Momo's mouth opened to a wide 0. Why was he half-naked? Maybe this was a man who was sick or something. Maybe she shouldn't judge. You never know the guy's situation. And the sweet councilman was just around the corner. So Momo decided to be polite, letting out an airy laugh.

She cringed being called babydoll, something she's rarely called. Momo decided to pivot instead. "I'm sure the councilman can pay for it." Momo said, not believing the older was a council man. "Can you get him to sign off? I'm sure he loves sharing the cake with you." Momo said with a small smile.

The one thing Seth never prepared for when he took up public office was just how fuckin' available he had to be. Always getting stopped in the council building, constant comms notifications, phone calls... he'd thought he was safe at home, but as the doorbell rings and a voice like bubble gum itself comes wafting through his door, Seth lets out a bear-like groan and turns over in his sheets. "Just a second," he calls, and the light streaming through the window pierces a headache right through his eye sockets... what time is it, anyway?

He only manages to brush his teeth and pull on a pair of flannel pajama pants before answering the door, an unlit cigarette sticking from his teeth. "A cake?" Seth asks, but once he sees it's a cute girl holding it, he decides to at least flash her a grin. "I didn't order a cake, babydoll... But maybe you wanna come in and share it with me?"
