Single cell protein SCP also referred as microbial protein is defined as protein derived from cells of microorganisms such as yeast, fungi, algae, and bacteria, which are grown on various carbon sources for synthesis. The dried cells of microorganisms or the whole organism is harvested and consumed. In this work SCP was produced from different agricultural waste substrates like food and vegetable waste, rice husk, pulses husk, bagasse and wheat straw using Aspergillus niger. These substrates not only act as nutritive supplement but also ensure good waste management. Also, carbohydrate content of each sample was determined. For maximizing the yield of SCP, some factors were optimized. Various buffers were used like phosphate buffer, carbonate bicarbonate buffer and 0.1N NaOH. The sample that shows the best result for SCP was identified to be MCD and fruit and vegetable waste in 50 50 ratio and rice husk. In the future SCP could be produced to not only be used to produce protein but multiple products rich in carbohydrate, vitamins, lipids and other amino acids. Also yield could be increased by genetically modifying SCP organisms.

Note
I don’t mind expanding on Fifthist lore or the Fifth World, (I actually encourage it!) it’s just the way it was executed. The interview was too exposition heavy and came across as an info dump. Exposition can work in a Fifthist article (SCP-2456 & SCP-3330 for example) but here it just tells the reader everything that’s going on in an unrealistic fashion.
I know SCP-4125-E-57 doesn’t literally say “unintelligible.” I can understand cutting the requests for E-57 to repeat himself because of pacing, it just got irritating.
May I ask you what led you to downvoting SCP-4125? It's my first SCP, I'd be happy if you could give me feedback on what I did wrong so that I could improve my writing
I’ve actually been procrastinating on posting my criticisms on the site.
The main thing that led me to downvote was the interview. While I do like the imagery of the Fifth World you presented, the exposition sours it with long explanations about who SCP-4125-E was and what he experienced in the Fifth World. It seems completely out of place and unnecessary for a Fifthist article to have so much exposition and tell you exactly what’s going on. Another thing that bugged me was the amount of times SCP-4125-E said something “unintelligible.” It seems logical, to me, that the doctor would try to ask the entity to speak up or clarify what it said.
Other than that, the article hit all the right notes really well. I really loved the object and how it functions. The list of vocalizations referencing past Fifthist articles got me super excited. The usage of Fifthist elements were done perfectly and got me super invested until the interview began to slog on. Everything besides the interview initially kept me from downvoting, but the more I thought about the interview the more it ruined the skip for me, which led me to downvote.
Also I was confused about the extra numerical designations. At first I thought it was because each manifestation had different dash one entities than the previous manifestation. But Incident 4125-5 proved me wrong so I don’t know why the extra numbers?
This is my first time giving any sort of critique so I hope it’s helpful. :)
