Muse A and Muse B have known each other since the first year of high school. Did that mean they were the best of friends? Definitely not. In fact they despised each other, a little something like academic rivals. And perhaps… Muse A always felt a bit attracted to Muse B but would never in a million years admit it. And maybe Muse B felt the same. Bickering back and forth until the day of graduation when they finally parted ways leaving all unsaid feelings behind. They never thought they’d run into each other again but it seemed like fate was playing a dirty trick on them when 7 years later… They meet at a rooftop party, a few drinks here and there and suddenly they’re at the nearest hotel doing the unthinkable. When the realization dawns onto them, they vow to never speak of it and to never cross paths again.

Until… Two months later, Muse A finds herself staring at a positive pregnancy test.

My REQUIREMENTS:

* literate, adv. novella style (3-5+ paragraphs), third person. I ONLY use discord.

* I’m looking for someone to play as Muse B character as I would like to play as Muse A.

* Your irl gender doesn’t matter to me, but I do prefer to write with female authors.

* Obviously MxF but I can make exceptions for other pairings as well.

* I want someone who’s open to playing side characters and can add their own plots to make the story interesting.

* I don’t expect multiple responses per day but if you’re not going to respond for a long period of time, please let me know and I’ll do the same. I’m quite busy with college and work but I really enjoy this hobby so I make time for it the best that I can.

* I love creativity and making the story fun, meaning I like to incorporate pictures and songs, Pinterest boards. I love making playlists that reminds me of our characters or the story in general, I like to send memes or TikToks that pertain to the story as well!

Landon" has had a crush on his friend, Kara since she moved in next door to him a few years back. He was the guy who had helped her after her attack to overcome it. He let her sleep on his couch and would walk her back to reality after she had a nightmare. So when he finds out that she has a crush on someone who isn't him, he's very much hurt, but of course he doesn't show it. At first when Mr. Steven's comes to recruit him he's resistant, but then after realizing that this is what Kara wants to be happy, he agrees to help him through it. We can discuss specifics of what happens after later, but I think this would be really fun to play out.

So Mr. Stevens is someone that Kara has been relentlessly crushing on. He's handsome, successful, charismatic and everything she thinks she wants in a guy. Meanwhile, his intentions may be a little less "innocent." He was recently dumped and sets his sights on Kara to use her to make his ex jealous and more than likely win her back. He know he needs to make it look real which means he'll genuinely have to win her affections and to do that, he'll need to know her. Insert the guy above. Kara's best friend will be his way in. He'll offer to compensate the guy naturally, but he's more than likely not going to take it.

I'm a 21+ writer who is literate and writes multi-paragraph to Novella style responses. I'm looking for an RP partner or partners!

My rp buddy is burnt out and I've got the itch. I'm a text 1-4 paragraph roleplayer (I don't like novella because it can get bloated, but I'm willing to get a little long-winded). I prefer to RP as original characters but I'm not picky about who or what the other person plays as. I'm also not picky about genre, but I'm most confident in fantasy across any era. I'd prefer to use discord rather than tumblr for RP!

This is a whump blog, but I don't have to rp whump!

I enjoy themes of power imbalances, complicated relationships, and manipulation in roleplay. I'm not great at writing combat. I don't want to rp explicit sex but I'm okay with fade to black. I tend towards young men but I'm trying to diversify the genders and ages of my characters. I like writing in the past tense but I can use any tense alright.

It'd be nice if my rp partner/partners were 18+, but as long as you aren't like 15 it'll probably be fine. I won't rp romance with somebody under 18.

"You didn't bother to find out how the magic works. You jumped straight to manipulating me. Gods, and I almost trusted you!" They banged their head against the wall. That might have been a little too vulnerable, but Heron didn't care.

"And you let him go. I thought you were all-powerful down here. What other weaknesses are you hiding from me?"

After some quickly aborted aerobics, a near tumble from the bed during an improvised yoga session, and almost spraining his wrist multiple times, Mike has resigned himself to just sulking in bed. He stares at the ceiling, he listens to the radio on his phone, he watches the shapes of people pass by. He’s certain he’s going insane.

When Grimm enters the room, Mike’s tenth radio drama of the day cuts short. The room is eerily quiet as he watches Grimm with unease. Mike counts to one hundred before he picks up the cake to inspect it.

