Check out how @lfp213 changed her running form and adjusted her cadence, in just 10 minutes, without even knowing what was happening... 😎👍 From @lfp213: "Elizabeth really hit the nail on the head. Her coaching was just what I needed to identify what was missing in my performance and elevate it to the next level. Her drills are great, the before and after videos are an eye opener and she is very kind. I would recommend her to anyone." When there is injury, or risk of injury, changing your #runningform, cadence, or posture can be the solution. Form is NOT changed by forcing a different one during the run -->"ah, instead heel striking I will start landing on my midfoot from now on!!" NO! You really don't want to be thinking about this sort of stuff when you are running. Running should always be a relaxed and fun activity where you don't need to stress about form. These two videos are from a random, regular session, before and after shot just 10 minutes apart from each other. She didn't know much about her form, did a little coaching, and then taped her again. Voila! Always happy to see people so excited with their new-found skills!
