Choose the result-driven product Roseship from Clarityrx
Rosehip seed oil is another name for rosehip oil. Rosehip oil is pressed from the fruit and seeds of the rose plant and is sourced from the rosa Canina rose bush, which is primarily farmed in Chile. Rosehip oil, prized since antiquity for its priceless medicinal properties, is brimming with skin-nourishing vitamins and vital fatty acids. Additionally, it has been discovered that phenols have antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal effects.
As a carrier oil for essential oils that are too potent to apply directly to the skin, rosehip oil is frequently used.
Learn more about the advantages of rosehip oil for skin care and how to incorporate it into your routine by reading on.
1). It is hydrates
For skin that is supple and silky, hydration is crucial. Dehydration can become an issue in hot or dry climates or as skin ages.
Numerous essential fatty acids, such as linoleic and linolenic acid, can be found in rosehip oil. Fatty acids support robust cell walls to prevent water loss.
Rosehip oil is a fantastic choice for moisturizing dry, irritated skin because it contains a variety of fatty acids. Additionally, the oil is quickly absorbed by the skin, allowing its antioxidants to penetrate to the skin's deepest layers.
2). It moisturizes
Your skin's natural hydration as well as any additional oils are locked in by moisturizing.
Rosehips have been linked to various anti-aging benefits, including the capacity to keep skin hydrated, according to a 2015 study trusted Source that used rosehip powder. Researchers discovered that people who consumed rosehip powder orally noticed a considerable improvement in the moisture content of their skin.
Rosehip oil applied topically might also provide you with similar advantages. Rosehip oil is a dry oil that isn't oily. This makes it an excellent all-natural moisturizer.
3). It promotes skin radiance and exfoliation.
Rosehip oil can be used as a natural exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and leave behind beautiful, vivid skin.
Retinol, a kind of vitamin A found in rosehip oil, promotes skin cell renewal.
4). It promotes the production of collagen.
Skin is constructed of collagen. It is necessary for the hardness and flexibility of the skin. As you become older, your body naturally produces less collagen.
Vitamin A, which is essential for the creation of collagen, is abundant in rosehip oil. Rosehip has also been demonstrated to stop the body from producing MMP-1, an enzyme that destroys collagen.
5). It lessens inflammation.
Polyphenols and anthocyanin, which are abundant in rosehips, may help lessen inflammation. Vitamin E, an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, is also present.
6). It provides sunlight damage defense.
Premature aging is largely caused by lifetime solar damage that has accumulated. The body's capacity to make collagen can also be hampered by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light.
Vitamins A and E and other antioxidants are found in rosehip oil. It has been demonstrated that these vitamins work together to prevent obvious solar damage. They might also aid in avoiding photoaging.
In light of this, rosehip oil may be used to lessen the harmful effects of UV radiation. But you shouldn't use it as a substitute for sunscreen.
7). Using it lessens hyperpigmentation
Excess melanin causes hyperpigmentation, which is the development of dark spots or patches on the skin. This may happen as a result of various things, such as:
8)Sun Exposure
Abnormal changes during pregnancy or menopause, for example
certain pharmaceuticals, such as birth control pills and chemotherapy drugs
Vitamin A is abundant in rosehip oil. Retinoids are one of the nutritional substances that make up vitamin A. With consistent use, retinoids are known for their ability to lessen hyperpigmentation and other obvious symptoms of aging.

Best After Tanning Lotions Reviews 2021
There is something amazingly appealing about making your skin golden brown by tanning. Most people at one point or another try tanning. Despite its wide-spread appeal, in the last few years you have probably heard newscasts and read articles about the dangers of tanning. Tanning has been linked to skin cancer and other health issues. However, there are many different steps you can take to mitigate the effects of tanning on your skin. One of the most important is what you do after you tan. You should always use a moisturizing lotion after you tan. This can help keep the negative effects of tanning, such as dry skin, discoloration, and fading to a minimum. If you are new to tanning, and want to learn more about after tanning lotions, read on. Here we will provide everything you need to know about tanning and skin care and will give you our top five list of the best after tanning lotions. To get the most out of your hard-earned tan, you need to take care of your skin. Learn all about this important tool and our picks for the best after tanning lotions and keep your skin looking smooth and healthy.
What's tanning ?
Before discussing how you can take care of your skin and still tan, we need to establish exactly what tanning is and how it works. Tanning occurs because of our skin’s natural defenses. When our skin is exposed to UV rays it has one of two responses. The first response is to increase the production of melanin, which can give a little bit of sun protection. Melanin is a pigment and it determines our skin color. People with darker skin have more melanin, while people with lighter skin have less. Only UVB rays produce melanin, but they can damage the DNA in your skin. However, our skin does not always produce new melanin when we tan. With immediate pigment darkening we receive a tanned color by the redistribution of the pigment already in our skin. This response happens when our skin is exposed to UVA and/or UVB, and it does not provide any protection from the sun’s UV rays. In fact, the immediate pigment darkening response can increase free radicals in our skin, and cause damage. That is why it is extremely important to use a after tanning lotion when receiving this type of tan.
