Beast Wars is returning to Japan in a rerun format called Beast Wars Again! Now with new narration by Kappei Yamaguchi, the Japanese voice of Rattrap. Whether it’ll include Beast Wars Metals is unknown, but Silverbolt’s Japanese actor hopes that’s the case. Drawing is based more on IDW Beast Wars, since I was reading it again, but mixed with my own fanon by including Retrax, Iguanus and Laserbeak as characters.

I’m picking up from Retrax’s funny scenario from yesterday. Retrax is struggling, and as the Mobile suit’s foot comes down, a green blur flies through. The smoke clears, and Waspinator saves the day! Or at least a very panicked Retrax.

(Real talk, I have no idea how long I’m gonna keep this little story going, but I’m having fun with it! If you get sick of it, let me know!)

Day 325: Retrax (Beast Wars)

(I’m a little off my game today, so I apologize if this drawing is hard to see/is messy.)

Continuing the little story I got going, I cut back to some of the dudes on the ground as Quattro and Optimal fight in the air. Retrax, fighting for his life, is slowly being stepped on by the Hyaku Shiki. But, since Retrax is the Predacons’ strongest hugger, he’s holding back the 31 tons of mech back pretty well!

Can he keep this up?
