小説家、イラストレーター。

1970年 大阪府に生まれる。

2011年 皆勤の徒」で第2回創元ＳＦ短編賞を受賞しデビュー。 年間日本SF傑作選『結晶銀河』に「皆勤の徒」が収録。

2012年 12月、Kindle版の「皆勤の徒」（短編）が「文学・評論」で１位に。

2013年 第44回星雲賞参考候補作に「洞の街」が選出。 第1作品集『皆勤の徒』を刊行。

2014年 「闘うベストテン場外乱闘篇」の国内篇で、『皆勤の徒』が第1位。 『SFが読みたい！ 2014年版』の国内篇で、『皆勤の徒』が第1位。 第34回日本SF大賞を『皆勤の徒』が受賞。  Twitter文学賞で、『皆勤の徒』が国内２位。 第45回星雲賞の長編部門とアート部門の参考候補に選出。 『S-Fマガジン創刊700号記念特大号』の2014オールタイム・ベストSFにて、『皆勤の徒』が国内短篇部門の１２位、国内長編部門の３２位に。 Haikasoruのアンソロジー “PHANTASM JAPAN”に、「皆勤の徒」表題作の英訳が掲載。 『酉ビュート©らっぱ亭　酉島伝法トリビュート同人誌』刊行される。 「SUGOI JAPAN 国民投票」（主催：SUGOI JAPAN 実行委員会／読売新聞社）のエンタメ小説部門にノミネート。

2015年 吉田隆一さんと新垣隆さんのデュオアルバム『N/Y』に、吉田さん作曲「皆勤の徒 ～酉島伝法に～」が収録。 ワンダーフェスティバル2015[冬]に、「皆勤の徒」の〈外回り〉のガレージキットが登場。 SFマガジン2014年4月号掲載の「環刑錮」が、第26回SFマガジン読者賞に。 「環刑錮」が星雲賞短篇部門の参考候補作に選出。 『皆勤の徒』文庫版が刊行。 『本の雑誌』11月号の「21世紀のSFベスト100」にて、『皆勤の徒』が1位に。 『隔世遺傳 『皆勤の徒』設定資料集』が電子オリジナルで刊行。

2016年 『S-Fマガジン』2016 4月号より、イラストストーリー「幻視百景」の連載開始。 『皆勤の徒』LINEスタンプの販売開始。

2017年 吉田隆一（バリトンサックス演奏）＆ 酉島伝法（イラスト・設定・言葉）による【響生体】アルバム（「SONOCA」のDLカード）の販売開始。 ジャズバンド、blacksheepのキー・ヴィジュアルを担当

2018年 『皆勤の徒』英訳版 “Sisyphean "（ダニエル・ハドルストン訳 Haikasoru）が刊行。 第49回星雲賞のアート部門の参考候補に選出。 "Sisyphean"が、バーンズ＆ノーブルの2018年ベストSF&ファンタジーの1冊に。

2019年

3月 初長編『宿借りの星』が刊行。

8月 ラヴクラフトの生地、プロヴィデンスで開かれるNecronomiConにゲスト・オブ・オナーのひとりとして参加。江戸川乱歩パネル、ラヴクラフトの日本での影響パネルを円城塔さんと、怪獣パネルを田辺青蛙さんと出演。同地にて開かれるARS NECRONOMICAというラヴクラフト系展覧会に、作品を三点出品。

12月 『宿借りの星』が第40回日本SF大賞の最終候補作に選出。

2020年

2月 『SFが読みたい！ 2020年版』の「ベストSF2019」で『宿借りの星』が国内2位、「2010年代ベストＳＦ」では『皆勤の徒』が1位にランクイン。

『宿借りの星』が第40回日本SF大賞を受賞。小川一水さんの『天冥の標』との同時受賞。

3月 第10回Twitter文学賞で『宿借りの星』が国内9位。

5月 第51回星雲賞の日本長編部門の参考候補作に『宿借りの星』が選出。

7月 初短編集『オクトローグ　酉島伝法作品集成』（早川書房）が刊行。

11月 連作集『るん（笑）』（集英社）が刊行。

2021年

2月 『SFが読みたい！ 2021年版』の「ベストSF2020」で『オクトローグ』が国内1位。

3月 「第1回 みんなのつぶやき文学賞」で『るん（笑）』が国内7位、『オクトローグ』が14位に。

2022年

1月 高山羽根子・酉島伝法・倉田タカシ『旅書���集 ゆきあってしあさって』（東京創元社）刊行

2月 『SFが読みたい！2022年版』にて『るん（笑）』が国内２位に。これを受けて、新帯で増刷いただきました。

6月 日本文藝家協会 編『文学2022』（講談社）に、『文藝』初出の短編「もふとん」を選出いただく。

8月 youtubeチャンネル「ほんタメ」の「ほんタメ文学賞2022年上半期」のあかりん部門で、『旅書簡集ゆきあってしあさって』を大賞にお選びいただきました。

2023年

2月 『SFが読みたい！ 2023年版』の「ベストSF2023」で『旅書簡集 ゆきあってしあさって』が国内8位。

3月 「第3回みんなのつぶやき���学賞」の国内編で『旅書簡集 ゆきあってしあさって』が、 高原英理『詩歌探偵フラヌール』、西村賢太『雨滴は続く』と共に5位}

9月 『るん（笑）』 (集英社文庫) 刊行

10月 『金星の蟲』 (『オクトローグ』改題文庫化 ハヤカワ文庫JA) 刊行

12月 長編『奏で手のヌフレツン』（河出書房新社）が刊行。

『おすすめ文庫王国』（本の雑誌社）のジャンル別ベストテン「SF」（大森望さん担当）にて、『金星の蟲』を3位にお選びいただきました。

2023年

3月 「第4回みんなのつぶやき文学賞」国内篇にて、『奏で手のヌフレツン』が小川哲さんの『君が手にするはずだった黄金について』と同位の第4位となりました。

4月 『奏で手のヌフレツン』（河出書房新社）が、第55回星雲賞の日本長編部門の参考候補作に。

i never posted this photo of sivi copiloting on the way home from silkenfest. the crates were taken and he’d gotten crushed in the back on the drive up, so on the way back he happily took me up on riding shotgun. i remember when i first got him, i had these visions of us in the car together, him in a harness with his head out the cracked window. i wanted a sticker that said “co-pilot” to put at the top of the passenger window so when i rolled it down, it would be right under his face. well, i ended up getting the most carsick puppy there ever was and for a full year he couldn’t ride in the car in any way without salivating profusely and/or throwing up. until he was two, he was terrified of the car. now he’s six, almost seven, and i finally have my copilot, except now i’m fretful and have the dogs ride in crates if i can help it.

SF2023 - Info & Rules

Sports Anime Festival (or SportsFest) is a 2 months long event dedicated exclusively to sports animanga fandoms. Participants complete “big-bang”-like challenges and “kink meme”-like fills or just create for the sake of creating or to relax and connect with fellow fans.