Can Anyone Tan ?
One final thing to keep in mind when deciding to tan is your skin type, which determines how well you will tan. You can use the Fitzpatrick Skin type chart to determine your skin type. This will help you known how well you will tan, and how many precautions you need to take. Burns always and never tans Burns always and rarely tans Burns and tans occasionally Burns less often and tans easily Burns rarely and tans easily Never burns and tans darkly Important Note: Even if you have darker skin that tans well, you need to make sure to protect your skin when in the sun. Sun damage can occur for any skin type.
Different types of tanning
You can get a tan two different ways: outdoors and indoors. Outdoor tanning occurs exactly the way you might expect, outdoors. When you spend any time in the sun, you have the possibility of getting a tan. Some people do go outside on sunny days with the express purpose of tanning. And, there are many products on the market that can help with this process. Even if you are planning on tanning outside, you should still wear a sunscreen to protect your skin from the most harmful UV radiation. Indoor tanning means that you will be using a tanning bed to create that golden-brown look. Tanning beds only use UVA rays, which means they will not increase the melanin production in your skin. However, UVB rays tend to be more harmful in the long term, so using a tanning bed may be slightly better for your skin than spending hours outdoors unprotected.
Is tanning bad for your skin ?
Asmentioned above, tanning can cause some significant damage to yourskin if not done properly. Free radical production, DNA damage, andskin cancer can all be caused by tanning. Noteveryone who tans encounters one or all of these problems. But, youneed to take special steps when tanning to protect your skin. Usingan after tanning lotion is one of the most important things you cando to protect your skin from UV damage. Also, tanning less frequently can slow down the negative effects oftanning. If you are hitting the beach or the tanning booth everyweekend—or every day—then you run a higher risk of damage to yourskin than those people that tan only once or twice a month.
How to take care of your skin when tanning ?
The way you prepare your skin for tanning depends largely on the type of tanning you will be doing. If you are using a tanning bed then you will need to use either an accelerator or a tingle cream/bronzer approximately thirty minutes before tanning. Accelerators should be used your first 3-4 sessions, after which you can use either a tingle cream or bronzer. Accelerators help to prepare your skin for the UVA rays it will encounter when in the tanning bed. These creams essentially give you a base tan that protects your skin. Tingle creams and bronzers encourage melanin production. They can help make your tan darker and last longer. When you tan outside you should exfoliate first. This removes dead cells from the surface of your skin. This helps you tanner easier and creates a more even tone. You should also wear a sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect your skin. You can take the shades and hat off when you tan, but make sure not to overexpose your skin to the sun. This is where the damage can occur. After you tan either outside or insider, you will need to make sure that you use a moisturizing after tanning lotion. This will help keep your skin from drying out, flaking, and can prevent some of the free radical damage that tanning can cause. It can also help your tan stay around longer, which decreases the frequency with which you need to tan.
What's an after tanning lotion ?
Anafter tanning lotion is applied to your skin after you tan. You willwant to concentrate on applying the lotion to any skin that wasexposed to the sun. After tanning lotion prevents dryspots from forming and keeps your skin elastic. Mostof the after tanning lotions you will find contain some type ofmoisturizer, anti-aging products that reduce the likelihood ofwrinkles and lines, and ingredients designed to help your tan lastlonger. You should use these lotions daily to receive the fullbenefits of the after tanning lotion.
What's to look for in an after tanning lotion ?
