Rowanwood Estates - WillowCreek - Sage Estates
I'm calling this the 'lite' version because I'm going to go back and clutter it up and change it but it is by no mean 'light' on CC. This one is going to be a long list of links just as a warning and includes my own mod tweak packages for the two cars on it (further explained below).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As with ALL my builds, you're going to want to have bb.moveobjects ON before placing the lot and I DID use TOOL to place some of the more complicated tweaks.
As with all my builds, it is on my gallery under EA ID: alderwitch but you can also download the tray files on my patreon as well here.

Functionality
These mods are not technically in the build but are needed to have mods (syboulette's crossfit and aira's rice cooker specifically) functional.
ZulfAndHakrabr: Let's Get Fits Modpack Ricky: Useable RiceCooker
Vehicles
Technically, the two vehicles used for this build use the the Breeze Motors 2018 Mercedes E-Class Wagon and the 2020 Maserati Quattroporte as their base. I won't link to the download page as its a perma-paywaller and I fundamentally disagree with how Breeze Motors is handling their patreon personally. I will leave it to you to decide if you want their CC and how you acquire it if you choose to do so.
For my personal game, I have edited and stripped down my copies of these two cars and modified them so that they work with Simnation Travel. I have a pinned patreon post that is not paywall locked here explaining that more in depth and include the required files HERE.
If you go that route, and would like to download the cars, you can find them here:
Maserati Quattroporte
Mercedes E-Class
I should note that in addition to lacking the door open /close options of the original as those were stripped down, the textures were redone with simlish for a more maxis match look in game.
Mods for this Build
These are not technically required for the build to function but this build was built using overrides for both Sim Realist's SNB Bills mod as well as Simnation Travel vehicles. You shouldn't get any weird errors if you load the build in without those mods but if there's an exception caught by MCC related to that, it's probably just reconciling that the override the lot was built with is not in place in your game. It should only be a one time alert the first time the game loads in if it happens and should not cause any issue other than MCC making a noise at you about it noticing weirdness.
(The SNB provides the High Speed Internet trait to the lot and I think it will just set that trait to empty if its loaded without but I haven't personally confirmed it, hence the note here. ) Additional Note
I'm pushing this to live today just to make sure it hits my tumblr the same time as I pushed the build to my gallery but I will be going back to add links into the list. There are just a LOT to track down and it might take me a day or two to finish that part.

Hello all,
Many of you know that I was a roadie for many years, touring with bands to include Mötley Crüe, Tool, Britney, Gaga, Soundgarden, Black Keys and more.
My second tour in 2002 was the brilliant Tori Amos. On that tour (over 20 years ago) I met Neil Gaiman, who was hanging out backstage w/ T. He had a galley of Endless Nights. I told him that when I worked at a comic book shop (Geppi’s Harborplace in Baltimore) in my college days, I sold countless copies of Sandman—
We became friends and when Neil would visit LA, I would drive him to business meetings etc. I got a first class education in how to pitch films /stories and in 2016, he hired me full time with The Blank Corporation. Grateful for my lucky life!
Z2 reached out to both me and Neil to contribute to the newest Tori Amos graphic novel. We now have a few of these hard cover books for sale! They retail for $39.99 and we have created a code to give you $5 off that. Please enter the code : Tori5 at check out at neverwear.net, that will take the fiver right off the total. (& if you don’t want the book, the code is good for $5 off anything at the shop)
BONUS: I asked Neil to sign only one copy that we will sneak into the pile- the rest will be signed by me. (Cat) My story about ghosts & music was beautifully illustrated by Paul Roman Martinez, who did the Calendar of Tales cards for us. Never did I dream I would share a book with Colleen Doran or Margaret Atwood, but here we are…
Summary from Z2 Comics (they have sold out of all the premium versions!)
The official graphic novel celebrating 30 years of Tori Amos's breakout album: Little Earthquakes. The landmark release that established her iconic thematic voice, as well as her live intensity behind the keys with unflinching lyrics and songs that would inspire generations of artists and musicians.
This graphic novel demonstrates the lasting influence of this defining work with 24 stories inspired by the 12 songs on the album, as well as the 12 ‘B-sides’ that accompanied the album and its associated singles. With star writers such as Neil Gaiman and Margaret Atwood  assembled by Z2 editor Rantz Hoseley, who previously edited the multi-award-winning Tori book: Comic Book Tattoo
Standard Hardcover Edition — $39.99
8” x 8” Hardcover Graphic Novel
WRITERS & ARTISTS: Neil Gaiman, Bilquis Evely, Margaret Atwood, David Mack, Leah Moore, Cat Mihos, Colleen Doran, Derek McCulloch, Lar deSouza, Annie Zaleski, Marc Andreyko, Neil Kleid, Alison Sampson and Paul Roman Martinez
COVER ARTIST: David Mack
DESIGNER: Lauryn Ipsum
ps. here's what my sweet husband and shipping elf wants me to add: "My wife wrote in this!!"

