Barn Memories
Old Barn and Silo While driving along the east side of Lake Coeur d’Alene, we came across an abandoned yet beautiful old barn and silo near the small town of Saint Maries in western Idaho. With its weathered wood and rusting roof, the barn exudes a unique charm despite its dilapidated state. Its faded red paint and the worn-out silo nearby create a picturesque, nostalgic scene. The surrounding…

So my Fiancé and I are working on a Harry Potter-Dishonored Crossover that changes the format of both worlds. Within this, I will explain what we have done and if y'all would like to see this!
So, in this Crossover:
Snape is the descendant of Corvo Attano, and by proxy Emily Kaldwin. This translates down to Harry being the son of Snape through which James, being infertile in this, asks Lily to choose Snape for his pedigree to be the father of their child. Lily is related to the Curnows, giving Harry relations to Corvo Attano, Emily Kaldwin (by proxy Delilah Copperspoon), and The Curnows.
Hermione is from Delilah+Arnold's bloodline with the eventual addition of Meagan's bloodline. She is haunted by Delilah, being the devil on her shoulder. Meagan, aka Billie Lurk, is the angel on her other shoulder. She pushes for Hermione to do good, wanting her to do good. She is Harry's cousin in technicality, the two getting closer in the familial way. Hermione ends up becoming a co-target with Harry, her heritage making Voldemort very interested in her for Delilah's knowledge. She is slowly manipulated into performing the dark arts that Delilah dabbled in, soon creating their Gravehound companion that fights beside them in the end.
The Weasleys are related to the Mayhews, Ginny taking the most after Alexi. Ron is still comedic relief, but also displays a strong desire to protect his friends. He gets into a sword fight eventually in his 5th Year, he wins.
Draco takes on the bloodlines of Daud (we made a side character who is Daud's twin sister to respect the character's sexuality), Granny Rags, and Mindy Blanchard. He is continued as Harry's foil and antagonist.
Luna obtains the ingenuity of Kirin Jindosh, while Neville soon picks up his wits. They are distantly related through Kirin, but Luna takes after him in some ways.
Dumbledore was born from The Eyeless Gang before they disbanded, taking some of their teachings and taking it to Hogwarts when The Abbey of the Everyman when that was disbanded. His sister went to The Academy of Natural Philosophy before she passed, Dumbledore doesn't go but allows Students to.
Tom Riddle is the distant son of Marc/The Outsider and a woman. He is deeply connected with The Void, but not as much as another character, who acts as its eye for a potential new representative...
Would you guys be down for this?? There's more, but I'm leaving it here to not give too much away.

Solo: A Star Wars Story premiered on May 25th, 2018. The screenplay was by Jonathon and Lawrence Kasdan. Lawrence Kasden had previously scripted the Star Wars films Episode V: The Empire Strikes back, Episode VI The Return of the Jedi, and Episode VII The Force Awakens. There was some debate over who was going to be listed officially as director. Ultimately, Ron Howard, who reshot 80% of the original footage, was given credit and the original directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller were given executive producer credits. The movie took place between Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story/Episode IV: A New Hope. The movie told how Han Solo (originally played by Harrison Ford, but in this version played by Alden Ehrenreich) left Corellia, joined the Emperial Infantry, met Chewbacca (originally played by Peter Mayhew, but in this version by Joonas Suotamo), became a smuggler, met Lando Calrissian (originally played by Billy Dee Williams, but in this version by Donald Glover), made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs, got his hand blaster, got the disguise that Lando would use in Jobba's palace, got the Millinium Falcon, and why the Millinium Falcon had a unique dialogue pattern. The film kept it as a surprise that it also had the first cinematic appearance of Darth Maul (still protrayed by Ray Park and voiced by Sam Witwer) since his supposed death in Episode I: A Phantom Menace. The movie also introduced new characters to the Star Wars cinematic universe such as Tobias Beckett (Woody Harrelson), Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke), Val (Thandiwe Newton), L3-37 (Phoebe Waller-Bridge), Dryden Vos (Paul Bettany), Rio Durant (Jon Favreau), Enfys Nest (Erin Kellyman), Lady Proxima (Linda Hunt), Rebolt (Ian Kenny), Korso (John Tui), Weazel (Warwick Davis), Margo (Charlotte Louise), Chanteuse (Sema-Tawi Smart), Ralakili (Clint Howard), Quay Tolsite (Dee Tails), Sagwa (Attila Vajda), Tak (Anthony Daniels), Karjj (Kiran Shah), Eager Scrumrat (Fraser Kelly), Lexi (Lily Newmark), Ottilie (Samantha Colley), and Argus Panox (Derek Arnold). The reaction to the film did not meet expectations and delayed and changed the plans for further theatrical Star Wars Story films. ("Solo: A Star Wars Story", flm, event)

