck in a tuna can. LOL. Idk how to explain this, but the moment it arrived, people were pushing and we managed to get inside but it was NOT the most comfortable thing. My nephew was like the tiny kid there and he seemed so confused lol. I was unconsciously holding onto this stranger girl shoulders and she seemed to be feeling disturbed by me lol I’m sorry I didn’t know what to grab onto! And my feet wasn’t even touching the ground. Like... there is NO room at all. Worst part is, the LRT kept braking so suddenly. Even made noise when it stopped like there was a freaking cat crossing the road lol jk. My nephew seemed to be companied since there’s this uncle who was making funny faces at him. My sis was holding onto my shoulders since she had nothing near to grab onto. And my dad, well, he was somewhere lol. Once we got out of the train, which was fairly quick (two stations away) so many people are queueing for the exit and thank god we used touch’n’go. My queue line was pretty quick so I had to wait for them outside. And outside is beautiful.

PART 3- Pre-ceremony

So we took some time at the ground near the stadium. It was pretty much crowded and busy. So many people were taking pictures, selfies and even wefies. There were also people selling headbands, shirts, finger arrows and of course...food! Of course, we had to take pictures as well. ;) So we took so many of them, as long as the background looks good. After that, we walked upstair to the queue section. We were gate D because we expected it was the nearest to the train station. But my dad was wrong, or maybe the map changed. Sooo we had to..walk....soooo..far. I guess it was worth it because this small woman called us for the quick lane (children and elderly) and we got inside quickly. Of course, my dad is the one who is happy lol. I told my dad how his new white hair is making everything more easy for us since before this his grey hair was dyed. The sensor was pretty cool, the security was cool. And I guess the scanning ticket was amazing. I’m just surprised how dedicated every one of their workers were because they were all so active and participated. None of them looked bored, they were always pointing at something or somewhere to help lead us the way. And the police were also being responsible as well. They even got a horse-just in case. :P Once we got inside, we tried to find the best seat at the highest place we could find. Which means, MORE STAIRS. It was already tiring enough. When we got the spot we wanted, I guess we got greedy and tried to find a better spot. Sadly, we ended up at a seat that had a gate blocking our view. Which sucks cus we arrived kinda early. When my sis told us all to move over to the left. I got a bit upset because the view was already bad enough. She said don’t be selfish. I’m not saying she was wrong, but the situation wasn’t the best solution. 

PART 4- The ceremony

After my grumpy mood died down due to the seat situation. The ceremony had started and I got back onto my feet again. Yay! It started with the school bands, and later angkatan tentera band. When the mascot came in, I really loved it! They were so cute! There were the athletes from each country walk, and singers (someone laser the singer ugh!), and the mc Aznil Nawawi was being his awesome self. I think the ceremony best part is the choreography. It was synchronized and proper. Everyone seemed to practice a lot and we appreciate that. And then, the lighting. Soooo goooood. Like there’s this LED tablet on the upper floors and it was in front of our seats as well. Basically, it’s mad nice. The system lighting was amazing. There were some performances where they used the lighting for the stage and the LED tablets and it felt like the movement was real. It’s so hard to explain haha! But anyways, everything was amazing lah. 

PART 5- Home!

So my nephew was already tired. Lol. We decided to go home early. And since we were so kind (my sis lol) to give up our seats for those who didn’t have them. Everyone was kind enough to us and stood up, letting us walk our way out. Which was really honestly heart touching. When we were on our way to the LRT station (we walk so fast haha) the fireworks played and it felt almost like they were made for us. I recorded the whole thing, my face looks so tired lol. When we arrived to the station. So many people were already queueing. Luckily, we got a seat and I was sweating like crazy. I probably smelled. And I hated it so much much. Luckily, it was only two stations away. I felt so happy to be in the carrr. We went to the mamak and ate naan cheese. Now I’m at home and happy to be in my bed.

So that’s it! Overall, today is 3.8/5 I loved it all. It only spoiled a bit when we changed seats to the gate. I really got into a bad mood because of it. But at least people returned our favor with gratitude. :) Will I ever go again? Probably not! lol It’s really tiring. Everyone keeps pushing us around. And even though people helped us, I still feel like there should be more around in our bags. I guess that was the biggest drawback, not enough water. My verdict it, I’m proud to be a Malaysia and witness such a beautiful ceremony for the SEA games. MALAYSIA <3