After you tan, you want to put products with good and helpful ingredients for your skin. Here’s a list of the most important ingredients to watch out for in you after tanning lotion. Vitamins There are a lot of vitamins that help your skin stay healthy. If you see a product with Vitamins C, E, and the B complex, then you know that it will help your skin. Vitamins C and E help counter the effects of sun exposure. Vitamin C can help prevent skin cancer. Vitamin E, on the other hand, has been shown to lower visible photodamage like wrinkles. So, both of these vitamins are extremely important to see as an ingredient in a high-quality after tanning lotion. Vitamin B complex contain biotin which is a building-block of your skin, hair, and nail cells. You can get enough B complex vitamins through your diet. But, an addition of some of these vitamins in a topical cream like after tanning lotions can help sooth itchy and irritated skin. Oils Certain oils help to moisturize and sooth tanned skin. Most of the oils listed here will likely be familiar, since their skin and hair benefits are well known. These oils pop up in many skincare products. But, they are especially important to use after tanning to keep your skin healthy. Olive oil: Olive oil is not just great for cooking its essential fatty acids and antioxidants can prevent damage from exposure to UV rays. When you put olive oil on your skin, it fights free radical damage and also offers a lot of hydration. Rosehip oil: Rosehip oil is made from cold-pressing a specific type of rose found in Chile. This oil has a lot of essential fatty acids, vitamins E, C, D, and beta carotene. It is another oil that is used to moisturize dry skin and is also an anti-aging treatment. Jojoba oil: Jojoba comes from North America and is a perfect oil to use because it mimics the natural oils found on our skin. Therefore, it can help people with too oily or too dry skin, which makes it extremely versatile, and a great ingredient to find in after tanning lotions. Argan oil: Argan oil comes from the argan tree in Morocco and is great for dry and recently tanned skin. It is full of vitamin E, antioxidants, and essential fatty oils, which make it a great moisturizer. Other Ingredients There are so many different ingredients that have proven benefits for your skin, that we don’t have time to mention them all here. However, below are the most helpful ingredients for skin that has been recently tanned. Glycerin:Glycerin is a fairly controversial ingredient in skin care products. It can be obtained from plants, but it is also often made synthetically. However, we have included it here as a beneficial ingredient because of its intense hydrating power. Glycerin stays on top of you skin and forms a protective layer that can stop moisture loss and even bring moisture to your skin from the air. Hyaluronic acid: When you tan often, you are more prone to wrinkles and fine lines. Hyaluronic acid reduces and prevents the appearance of skin damage byholding onto moisture and staying on top of your skin, which makes it a great moisturizing tool. Aloe vera: Aloe vera gel comes from the aloe vera succulent plant, which by its very nature holds onto moisture. The two hormones Auxin and Gibberellins that occur naturally in aloe vera make it a great substance for wound healing and reducing inflammation. This makes aloe vera a popular ingredient in sunburn and after tanning lotions.

It does not have many reviews on Amazon; although, it is extremely highly rated and is Amazon’s Choice for after tanning lotions. Only time will tell if the promise of Golden Star Beauty’s product will live up to hype.
When should I apply lotion after tanning ?
You should apply the after tanning lotion immediately after you have finished tanning. If you were tanning outside, at a beach especially, then a shower or bath may be in order to wash off debris or sand. If this is the case, then you should apply the moisturizing lotion after your shower or bath. In order to keep your skin healthy and your tan looking its best, you should reapply the after tanning lotion every day. Most formulas are gentle enough to use on a daily basis, and they can continue to protect your skin even days after you finished tanning.
How else can I take care of my skin after tanning?
After tanning it is extremely important to take proper care of your skin. Using one of the five best after tanning lotions described above is an essential way to help reduce and reverse the damage that comes from tanning. But, there are a few other things that you can do to keep your skin happy and healthy. Step1:If you take a shower, make sure to use lukewarm water. Some people recommend taking showers right after you tan. But, other recommend staying away from them. If you decide to take a shower after youve finished tanning, then make sure to use warm or lukewarm water. Read the full article

Rose-hip Seed Oil and its Benefits
Rosehip Seed oil might be what you are looking for to achieve a flawless skin! It’s superior than most other oils as it has a multitude of benefits and really does it all! Clean beauty has been a buzz with many plant derived oils, but the rosehip seed oil has been prized for generations all around the world as it does so many things and has been hailed as one of the most multitasking skincare ingredients.
Where does it come from?
Rosehip seed oil doesn’t actually come from a rose or a rosebud. ‘Then why is it called Rosehip Seed oil?’ Well, the rosehip seed oil is the result of extracting the oils from a small bright-red berry-like seed of two types of wild roses—Rosa Moschata or Rosa Rubiginosa. The bright orange-red colour of the oil comes from this berry which is bright orange inside. These little rosehip seeds are primarily harvested from rose bushes in Chile, and are packed with vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids and has been prized for its healing properties.
How it is made?
Extracting the oil from the rosehips sustainably is an arduous process, which requires great quality rosehip to begin with, rendering high-quality rosehip oil quite expensive. The oil is extracted in a few different ways but there are two ways that are the most effective at retaining the vitamins and nutrients from these little powerful seeds.
1. Cold pressed extraction
Cold pressed extraction is a process whereby the oil in the seeds are separated from the pulp and liquids by placing them in a spike-filled container and slowly puncturing them. With the help of the machines’ centrifugal forces (spinning) and the puncturing, the oils and thus nutrients and live enzymes, are separated from the plant pulp without adding any heat – thus the name cold pressed.
This is important because, in certain plants, high levels of heat cause the delicate and tiny molecules within the oils to break down and degrade, which can minimize the oil’s health benefits. This method is expensive but retains plant and ingredient integrity.
2. CO2 Supercritical extraction
The CO2 extraction process uses pressurized carbon dioxide to extract the desired nutrients or compounds from a plant or part of a plant. When a certain amount of pressure is applied to CO2 (carbon dioxide) this gas turns into liquid. This liquid CO2 can be used as a very safe, liquid solvent.