[ad_1] With last week's loss, the 4-10 Washington Commanders are officially eliminated from playoff contention, and a new era in Washington may be just a few weeks away. The belief in league circles has been that new Commanders managing partner Josh Harris will part ways with head coach Ron Rivera after the season. And because Rivera leads football operations with the team, Harris could ultimately reshape the structure of the organization that could potentially see GM Martin Mayhew on his way out.If that's the case, and if Washington begins a search for a new general manager who would be hired before the head coach, sources tell CBS Sports to pay attention to any Philadelphia connections when it comes to leading the personnel department in Washington. To be sure, having or not having Philly ties is hardly (dis)qualifying for any candidate. That would just be one aspect of a candidate search. Harris officially purchased the Commanders in July after more than a decade as the managing partner of the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. In that time he's grown a mutual professional respect for Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie and general manager Howie Roseman. The Eagles have gone to two Super Bowls in the previous five seasons, and Roseman has turned out an impressive group of personnel in recent years. Current Eagles staffers include:Assistant general manager Alec Halaby. The Harvard grad has spent his entire career with the Eagles and has been crucial helping develop analytical models.Vice president of football administration Jake Rosenberg. The Penn grad works as Roseman's right hand and has a background as a commodities trader.Director of football operations Jeff Scott. He has Washington ties with the organization for nearly a decade before joining the Eagles in 2021 as a senior pro scout.Director of player personnel Charles Walls. He joined the Eagles last year after scouting for both the Browns and Packers.Director of scouting Brandon Hunt. Before coming to Philly last year he was in the running to be the next Steelers general manager. But it's not only those who currently have their checks signed by Lurie who could be of interest to Harris. Browns general manager Andrew Berry spent 2019 as the Eagles VP of football operations. Under him in Cleveland is AGM/VP of player personnel Glenn Cook, who's interviewed for multiple GM roles in recent years, and AGM/VP of football operations Catherine Raiche, who worked under Roseman in Philly for four years before going to Cleveland.Bears AGM Ian Cunningham, who last year turned down the Cardinals GM job, worked under Roseman for five years, most recently in 2021 as the director of player personnel. And Giants AGM Brandon Brown was with the Eagles for five seasons as well, leaving as the director of player personnel. Lastly, Steelers AGM Andy Weidl spent six years with the Eagles before going to Pittsburgh in 2023.Any, some or all of those names could get an interview in Washington next month. But whether you worked in Philadelphia, or have a relative there, or even if you've never eaten a cheesesteak before, that's not going to earn you the job. There are plenty of candidates who never had a Philadelphia zip code who could be in the mix. And there are internal candidates to be considered as well. Two-time former Panthers GM Marty Hurney is currently an executive vice president with the Commanders, and Eric Stokes is in his third season as senior director of player personnel.Sources believe being "analytics-literate" will be a requirement in Washington, which recently hired Eugene Shen as the SVP of football strategy and who figures to be involved in the process at some level. The Fisherman of Nazare
sardines and crackers The Fisherman of Nazare The last of today’s sun has cast its warm glow on Nazare, a tiny and inviting whitewashed stucco village covered in red tile roofs and knit together with curving narrow walkways. The huddle of tumble-down homes, the fishermen’s colorful high-prowed wooden boats, and the scent of fish drying in the sun are a testament to the fact that the people of…
