     scathach does not ever leave her own lands , does not bother with the OUTSIDE WORLD , but something has drawn her out of the safety of it all . POWER . that is it . it pulls her in without hesitation , and she cannot fight it . the journey out of the woods doesn’t take quite as long as it might take others , as her own abilities make travel simple , she arrives at the large school in the dark of the night . she won’t bother to knock , doesn’t even need the door to get inside , the silence within the building bothering her little and only helping her presence remain unnoticed by any who might be awake at such a late hour .

     feet are dragged along the wooden flooring as she makes her way further inside , but it isn’t until she nears the kitchen and dining room area that movement is heard and her own paused . yes , that’s the source of the power . she turns her body to catch a glimpse of it , the darkness thankfully keeping scathach mostly hidden .     “ who art thou ? ”     her words are both firm yet soft , gaze intense as she focuses on the woman . she’s aware her presence will come as a surprise to the other , or at least that it might , but it does not other her .

           and   the   others   seemed   to   know   this .      seemed   to   know   that   she   was   DANGEROUS .      so   when   mallory   spoke ,      brows   lifted   slightly      -      arms   once   crossed   tightly   loosened   a   touch .      a   deep   breath   exhaled   in   a   soft   sigh .      “      it’s   the   only   reason   i’m   still   allowed   to   BE   HERE .      ”      was   probably   true .      because   she   was   the   perfect   amalgamation   of   powerful   and   expendable .      was   the   reason   SHE   was   sent   to   the   murder   house   instead   of   zoe   or   queenie   or   misty .      “      i   killed   TWELVE   PEOPLE ,      everyone   here   thinks   i’m   a   monster   or   they’re   scared   of   me   or   both .      even   the   people   i’ve   never   spoken   to .      even   the   supreme .      ”      weary   hazel   eyes   assess   the   other   girl   carefully .      “      so   what   do   YOU   think ?      what   am   i   to   you   if   not   JUST   A   BODY   COUNT ?      ”

I don’t have any preconceived OTPs per se and I value all my ships! 

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO WRITE WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?

Fluff, angst, and developing as people together, challenging each other in healthy ways, that’s the shit I love. When a relationship is founded on teamwork. I’ve got zero interest in abuse dynamics or unhealthy shit. Of course that doesn’t mean I demand everything be rosy and perfect 100% of the time -- people can argue without being toxic to each other.

Also, I sorta love the fwb dynamic when done right. Two people just taking comfort from each other without any demand for commitment is a lot of fun when writing fictional relationships (even if reality doesn’t quite match up lol).

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?

Depends on the ages and people involved. Although a legal adult at the start of DA2, Bethany is fairly naive and inexperienced so I’d be pickier about who I’d ship her with then than by DAI time when she’s in her early 30s. 

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?

I love shipping but don’t do it for the sake of it. IMO it’s a fun way to tell a character’s story and take them in new directions but if it’s empty or shipping just bc of faceclaims or I feel like I’m being collected or whatever I’m not into it. A dynamic IC and OOC is necessary. 

Also there’s other criteria involved. Bethany is terrified of templars so I won’t ship her with one period. I’ll also only ship with one particular version of any canon muse at a time; and while I don’t demand this be reciprocated, I appreciate it.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY ARE CONSIDERED NS/FW?

Once the clothes come off or hands are wandering. I also consider suggestive/graphic talk to be NSFW, it’s not just actions.

it was something they’d all fought over back then — the supremacy. such a burden, yet every one of them wanted it until they realised they didn’t. the transition seemed so easy this time and clearly there was no doubt over who it was going to be, with everyone speaking so highly of the young witch. the idea that it was anyone but the boy comforted misty immensely. 

so she finds herself alone with her, choosing to stay behind after the other girls had retreated to their rooms, and she clears her throat, smiles as best she can given that their current supreme is dying off. “ so, how’s it feel? bein’ the next supreme? ”

she’s quiet. she hadn’t wanted this to happen. she loved mallory. she really did. she just didn’t love mallory the same way mallory loved her. when she had hired mal, she thought she’d finally found a best friend in hollywood. she was always finding herself friends that ended up using her for one thing or another. 

she loved cam. she loved him so much. and in thinking that mallory was her closest friend, she liked to confide in her. she hadn’t realized the depth of mallory’s feelings, or that she was hurting her when she spoke of her relationship.