This is by far the most effective and safest plant extraction method and one of the most expensive methods in extracting oils from a plant. This extraction method results in oils that have retained the most amount of nutrients and are highly potent and superior in quality.
What It contains
The rosehip seed oil has high concentrations of fatty acids (Omegas 3, 6, 7 & 9), plus antioxidant carotenoids and is rich in linoleic acid, polyphenols and pro-vitamin A.
Benefits of Rosehip Seed Oil
In short, when rosehip seed is used on the face, it works as a cure-all. It is perfect for all skin types, including eczema and rosacea-prone and at any age. The main component of rosehip seed oil is retinoic acid, the natural precursor to Vitamin A, which makes it so effective and highly potent.
What you can expect from regular use:
1. Glowing and Radiant skin
Vitamin A (or retinol) encourages skin turnover and Vitamin C promotes cell regeneration, thus boosting overall radiance.
2. Non-greasy, and light-weight
Rosehip seed oil is a dry oil which is non-greasy. It is easily absorbed into the skin in no time.
3. Relieves dry and dull skin
Hydration is a key factor in nourished, healthy skin. Rosehip seed oil is packed with fatty acids which help keep cell walls strong so that they don’t lose moisture. And as the oil is absorbed effectively into the skin, antioxidants and vitamins are delivered deep into the skin’s layers.
4.Treats blemishes and pigmentation and scarring
Rosehip oil contains both lycopene and beta carotene, which have skin-lightening properties. Additionally, the high amounts of tretinoin restores depleted and scarred tissue, so it can help reduce the appearance and formation of acne scarring.
5. Better than botox
With skin rejuvenating properties like vitamin C and lycopene, rosehip seed oil is a safer solution to repair the skin’s surface, restore elasticity and protect against sun and pollution stressors that can lead to wrinkles.
6. Reduces inflammation from eczema, rosacea, psoriasis and dermatitis
Rosehip contains vitamin E, an antioxidant known for its anti-inflammatory effects. It is also rich in polyphenols which could help reduce inflammation.

Everything you need to know about Rosehip Oil: Frequently Asked Questions
1.What are the most common uses of Rosehip Oil?
It is a plant-based natural product that has been shown to improve the health of your skin. The Andean Indians of Chile have been using it for generations, ever since they learned about its remarkable powers for the first time. Rosehip Oil has a number of health advantages and uses:
Start using Rosehip Oil in your regular skincare routine and see how it improves the firmness, elasticity, and radiance of your skin.
Rosehip Oil is an excellent face moisturizer since it has a high concentration of vital fatty acids. Anti-aging properties are numerous.
Scratches and scars — Rosehip Oil can be used to lighten stretch marks, age spots, acne, dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.
When your skin is dry and cracked, apply Rosehip Oil to it. It works well on hands, elbows, knees, and heels.
Brittle nails, cracked cuticles, and dry cuticles can all be remedied with regular application of Rosehip Oil to the hands, cuticles, and nail beds.
If you have dull and lifeless hair, warm up some Rosehip Oil and massage it into your hair and scalp.
2.Should you use rosehip oil on your face?
Use Rosehip Oil for face every day as part of your skincare routine, yes. There is a wide range of colors in Rosehip Oil, but it will not clog pores or leave a greasy residue. The oil is very easily and quickly absorbed into the skin. Aside from the two methods outlined above, you may also add a few drops to an existing moisturizer to boost its effectiveness. Morning and night, apply Rosehip Oil for the greatest benefits. Apply your moisturizer or sunscreen after waiting five minutes. Make your skin look and feel better with Rosehip Oil. Incredibly effective against the signs of aging, it also helps smooth out wrinkles and fine lines.
3.What amount of rosehip oil should you apply to your skin?
Because of its lightweight texture and ease of absorption, Rose Hip Seed Oil is a popular choice for facial use. Simply rub your palms together and gently massage 2 to 3 drops of Rosehip Oil into your face and neck in an upward and circular motion, as little goes a long way with Rosehip Oil. A day or night cream can be applied on top of it. Use it to prime your skin before applying makeup for a radiant finish.
4.Can I use Rosehip oil on my face as well as my body?
You can use Rosehip Oil for skin on its own or as an ingredient in your moisturizer. To use Rosehip Oil, just put a few drops (2 – 3 drops is enough for your face, add a few drops extra to benefit your neck and shoulder area also) in the palm of your hand and use the tip of your index finger to gently dab the oil all over your face and décolletage. Then lightly massage using upward strokes. Fast absorption of the oil leaves no greasy behind. The best way to keep your hands looking fresh is to use Rosehip Oil as a hand moisturizer after every hand wash.
