I can get it done within 1-2 days, so long as I have the materials in stock and I have what I've got posted. I check my ETSY listing everyday and will update if I'm out. They are made with lots and lots of tulle. I use between 20 to 30 feet of tulle for each tutu depending on the size. It is not flat and deceptive, but puffy and full. 0-6 months, I use between 20 to 23 feet, and it goes up from there. I hand make each tutu by cutting the tulle, folding it in half, sewing the tunnel casing for the elastic, then sew the ribbon to the bottom of the tutu. I use same color thread so the tutu has a seamless look. This tutu is NOT made in China or a resell, it is made with care and love.
