Rowbrina Easter eggs in the Paris music video

I was recently rewatching the Paris music video and I realized there’s a lot of Rowan Easter eggs in the music video

First of all, the song and the music video. They always talked about going to Paris together and went to paris together countless times, so to have a song and a music video about Paris can be very gay when you think about it.

Second of all, when Rowan and Sabrina went to Paris in 2018 for the Paris fashion week, sabrina posted this picture.

The post is now archived, but she captioned it with “🌹”

The song came out in November and the music video came out in December, which would probably give sabrina enough time to film and write a song about that experience.

In the music video, though, there are a lot of references to roses, which I think represents Rowan.

She lets rose petals fall in the bath at the hotel room. I feel like that can represent two different thing. Either that Rowan and Sabrina took a bath together while they were in Paris. I also noticed, though, that Sabrina looks very melancholy, so it could be her looking back on how in love she was with Rowan now that they are broken up.

She also swims around in a pool full of rose petals. I feel like she could be reminiscing on memories that she and Rowan had probably in the hotel pool.

One of the most iconic stills from the music video is Sabrina holding a full grown rose. She’s sniffing it and enjoying its scent. I feel like it’s very much reminiscent of Rowan and wishing she could go back to their paris trip and hold onto those memories with Rowan forever before they broke up.

I just think that it’s interesting. I don’t know if there’s any truth to it
