Howdy! I’ve been working on this batch behind the scenes for about a week and it’s finally done!! Mostly I’m just super excited to have gotten a full 12-adopt batch done and that I pulled through to finishing them all.

Ghost is probably my favorite band as of late, and Impera really gripped me! It’s probably the first album from anywhere I’ve listened to all the way through- I’m super excited to potentially do more Ghost album batches if people like these!

Also just in case folks haven’t seen my update post, I’ve got a new job now but the pay’s such a steep drop down I’d like to keep making adoptables to be able to keep myself afloat and save up more money to move, so I’ll be posting more adopt batches like this! Next one up should be a pride-themed demon set if we’re interested in that!

GHOVIE SPOILER BELOW THE CUT

So I was listening to ghost, as one does, now I’m not the biggest fan of the impera album, I like the music but I just have a preference for their older ones. One thing I have always liked was that Imperium’s little guitar part also pops up in the end of respite on the spitalfields, making the album star and end the same. Now I was thinking about the ghovie, when I noticed something (I have no idea if anyone else has notice this), when copia first began touring, he wore the cardinal face paint, and at the end of rhrn, he also wears that same face paint. So while I heard that, I noticed it was a bit of a parallel. Imperium = copia starting with that cardinal face paint. ROTSF = Copua ascending to his new position with that same face paint after accepting “Nothing ever lasts forever”

Anyways, the the rant. Again, no idea if anyone else had made any connections or if I’m literally pulling stuff out of nowhere. But I’ve heard other people mentioning that ROTSF is a reference to how in the ghovie Copia needed to accept that his time wouldn’t last forever so maybe I’m not crazy?