When Grimm and Lantern arrive, the plate has been cleaned and the tines of the fork have been warped and hastily re-aligned. Mike quickly adopts a slightly more relaxed demeanor than his earlier fear. An easy grin creeps across his face.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Lantern.” Mike doesn’t acknowledge Grimm’s movements. When he speaks again, he’s still looking at Lantern. “It was lovely. Thank you.”

His voice is hoarse from misuse. It’s the first time he’s spoken days.

Prosper leans across the table. The candles burn bright, nearly burning the pair. The plants around them shake from the breeze. "You are not the only patient man here, and I have a long history of handling far worse--" The candles flicker back down. Prosper lowers himself into his seat.

"I'm sorry," He says, and he really does sound guilty. "It's not right of me to lose my temper at you. You're unwell."

F looking for M (or anyone willing to play a male character) Dark Royalty romantic roleplay

Plot: (childhood best friends to enemies to lovers): A story of two rival royal families, one kingdom from the South and the other from the North. They’ve bickered for years, making it impossible for anyone on either side to get along, everyone except them: muse A and muse B. Neither of them knew why it was so futile for them to keep their distance, but from the age of 6 to 18 they were the best of friends. Secret meetings at the local movie theater, hushed whispers between the castle walls, the late night drives as they sang their favorite songs at the top of their lungs. They both knew it was wrong, they knew if either of their families found out there would be consequences but there was no one else who understood him like she did and vice versa. She even promised to marry him when the day would come.

That was until his 18th birthday when he suddenly cut all contact with her. No explanation and no final goodbye, she was left heartbroken and filled with anger for the one person she once loved.

Now, after seven years it's time for both kingdoms to pass the crown to their heir. That being muse A and muse B, what neither of them expected was for a forced alliance between the two kingdoms due to an outside force. Because of this muse A and muse B are obligated to work together and be around each other’s presence despite the resentment they both have for one another.

-I enjoy and I mean really enjoy playing side characters. I feel like our characters don’t have to interact with each other ALL the time to make the story fun and playing side characters gives good insight on our characters life/personality too :)

Rules: do’s & don’ts

There is almost no rule for what is or isn't allowed on this blog, we are accepting of basically all and any content. When something is not allowed there is a good reason for it, so please try not to break the rules.

What you can not post

Anything too explicit. Detailed NSFW starters, graphic GIFs or pictures used as decoration and the like. If you really want to share a detailed vision of the scene that will be acted out in the roleplay, send a link to google docs, carrd, another post, etc that people can check out. This is primarily about smut but it applies to gore as well. To be super clear, smut and gore are not banned from the blog, you can request any kink/situation you like, but you will need to discuss the details with your partners. For example, asking for a BDSM roleplay is fine, writing out details of the smut scene in your request is not. This is to avoid possible reports based on the NSFW ban.

Wait 24 hours before submitting again from the moment the ask is posted. You can post ads requesting different RPs, just not the same ask. This is to avoid cluttering.

It goes without saying, this is RP only. You can't send requests for dating or similar.

You can only send ads through asks or submissions. If you need help with those I'll be happy to lend a hand, but don't send your requests via DMs. If the inbox is closed it means it's full/I'm not active, please be patient and, again, don't try to get your ad in through DMs. I won't be able to post your ad from DMs.

What you can post

Generally, anything not mentioned above is allowed. However, since some things get asked often, I will make a general list of things that are allowed for your convenience.

RPF is allowed. 

Discord servers and other groups are allowed. 

Things related to RPing, even if not strictly roleplay-seeking, are allowed. Other roleplay finders, RP resources, and even questions about roleplaying are all allowed. 

Minors are allowed. 

Dead dove content is allowed.

What you should/shouldn't do

Your ask will be published even if you don't abide by these rules. However, keeping this in mind will make for a better experience for everyone involved.

Be as clear as possible about the fandom and other relevant information. I can't tag it if you don't tell me where these blorbos come from. If the fandom has alternate names/acronyms include everything!

If you're going to include more than 20 fandoms in your search, split the post into two separate requests. There's a maximum of 30 tags allowed on a post, out of which only the first 20 will show up in searches. If you include more, the rest will go untagged/will not show up in searches.

Don't censor triggers. It just interferes with people that have these words blocked. Don't write inc*st, write incest.

Miscellaneous other stuff

I am not the police, your parents, or HR. If you have a disagreement with your RP buddy I can't intervene to solve it for you, nor can I put them in time out. Unpleasant things happen online, learn to block and move on. Please don't message me - or worse, send anon asks - with callouts for certain users and ask them to block/warn others.