My Favorites 2023
Tumblr media
Last Years: 2020, 2022
This is a list of my favorites. This started off as my favorite YouTube channels, but I have since expanded the list. I watch a lot of media over the internet. I still watch youtube every day. I do not have cable. I tend to gravitate to informative and educational content. As a hip-hop artist I watch a lot of rap-related content to keep my hand on the pulse of the culture. I have broken down my lists into categories. I still watch the posted YouTube clips from the night before late shows in the morning.
My Top Favorite (Late Night) TV Shows I watch on Youtube
Amber Ruffin
The Problem with John Stewart
Jimmy Kimmel
Stephen Colbert
Seth Meyers
Jimmy Fallon
The Daily Show
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver
Real Time with Bill Maher
It’s no longer hard to pick who my favorite late night tv show host is. If I had to pick between them I’d STILL pick Amber Ruffin. I’ve been missing John Stewart who does an excellent job of getting right to the heart of the problem. I like Kimmel’s dry sense of humor and Fallon’s antics. I’m really impressed with John Oliver’s program and Seth Meyers’s “A Closer Look” segment.
I have broken down my favorite YouTube channels into two categories, general, and farm. I watch a lot of farm-related content.  Although I don’t think I want a farm even if I could afford one, I love watching the animals and farmers doing chores. I feel I get a different lived-experience when I watch these videos so I have the perspective of a farmer, which I’ve always wanted.
Top Five YouTube Farm Channels
Gold Shaw Farm
Urban rescue ranch
Just A Few Acres Farm
Justin Rhodes
Nate Petroski
Greg Judy Regenerative Rancher
Top Favorite YouTube Channels
Philip DeFranco
Leeja Miller
Adam Conover
HasanAbi
Democracy Now!
Mark Rober
Casey Neistat
How Ridiculous
Casual Geographic
Robert Reich
I don’t even watch Drama Alert anymore. Roman Atwood doesn’t hold my interest like it used to. I’d rather watch something with animals in it rather than explosions or rc cars. Mark Rober got knocked off his top spot. His videos are engaging and awesome but there is only one per month. I still watch Phil every day he posts a show. I don’t even watch the vlog squad anymore or Jason Nash. My interests are more sociological and news-oriented from the top.
I still watch an ASMR video every night to fall asleep. The one thing I can’t stand is when ASMR artists touch or poke the screen or their lens. It’s a pet peeve that gives me that cringe you get when looking into bright lights for too long. Some artists do it all the time, like FrivolousFox ASMR, which really prevents me from liking them although I want too.
Top YouTube ASMR Artists:
Ephemeral Rift
Dr. T
ASMR Zeitgeist
Hypnotic dreams
asmr_divinity
Dong
Trigger Happy ASMR
Peaches
Sophie Michelle
ASMR Bakery
Honorable mentions on tiktok
Asmr kenobi
Luke ASMR
Depending on the time of day determines what type of asmr video I watch. If it’s at night it has to be a dark background and a long video. If it’s during the day it can be brighter and shorter. ASMR Zeitgeist is still one of my favorites. I still think they are the Cadillac of ASMR. I have logged the most hours on my tv with Ephemeral Rift. Dr. T has great videos for naps, same with Hypnotic dreams tapping videos. Divinity has been giving ephemeral rift a run for his money as I have been using her videos more and more to fall alseep. I added ASMR Kenobi and Luke as honorable mentions who entertain and put me to sleep from tiktok.
Top 10 Hip-hop related content
Now we will get into the hip-hop-related favorites starting with dancing channels.
Top 5 Dancing Channels on Tiktok/Instagram
The Pitman Sisters
Cost and mayor
Party with Carly
The Begin sisters
The Song Twins
My current favorite rappers
LaRussell
Russ
Snoop Dogg
Connor Price
Gawne
Honorable mention:
Mike Posner
Top ten affiliated underground rappers
Headband Henny
Jay Matthews
Cmadd
Rich G
Zen Requium
Duce
Kurupt the killa
Gibson
Kharii
Mr. J
Honorable mentions:
Hundo music
Ardea
Lumi funk
I put Mike Posner as an honorable mention because he is one of my favorite artists, is from Michigan, but isnt a rapper. The top ten affiliated underground hoonorable mentions are Michigan artists that I know or work with. Hundo is a guitar player with a couple albums. Ardea is my producer’s artist moniker from Kalalmazoo Michigan. And Lumi funk is a funkadelic band from the UP who I went to school with the bassist.
Here are channels that are about hip-hop whether it be educational, entertainment or interviews. I did my top favorite commentary channels but Pat CC is the best, but he does documentary style commentary.
Favorite Hip-hop related content channels
Kyle Beats
Pat cc
Ocean
Hiphop dx
Big boys neighborhood
Curtis king
Brand man Sean
CrackaLacktv
Adam Ivy
Wendy day
Top 5 hip-hop commentary/reaction channels:
Hiphop madness
Anthony Fantano
Blacky speaks
Mattyballz
Louaista
Fantastic hiphop
Top 10 beat makers; I have a published song made to all of these
Tantu
Keyano
Ryini
Anno domini
That Kid Goran
Feniko
Destiny
Kylo
They Call Me Heat
Bb beats
Honorable mention:
RJ Pasin
I have made a song with all of the listed beat makers. RJ makes guitar samples, but I have a song from one of his samples that is currently doing well. Maybe next time I’ll have a list of sample makers. Like most independent artists, I only work with producers who I like their sound, so naturally they’re also my favorite. But if money was no object I left the list of unobtainable producers who are way outside my career and pay range. The last one is dead but arguably the most sought-after producer ever.
Top 10 Unobtainable Producers:
Dr. Dre
Pharrell
Timbaland
DJ Mustard
Swiss Beats
DJ Quik
Mike Will Make-it
Rick Rubin
The Alchemist
Just Blaze
No ID
J Dilla

Introduction Anas Marwah is a Dubai-based YouTuber and social media influencer. He is known for his vlogs, challenges, and pranks. In the realm of family vlogging and YouTube stardom, few names resonate as strongly as Anas Marwah. Known for his family-oriented content, coupled with the occasional prank and challenge videos, Anas has carved a unique niche in the YouTube universe. But what exactly sets him apart from other family vloggers, and why has he amassed such a significant following? This in-depth look aims to dissect the various aspects of Anas Marwah's career, his content style, and why he holds a special place in the hearts of millions. The Man Behind the Camera Anas Marwah was born on August 18, 1992, in Syria. His journey from Syria to Canada is an inspiring tale, reflecting the universal dream of seeking a better life. Once in Canada, he started creating content on YouTube, mainly focusing on family life, pranks, and challenges. What Sets Him Apart Anas Marwah brings a unique combination of Middle Eastern heritage and Western upbringing to his channel. His family-centric approach is particularly endearing to audiences from similar cultural backgrounds but also has universal appeal due to the shared values of family and love. Content Variety Anas, along with his wife Asala Maleh and daughter Mila, create content that varies from day-in-the-life vlogs to more orchestrated challenges and pranks. This variety ensures that audiences are continually engaged and entertained. Evolution in Content Compared to his early days, Anas Marwah's content has significantly matured. From simplistic pranks, the family now explores more profound subjects, including the challenges of parenthood and maintaining a balanced life. Anas Marwah is a popular YouTuber among Gen Z users for his humor, excitement, and relatability. His videos are entertaining and informative, and they offer a glimpse into his life as a young influencer. Here are some of the reasons why Anas Marwah is so popular: He is funny. Anas Marwah's videos are always full of laughs. He has a natural sense of humor and he is always up for a good time. He is excited. Anas Marwah's videos are always full of action. He is always getting into trouble, but he always comes out on top. He is relatable. Anas Marwah is just like any other young person. He makes mistakes, but he always learns from them. Key Decision-Making Factors Benefits Cultural Relatability: Anas brings a cultural perspective that is often missing from mainstream YouTube channels. Family-Friendly Content: The channel offers wholesome entertainment that appeals to audiences of all age groups. Drawbacks Content Repetition: Family vlogs often run the risk of becoming repetitive, something Anas Marwah is not completely immune to. Limited Scope: Being a family vlogger might limit Anas's potential to branch into other content categories effectively. Comparable Influencers to Consider The ACE Family: A well-known family vlog channel but with a more Americanized perspective. Roman Atwood: Another family vlogger who also delves into pranks and challenges but with a different cultural background. Conclusion: The Anas Marwah Appeal Anas Marwah offers more than just regular family vlogs; he provides a window into a life that harmoniously blends different cultures. His content is both entertaining and relatable, with a sprinkle of life lessons and family values, making him a standout in the YouTube community.

fuck it doing a list of autumnal book suggestions because Cat’s Eye is so very suitable for this.
not all of these books are set during autumn or halloween related they just give me strong fall vibes. turning leaves and bonfires and crisp cold nights and golden sunlight and school days and haunted houses and all that.
Cat’s Eye by Margaret Atwood: Elaine, a moderately renowned painter in her late forties, returns to 1980s Toronto for a cumulative exhibit of her life’s work. in the process she reflects upon her girlhood adolescence in the ‘40s and ‘50s, and in particular her haunting memories of the charismatic and cunning Cordelia, who ruled their teenage clique with an iron fist.
My Cousin Rachel by Daphne du Maurier: Raised by his eccentric older cousin Ambrose, young Philip Ashley grows up in a rational bachelor’s world utterly devoid of femininity or mothering. He is horrified when Ambrose sends word that he has married his cousin Rachel while traveling abroad in Italy. Ambrose’s letters grow scarcer and more suspicious of his wife, before he suddenly dies. Philip vows revenge on Rachel, but is soon caught in her enchanting sphere of influence himself.
Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel: Elevated by the crushing downfall of his beloved master Cardinal Wolsey, Thomas Cromwell has risen from drunken blacksmith’s son to advisor to Henry VIII. A political genius with a talent for intimidation, bribery, and manipulation, Cromwell holds to no particular morals or creed beyond the elevation of himself and his loved ones and England’s turn from Roman Catholicism to the Anglican Church. All the while, he sees the turning tide of the Reformation and the ascension of bankers and mercenaries over kings and their squabbling lords.
Urchin of the Riding Stars by M.I. McAllister: On the mysterious island of Mistmantle, a kingdom of woodland animals lives in uneasy harmony. Urchin is an orphan born from an outsider to the island, under a mysterious and sinister prophecy that proclaims he will one day destroy a great leader. As he comes of age, Mistmantle’s young prince is murdered, the ruling family is thrown into disarray, and a series of plots of murder, political intrigue, and false accusations begin.
Dragonwyck by Anya Seton: 18 year old Connecticut farm girl Miranda dreams of adventure and romance, a life far away from her devoutly religious family and domineering father. An unexpected opportunity arrives in the form of her mother’s distant cousin Nicholas Van Ryn, the enormously wealthy heir to Dutch landlords who is seeking a governess for his young daughter. Miranda is enchanted by Nicholas’ genteel manners and cold beauty, and both frightened and amazed by his supposedly haunted home, Dragonwyck. When Nicholas’ wife unexpectedly dies, he turns his attention to Miranda, setting off a deadly chain of events.
I, Tituba, Black Witch of Salem by Maryse Condé: Born a slave but raised free by the witch and healer Mama Yaya, Tituba sacrifices her freedom for her love, John Indian, and follows him from the Caribbean to Salem, Massachusetts. There she attempts to use her magic for the benefit of others, but finds herself in increasing danger and the object of hysteria, hatred, and betrayal. Ultimately she must choose how her story will end.
Uprooted by Naomi Novik: Every year the famous Dragon claims a daughter of the valley as payment for keeping the monstrosities of the corrupted Wood at bay. Clumsy and careless Agnieszka lives in fear of the day he takes away her best friend Kasia, the most beautiful and intelligent girl in their village. However, it is not Kasia who is chosen, and Agnieszka finds herself unexpectedly apprenticed to the Dragon himself, who is not a scaled beast but an extraordinarily powerful and nearly immortal wizard.
Women Talking by Miriam Toewes: In an isolated Mennonite community in South America, the women gather to discuss the horrifying revelation that the men of their village have been drugging and abusing them and their young daughters. For years they have been gaslighted into believing their unexplained injuries were the result of demons attacking them in their dreams. As they allow themselves to vigorously debate and vent for the first time, they must choose where to go from here, and whether they will stay in the only home they’ve ever known, or leave for an uncertain and dangerous future.
The Mere Wife by Maria Dahvana Headley: Herot Hall is the perfect gated community, built upon the bones of an Appalachian mining town. While Willa ferries her precocious young son Dylan between carefully monitored playdates and her husband Roger checks his security cameras at all hours, in the mountains behind the neighborhood, traumatized veteran Dana raises her own rambunctious son, Gren. Short for Grendel. As the boys grow into young men, they strike up a precarious bond, and Willa and Dana find themselves on a collision course of race, class, and gender.

so today's the day we release our first preview - member groups! on los ageless, our member groups are based on old hollywood films. we don't expect every character to perfectly fit into the member group and in fact yours might have characteristics of several groups. just choose the group that most meets their personality and aesthetic. we put some handy character parallels to help you make the choice and if you're still torn, feel free to contact a member of staff to help you decide! we recommend you view the groups on the blog itself instead of the dashboard since tumblr's coding isn't playing nicely with us and won't seem to show everything. ♡

Just get peoples minds off their problems like Shane Dawson, Jenna Marbles, Roman Atwood, and so many more do for me. I love the idea of making my own content and being my own boss. I dunno but living, in southern Ohio isn't cutting it for me. I don't do what I love everyday, but I have bills and no extra money to spend on a computer and camera. Maybe one day.
